This was not a good experience. After test driving the first car I went in for, I explained I was not interested in that car but saw another car I'd like to test drive. I had to ask 3 times over 5 minutes to look at the other car, as the sales rep tried to tell me the car I drove was the right one. Well, I ended up liking the second car and said I'd like to move forward. I was presented a price that differed from the web price and that included a paint warranty package and a service package, and when I asked what that was, as it was attempted to be slipped by, I was told "I'm not sure we can remove that". What? I said well then I'm walking out. Of course it was removed finally and the price corrected, but the whole thing just created distrust. Also, I was told they would add a remote start to make the deal happen, but then priced it in, and I had to question that, and was told the manager who agreed to that left for the day. To my frustration, I ended up paying for the remote start, which was also priced higher than the online price, which again had to be corrected. I had to go through 5 different price propsals before the price was accurate with no hidden gotchas other than the remote start. There are several dealers out there that have integrity and I just don't think Andrew Toyota has it. I wanted the car and was exhausted so I did still buy. Then when I went to pick up the car, suddenly there are no floor mats in the car, and the sales person said they were not included. I will never go back to this dealership and would recommend shopping elsewhere.

Andrew Toyota always does a great job. Quick, easy to set up an appointment and I always don't have to wait several days to see a mechanic. I bought my first vehicle here. I've been a customer for 2 and a half years now, and I definitely recommend their services.

I was in and out in about a half hour for just basic tests, tire rotation, topping off the fluids, oil change, etc. When there was a small line inside for payment, Zee offered to have me come over to his desk since I was paying with credit to help me out. Great guy, thanks a bunch!

Just wanted to follow up to my last review. Within the hour of writing this review, I was contacted by the service manager who took accountability on the part of the service department for the errors and proceeded to go above and beyond to make it right. I m so grateful for the care and dedication to the customer. Thank you.+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++Absolute garbage service. I have left this place three times with absolutely nothing to show for it but a drain on my time, energy, and resources. The service department is completely incompetent.

Mr. Cicero is among the most helpful and knowledgeable Service managers ever!!!Zee and staff are as well.HOWEVER, I am FRUSTRATED, CONFUSED and ANNOYED that my 2020 Corolla has no practical means of SPEAKING DIRECTIONS .Scout app is apparently defunct!!If using ENTUNE, I must purchase yet ANOTHER cord and disconnect Bluetooth!!HOW WILL I HAVE emergency PHONE ACCESS ?!?HELP.....HELP.....HELP....PLEASE!!!!!RIDUCULO8S and EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

If you are in the market for a new car, in my opinion Charles is the best. He's got a repeat customer in my family and I. He has sold us 4 vehicles over the years. An all around great guy, he's a master car salesman too. I definitely, do recommend Charles.

I have been a loyal customer of Toyota service for years. However, I recently had numerous experiences that left me feeling skeptical. I brought my car in for repairs, which ended up costing me a significant amount of money. Only a few months later, I returned for an oil change and was informed of additional major issues with my car. I was confused as to why these issues were not identified earlier, given their magnitude. During my conversation with Mike, he explained that it was likely due to the technician's oversight. Definitely leave me feeling uncertain about the quality of service I received.I would suggest they prioritize the thoroughness of their technicians to prevent any oversights that may result in additional repairs and costs for customers.Also, a year ago I got my battery changed (not through Toyota) and I came in and they said it needed to be replaced because it was the incorrect size and my car will CATCH ON FIRE if I don t change it. Thought that was weird. Anyways, I disregarded their suggestion because there hasn t been any issues for over a year now. Came back for an oil change recently, said my battery was perfectly fine.I do not suggest going here. Toyota definitely doing something sketchy. Do not recommend.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I have been an Andrew Toyota customer for 15+ years. Andrew's service department has always been exceptional for the rare times I need to bring my SUVs in (4Runner and Sequoia) Willy Willet, a long time service tech at Andrew, is top notch. He's extremely knowledgeable and makes us feel like part of the family each time my wife and I visit. A+

Cody was great. Got there ahead of appointment but he handled promptly. When I came back to pick up, he noticed that the guy bringing cars was too busy, so he got my car for me. Everyone there have great attitudes.

My favorite dealership. Bought my last two cars from them and get my vehicles serviced regularly here. I always feel like a valued customer. They are courteous, responsive, problem solvers who leave small bags of Famous Amos on your seat after each service... like a little surprise. Nice touch. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service! Had a recall for fuel pump replaced in an hour! Did not know they have a body shop on the back of the building. Need a dent repaired from someone hitting my driver side rear quarter panel at MKE Airport parking garage. Estimate was done in 10 minutes! Thanks for the continued great service! Just wish they did emissions testing though! Great experience!

I have never had a good experience at a new car dealership in my life. I brought my Highlander in for a diagnosis (shakes at high speeds) and they were not able to find the cause of the problem (it s been at two other shops for the same thing). They ended up balancing the tires, which is the most common cause of this, which I had done not too long ago. I m not upset they didn t find the issue, in fact, I m surprised.Every time I ve gone to a dealer, they ve tried to upsell me to fix things that aren t broken. This dealer was honest and told me there s nothing wrong or broken. They even sent me a video of the inspection process which was incredibly educational. They did find my rear valve cover gasket was starting to leak, which none of the other shops I ve been to mentioned. They said this is normal for a car of this age and it s not bad enough to where it needs to be fixed ASAP. They did recommend some preventative maintenence (fluid changes, tune up) since it does have over 200k miles. I planned on doing all this maintenence in the summer anyways.When I picked up the car, I was pleasantly surprised they didn t even charge me for the diagnostic fee and they left a bag of cookies on my passenger seat. Zee, the service adviser, and Tim, the master mechanic were awesome to work with.And now for the words I never thought I d say I highly recommend this Toyota dealership for service.Service: Vehicle Inspection

If you want to order parts for your Toyota locally this is the place to do it. They have access to the parts diagrams on their website making it easy to find what you need. You also get a considerable discount ordering online compared to other local Toyota dealers. Communication is clear and you always know when the order is ready. It really helps out when you re rebuilding an older Toyota.

They serviced the car in the mentioned time duration. Scheduling an appointment was easy. I also got a time on the same day. The service center is behind the main building. Google maps took me in a roundabout way, although I figured the location easily. I would recommend putting the main Andrew Toyota building if navigating using maps.

Went here to get my car serviced and had a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and they had me in and out super quick. Also didn't try and upsell me on anything the way other mechanics do.

Knowledgeable staff, but it seems the focus has shifted over the years from customer satisfaction, to making a buck. I went there 3 times, for the same issue with my tires. But every time they claim that it is ot related (if they admit it is, they'll have to fix it for free).I paid, didn't argue, but it is disappointing.

We had to go back after they said they fixed the car because it broke down after fix . They did come and tow it back without charge. Now the car has been running good.
