Purchased a 189 dollar battery. Had it tested and the battery cell was bad. Tried to return it or exchange it and they refused. 189 dollar loss in this economy. That is terrible customer service. And this is within a week. They did nothing but take the money and run. Bad CSR.

I was test driving a car, and stopped in to get a free diagnostic. They usually don't perform them after The sun goes down, but did it for me anyway which was great. Then The car i was in freaking died! They offered to charge the battery for me to. Great serviceand convenient location

The staff knew who i was when i walked in and had my part i asked for when i called in all ready for me to check out. That's what you call superb service. Give that man a raise

Customer service was good...I went there to purchase a specific item, but they were out of stock for the items that I needed. I would've gave a five star rating, but the employee didn't seem to want to assist me.

Good prices, but watch out for brakes. Make sure you know the exact make and model of your vehicle.front wheel or All wheel drive. DC, LS, limited etc. Or you will be going back a second or third time.

Rented me a broke tool they knew was broke when i rented it. At least didn't give a problem with the return. Do ur due diligence and you will be fine here i think.

The manager was very patient and helpful when I went in. I was unsure of what I needed and he helped me figure it out. I would most definitely return the next time that I need car parts.

I'd only car parts if you need any type of tool even specialty buns they have them even for sale similar to items sold on the tool trucks. Automotive technicians
