Excellent customer service! The sales representative, Anders was so helpful and professional. He really went out of his way to help me find a Camry that I loved and could afford. The Manager was so personable and he went above and beyond to give me the best deal on my trade in and worked with me to make sure I left with a car I LOVED! This is the best Toyota Dealership I have dealt with in the city of Milwaukee.

My recent visit to Andrew Toyota was an encounter I hoped never to experience in a professional setting. While DeAndre, the salesman, showcased professionalism and empathy, the dealership's management left much to be desired, culminating in an interaction that was not just disappointing but downright unacceptable.The heart of the issue arose during negotiations. Like many consumers, I sought terms that aligned with my expectations and financial plans. Upon finding a more favorable deal elsewhere, I returned to retrieve my vehicle intended for trade-in, only to be met with an unexpectedly hostile response from the manager. This individual's approach escalated quickly, displaying aggression unbecoming of someone in his position. Despite DeAndre's attempts to defuse the situation, the manager's behavior only intensified.It was disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and respect. The situation escalated to a point where I felt compelled to stand my ground. Remarkably, this seemed to change the manager's demeanor, but the damage was already done.This incident was not just about a disagreement over terms. It highlighted a deeper, more concerning issue of how customers of color are perceived and treated. With a credit score that many would envy (811), the basis of their disregard could only be attributed to my complexion a realization that was both infuriating and saddening.Andrew Toyota needs to understand the power of social media and the voice it gives to those who might otherwise be unheard. My experience, shared among my network and beyond, serves as a stark reminder of the work still needed to ensure equality and respect in all business dealings.DeAndre stood out as a beacon of professionalism in what was otherwise a dark experience. It's a testament to his character, underscoring the fact that there are individuals who recognize the importance of respect and decency, regardless of a customer's background.As I move forward, with the support of legal counsel, I urge Andrew Toyota and similar establishments to reflect on their practices and the message they send to potential customers. I always get really great service at Andrews working with Zee! He has gone above and beyond to provide me thorough information and advice about my Hybrid Camry cars. In addition, Don Smith, the Used Car Manager, was extremely supportive and detailed in a recent interaction. Overall, they both have been generous with their time, and have convinced me to buy my next Hybrid Camry there and continue to be a faithful service customer. It is easy to be cynical about buying a car in a busy dealership, but I am placing my trust in Andrews and have thus far not been disappointed. Thank you!

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the outstanding service I received from Willie and Derrick at Andrew Toyota's Service Center. At 6:05pm I rolled into the service center with a flat tire. Despite being closed and having dinner plans they went out of their way to assist me. Willie and Derrick were so gracious to help me resolve my issue and get back on the road in less than 30 minutes. And then to top it off Willie called me the next day to make sure everything was still fine with tire. I can't say enough how grateful I am! Their dedication to customer care is truly commendable. I highly recommend Andrew Toyota for instilling such great customer service in their employees. It was great to see them going above and beyond for me. So appreciate it!

I went to Andrew Toyota for the first time the other day to look at a vehicle. I worked with Joe B. and he was very helpful. No pushiness, respectful. Just a great dude! He got me all set up and squared away. When I called him later that evening needing some extra work done on the vehicle, Joe got me set up with Willie in the shop to get it taken care of the next day. Willie was super communicative and treated me extremely well. He solved the problem I was having and I am so grateful! I don't normally leave reviews, but these two deserve to be recognized. A company that employs people like this will earn my business again in the future! Thanks Joe & Willie!

The quality of the service was very high. We were very busy with our move to Milwaukee County when we had our car troubles. We got into the shop right away, we were given a ride back to our house, and then a free car to make the trip to a doctor's appointment that was out of town.. All the staff members we worked with were competent and friendly. Our car is back into a good condition.

