My car was in the public storage unit for too long so the battery is dead. I was helpless when I found this repair shop. So I went in and asked for help.The owner readily agreed, and took the tools to help me replace the battery. He used less than five minutes, and the job is done!The owner is a warm, friendly and very reliable person!I will definitely go back to this store if I have any needs in the future.

Alex and his crew are absolutely amazing!!!They give great prices but most important quality job.It s hard to find a good and honest mechanic he is both very professional too.If you guys have any problem with your car have no doubts he will solve it.100% recommended

I take my 01 Chevy s10 to several places for ha stimates for fix ha lik a the transmission an the cost of the truck was to hi when I taken to Alex he fix in 3 day s on for less money than other people charge alex is ha very nice person and I recommend this place to all my friend and family to fix the car with Alex

My personal experience with Alex was great , my truck broke down in the middle of the worst weather snowstorm and below zero temperatures this guy was on top of it , he was honest and most of all did a great job on my truck , I definitely recommend and will be going back

Definitely the shop we're you want to take your vehicles for any issues. I called, Alex the shop owner answered. I asked about a tune-up. He took my information said he would get back to me with a estimate. In Less than 5 minutes, he called with a very reasonable price , I never tried negotiating that's how fair it was. I asked if he was able to get it done today ( this was a Saturday at 1130 when I called , mind you they close at 3pm )he said he was unable to because they only had about 3 hours left and it was a 2-3 hour job . Well I told him I had to work Monday that I wouldn't be able to do it so he asked how soon I can be there I said in 30 minutes. He said come by. Well he calls asked if I was coming because it was already 1230 I said yes I'm on my way, and he goes great. I didn't get to the shop until about 1:30pm 1-1/2hrs. Later than what I originally told him . I thought to myself that he was gonna turn me away . He never asked or said anything about the time. He greeted me ask for the keys said it's gonna be a little bit, my guys are on lunch I said no problem, he talked to me for a bit I felt really comfortable talking with him and right away I was able to tell I had taken it to the perfect shop, his character, manners, professionalism and trustworthiness was instantaneous. I will definitely be back to get future work done and I'll be sure to refer friends and Co workers and anyone asking . Work was done by 3:15pm an the vehicle runs amazing now . Thanks again Alex I appreciate you taking me in after showing up almost 2 hours late .

My vehicle had issues on a Thursday and I needed it back ASAP. After calling numerous shops, no one could fit me in. Until I stumbled on Astro auto repair and they were willing to take me the next day and fixed my fuel system immediately. They also were able to locate a leak that was coming from the radiator and they ordered a part and had it ready by Monday and made sure that I could still use my vehicle over the weekend. They went above and beyond to stay open late to not only accept my vehicle but also to return to me to have the least impact on my life. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone for any of your needs. Their cost was also very comparable to online and local estimates.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Alex was amazing. Fit me in a few hours before closing to get my tires and alignment done before a 1200 mile road trip. Amazing work, great people, quick and quality work for honest prices. This place just simply was first class and somewhat saved me and my fam.I had a dead battery after a week at the airport and called for a jump to a tow truck company (not affiliated with Astro). They hooked up the negative to the fuse box and blew it. I needed a new one, needed it replaced and fast. It was 1 on a Sat, I was an hour from home and my family was tired. They grabbed an Uber to a restaraunt and I asked for a tow to Astro after a great phone call to the owner who was accomodating, understood likely what I needed and stated confidently to bring it to him. I was skeptical when they had posted closed hours early that afternoon, but after multiple terrible conversations and phone calls to other estblishments I went with it.Glad I did, they diagnosed it, couldnt find the part from somewhere open, so they pulled it off an employees car for me, gave me a ride to the restaraunt my family was at while they fixed it and picked us up in my truck when they were done. All after hours for them.They could have gouged me and what would I have done. I felt the 2 hours of labor at 100 bucks per hour plus my parts was very fair and I was so happy to be on the road home.Thanks to Leo for the rides and the entire team at Astro! I wished I lived local as this would be my families go to for everything auto repair and maintenance.

I was charged for an incomplete job. They refused to refund my money so I could take my vehicle to service else where. These people are scammers and money hungry. Mechanics are incompetent.

