I came in with no appointment and the manager (named Jason I believe (so sorry if I'm wrong)) gave me one. I came in and the fix was less than a hour and was given a price UNDER the estimate. It was an amazing experience, I will definitely be back if the need arises.

Always have a good experience whenever my vehicle gets serviced. Usually wait in the waiting room. And Usually goes pretty quickly.

Went here to get a rental. The return was terrible. They was suppose to open at 8, didn t get help until After 10, the experience was to terrible I Forgot the car rental companies name

Had my car for less than 3 months and the battery went bad. Amato basically said "eh, it's a maintenance issue and isn't covered under the warranty". So i had to pay for a new battery. A good guy named Isaac helped out with everything from lowering the cost to getting a rental to finding other warranties for other items found that were broken on the vehicle. I have done business with Amato for decades and have never had an issue and would refer people to them. With what has transpired over the last few months, I might still recommend people to Amato, all be it, with great hesitation. But the sole bright spot was the job that Isaac did.

Is everything okay? I have been a Hyundai driver, and fan, for well over a decade. I have been with Amato Hyundai for all of that time. This is the first time that I have been treated poorly at the Amato Hyundai superstore. From being given misinformation, to aspects of the work not being done, to a generally icky vibe, I can only say that while I am disappointed, I am even more concerned. This just isn't like you guys.

Fast - nearly every other dealership said it would take months for my repair. Amato took three weeks!

It was a poor experience I went there for service they told me they were backed up and They said they would contact me for an appointment It is now 2 months later and they never called me I called them back And no one knows anything about the conversation They are very unorganized.