My fiance and I had been looking for a newer 4Runner for weeks, we live in Michigan and found a like new 4Runner Andrew Toyota had and I had called and talked to Jessi. She was very helpful and sent pictures of the 4Runner they didn t have posted on the internet so I could make sure everything was perfect before we made the trek. The cleaned it for us before we got there and we got to test drive a beautiful car. We loved it and everyone at Andrew Toyota was very friendly. The whole car buying process was excellent. I would have no problem making the drive again when I am ready for another 4runner!

Deandra was excellent, he had patience with me. I wasn t gonna be pressured or rushed and he respected my boundaries. I ended up with the car I wanted and he worked hard to get everything I wanted. I would recommend Deandra to my friends and family in need of, or just want a new car. 1/26/2024 my first service on my car. Steve was excellent, he approached me in such a friendly manner. He kept me well informed from start to finish. Thank you for my services Steve.

I called late in the afternoon on a Saturday to check the availability of a vehicle. I arrived 40 minutes before they closed. I was thinking I would only test drive it and come back on Monday. I was able to test drive and inspect it as long as was needed. The sales and finance teams stayed to help me get the vehicle. Everything was easy and not rushed. Got a great deal!

I've been reading the reviews and recently my experience with some of the staff at this dealership leaves me questioning if I should choose to purchase from here. The salesperson I have been dealing with has been cordial in conversation, but then I was passed on to two other individuals that hit the reset button. One individual touted he worked at the dealership for 29+yrs but was oblivious.....I'm on the fence about this purchase.

Came here for an oil change for the first time. Very personable team members and thorough inspection of my car, with video and all! The service advisor, Cody, was great - advising me on services that will likely need to be done on my car in the next 6-12 months so I can plan accordingly. I highly recommend Andrew Toyota Service team.

During my visit today at Andrew Toyota dealer, the technician was patient, attentive, and was able to attend to all my question in a way that I now have a better understanding of my coverage. when I came back to complain that my sensors were off, he got on it and reset it immediately. I will recommend his service any time. thank you

Andrew Toyota is a great dealership. I always feel well taken care of.My sales rep, Steve Butcher, was patient and supportive during my decision making process. Upon receiving my new car, he spent much time with me during the orientation, sent me a handwritten thank you card, has called to check in, and continues to assure me he is always available to answer questions and to be there for me if I want to bring it in and go over anything.My service rep, John Ferrigno, has been a huge help during this new car buying experience and with servicing my old Camry. His knowledgeable feedback always makes me feel confident in my choices.The entire dealership makes me feel like part of a family. They have a reputation for excellence, and I trust that.AND I look forward to the chocolate chip cookies after a service call.

I leased a Rav4 last night and had a wonderful experience. The sales manager, Cristian got me a great deal and Ella in finance was quick and efficient with the paperwork. But what really stood out was my salesperson, Marc. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. He really knows his stuff. I can t say enough about how amazing my experience was here. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely be back again to buy more cars and to service my vehicle.

Just bought a 2024 Toyota Highlander and took it for its first service. Willie Willett at Andrew Toyota helped me and took care of me magnificently. I just showed up to schedule my first service instead he offered to take care of my car immediately and it was done in 25 minutes. Loved my experience and professionalism showed by Andrew Toyota

Yesterday my aunt and I came in and had the most pleasant experience. We worked with Giovanni Roman and he went absolutely above and beyond. He was so helpful, kind, and accommodating. Truly couldn t have done a better job. We would both recommend him to anyone and we re very very happy with our experience. Just so polite and caring. He really wanted us to be happy with our decision and it shows. He worked hard to get us a good deal and we re very thankful we chose to speak with him. He was so patient with us and all of our questions. He even helped us with setting up the Bluetooth in the car seeing as my aunt struggles with new technology. If you re interested in buying a car and you want to be treated with kindness and respect choose Giovanni!! My aunt is now happy with her new car and it s all thanks to him.