Astro Auto Care is an excellent garage. We are visiting from Cincinnati and our serpentine belt went out. I called them on a Saturday and they had me back on the road in 2 hours and were reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

I brought my BMW to Alex after a friend of mine recommended this shop. It was by far and without exaggeration, the best recommendation Ive ever received. I took my car to 3 different mechanics. Mechanic 1 told me I needed a whole new fuel injector (large under motor) $3000, mechanic 2 told me I needed new fuel injectors (the ones that provide fuel to motor), $900, mechanic 3 told me my entire car was basically scrap and that if i wanted to fix it, he could do it for $5000. I was honestly at my wits end because I felt like I wasn't taken seriously by the mechanics, they didn't want to hear what I told them the issue I'm having with my car was, and I felt like I was being taken advantage of. So when I took it to Alex, he did something no one else did, he listened to what I said and replied with "Ok let me see what I can find" a few days later I got a call and he told me that he still couldn't find the issue. He has tried just about everything and nothing was working. He told me that I could come get the car but he was disappointed that he couldn't fix it. We agreed that I would come pick it up the next day. I get a call the day I was supposed to pick up the car, Alex said that he was doing some research (yes, this man went home and started researching what could be the problem on his own time) and asked me if I was willing to give him a little more time with the car. I happily agreed. A few days later, Alex calls me and says problem solved. Not only did he fix the issue that perplexed mechanics all over Milwaukee, he fixed it at fraction of the cost. I couldn't have been happier with the end result. My car is running great, no more shaking, error codes, and is better on fuel. AND to just in case my experience wasn't already great, I asked him about a recommendation for a tire place... Guess who does tires too? Astro does. Alex took the specs, got me an estimate and we went from there. I dropped off my car Monday around 11 am and got a call a few hours later. Tires replaced, and car ready to go. I will never trust another mechanic with any of my cars or my families cars again. Alex, thank you so much for your honesty and your amazing work ethic.

My car's brakes gave out after work yesterday on 6th near Layton (I live in the Tosa area and have no clue of shops in the area). Not wanting to deal with leaving the car overnight and calling a tow truck I looked at Google maps quickly for near by auto repair. Astro Auto popped up and were the only ones open past 5. I called and they had me bring it over before they closed. They needed to do full rebuilds on my entire brake system(front and back). They called early this morning with a diagnosis and price break down and had the work done only a few hours later. I was bracing for a ridiculous price but the price given was lower then expected and really very reasonable. On top of that, they were welcoming at a time of great stress, and got the work done extremely quick. I live on the other side of town but I will recommend this shop to everyone and make the drive out to get work done from now on.

I came in with hopes of getting a repair/fixed hood latch fixed. And it was done! I walked in after leaving the previous repair shop with a sour taste in my mouth. Alejandro the owner of Astro repair shop insured me that he could get it done. And he did just that! I left my tahoe truck at the shop that evening, and received a call that it was done before 11am the next day! He was honest, friendly, and communication was none complicated. I am pleased that he is near in location, honest with repairs, and open to walk in's.

A really close friend recommended me to take my cars to Astro and I'm so glad I did. Alex did a great job and treated us with a lot of respect and very professional. Job was done fast and definitely will keep bringing my cars back.

I came in to get my headlights changed on my 2007 Toyota Avalon that required the bumper to be taken off due to poor design. However, online it said it would need 3 hours of labor and it ended up being much less and they were completely honest about it. I could have ended up paying 250 and not even thinking anything of it but he reduced the price by 100. Very honest and professional and I definitely recommend this shop to get your car fixed. Astro Auto Repair is an excellent garage. They are honest, fairly priced, and very efficient. I've used many garages over the years, and I have never found one that I like more than Astro. Five stars.

My friend and I went to target and when we got back, the car didn t start. we started asking around for jumper cables until we ran into a member of the astro auto repair shop and he was kind enough to jump start our car! thanks so much!!

I needed a used transmission and transfer case for my jeep,,they had the parts within hours, cheapest in labor,shop time was in and out!! They do excellent work,, they're cheapest I've found,,and very knowledgeable and reliable!!Very friendly and polite! Great mechanics,,the more work I may need done,the more I will gladly come back to!!

Great work, Donovan is great mechanic. Had a tail light out took to another shop (Packard Auto) they said wasn't the bulb and tried to get me to pay for an electrical diagnosis. It was my lightbulb and Donovan had no problem getting it fixed for me asap. Also got an oil change and grease work. Get job would definitely recommend. We live in Michigan and our car was Acting up on our drive around Chicago. We know no mechanics in this area but looked up in Google where to go to get my car looked at. Alex s reviews were off the chart so we decided to try him. In our experience Alex definitely achieves the five star in what he does. He tested our car he gave us peace of mind and now we know we can make it back home safely. Alex did a diagnostic test on our car and explained to us our options. We would highly recommend Alex and Astro for their professional work.

Alex and his team are awesome he always completes work on time if not before. I take both personal and work vehicles always calls before hand incase repairs cost are different. The shop is a bit out of the way from home but knowing things are fixed the first time around is worth it

Brought my truck in after days of searching for a mechanic after looking at reviews of this auto shop I had to give it a chance I had the pleasure of talking to Alex as we went over the diagnostic of my 2005 Dodge Durango that had been squeeking like a rusted 1934 tractor for weeks.... Alex assured me he'd have my truck fixed and ready even if it took him working over the 4th of July weekend and thankfully he was right I got my truck back and its as quiet as a mice! I must say I now have a mechanic and I would recommend him to anyone!!