Had a HORRIBLE experience here. If I can give ZERO star, I would in a heart beat. My husband and I came in yesterday to check out a Toyota 4Runner. We really liked it and at first, our sales guy seemed like a down to earth guy but everything changed when it came to the numbers. We asked to get my husband's credit checked, so we'd have an idea on what we'll be paying monthly and if we could afford it. The sales guy said to us that he knows we can afford it, that's why we are there. The audacity! We were told that we had to put money down and we had to sign paperwork that we'd be BUYING the car before they would check his credit. We were NOT okay with this. The paper they had laid out in front of us stating how much we'd be paying monthly, we didn't even know the interest rate on it was. After asking the "financial advisor" he stated that right now, interest rates are at 8.9%. Okay but they didn't even check my husband's credit score, I'm positive we would've gotten a lower interest rate because his credit scores are very good. So because of this, we decided we wouldn't go through with purchasing the car.The salesperson then proceeds to tell ME that since my husband already paid $5K on me when he married me, I should just stay quiet and let my husband buy the car. He proceeds to say that my husband is a BIG MAN and he can decide what he wants to do or buy WITHOUT my approval. WTH?!! I don't know what he thinks he knows about my culture or our traditions but my husband DID NOT buy me! That is absolutely RUDE, RIDICULOUS & OFFENSIVE!!I am THANKFUL that my husband doesn't belittle ME nor does he do things without talking it out with me first. This sales guy knows NOTHING about our culture or traditions, he shouldn't have said that at all.Even after we say we needed to leave and we'll think about it, they wouldn't let us leave. They kept trying to make us STAY THERE to think it through. The salesman even brought out the SOLD paper sign and wrote my husband's name on it, provoking us! We finally got fed up and said THANK YOU & GOOD BYE, and finally left.We are NEVER coming back here again and I will NOT refer friends or families here.

Gabriel at Andrew Toyota was excellent. There was a long wait on the building of the new Siennas, and Gabe was patient with our calls to check in on status. Once the factory was ready for our order, it happened FAST! We couldn t be happier with the vehicle and our kids are loving the space and bits and bobs the Sienna offers. Very profession, while also very welcoming dealership. Great job Gabriel, and thank you.

Don, the gentleman in charge of estimating a trade-in value for my previously owned Camry, was not forthright in making it clear the necessary costs in bringing my vehicle up to a reasonable level for its future sale. He came across as happy in underestimating my car s value while energetically answering questions that weren t asked by me. He took no heed that I was about to buy my third Camry at Andrew (indeed a loyal customer) and the inherent value of a hybrid over a standard car. Andrew, the salesman of my new car was phenomenal as he was 9 years ago when I bought my previous car. By all means, please tell my beliefs and concerns to Andrew and Don. The former deserves high praise and big bonuses for his kind spirit and honesty; the latter a nudge to a side door.

I have been a customer for 22 years. The staff are courteous, polite and good communicators.They have things ready at the time specified, and the quality of the work is outstanding. The dealership is clean and well organized, they have all the prior information on your vehicle during a call for service.

Just got my first NEW car ever! a 2023 Toyota Corolla XSE! the sales person named Joe was very patient with me, I was vocal on what I wanted and didn t want. we had some hurdles to get thru to make it to the finish line that day but he did everything in his power to see the sale get finalized, even though I had no credit and no more money to put down, other than what I had on hand. 5/5 would buy there again.

The "low tire" light went on and I stopped in on the spur of the moment. Willie checked the tire pressure of all four and found the left two were low, one extremely so. He decided to have the tires checked. They ended up having to remove the tires, reseal them and put them back on. All on "the spur of the moment"!!! What more could a customer ask for? And I had cookies in the car, too. Thank you, Andrew Toyota, for having such great people working with you.

Andrew Toyota my experience was very bad. I was told when I got the car it was fully loaded with bells and whistles. Not one word of the salespeople that sold me the car was forthcoming. I would not refer anyone to Andrew Toyota EVER. When the leasing was up I wanted to finance my car through Andrew Toyota.. there was no incentive for me to purchase it from them. With my excellent credit score they offered me an interest rate of 8.5.Some of the staff at Andrew Toyota are very very messy salespeople..
