They close the store way before closing time listed on the door! Frustrating!If you have your closing time posted as 9pm, don't lock the door at 8:30! Used to like Advance Auto. Lately they're OFTEN out of stock of basic parts when ordering on the app. Had to have my recent order mailed to me. The rewards program coupons don't always work and expire BEFORE the expiration date. Online coupons exclude half the inventory!

We bought a battery from this location and it functioned well and unfortunately stopped working and we took it to another location(on miller pkwy) where we were for the day and the employee that helped us was very rude, tried to say it was too old and basically told us to go to the original location because they couldn't honor the warranty at this location. So we drove back to the original store and Jackie was amazingly accommodating. she took in the battery for testing and tried charging and determined it was a faulty battery and resolved the issue right away and all in under an hour. I've been to this store a few times before and Jackie and her team have always been courteous and helpful. I will definitely be returning to this store for my auto parts needs in the future.

Worst experience I've ever had dealing with an auto part store in 25 years. When I arrived there on Monday morning there were no customers. Not busy at all. I came to do a warranty on my gold battery. As soon as I said that...there was all rudeness from there on out. Manager said it was too cold I'd have to take the battery out myself. So I did. Then I had to install the new battery myself as well. This is unacceptable. You advertise free battery and wiper installation. I did all the work why those two employees did nothing inside. I'll never return to an Advance Auto again. Luckily I know how to change a battery. I was very upset with how I was treated. If my mom, wife or sister had gone instead of me then what?! Lazy staff starts from the top. This store needs to clean house. Hire people that want to work at work.

Jamie was very extremely rude ! I was just asking were the silicone right away he started to disrespect me and yell at me. Spoke on the phone with the manager was apologizing per Jamie s actions. Please be aware of this man. Clearly Jamie don t want to help people why work then .

Didn't know they have an UPS checkpoint here to pick up your packages. That's why I came. The guy was awesome ( don't know his name). It was close to home didn't have to go far either.

Incident 1-20-2019 This is in regards to the store on 13th and Oklahoma. There were 2 guys working and I needed a battery for my daughter's car and one problem after another was occurring but they both stayed totally professional and went above and beyond to try to help me, Alexander and Michael D. They definitely need some positive recognition because they deserve it.

Each time I've been to this store, Jamie took charge of my issue and brought resolution to my problem. He's an Asset to the Company!

I drove in at dusk with a bad battery. I bought one, and they were able to replace it on the spot. There was a lot of corrosion that needed to be removed, and they took care of it. Thanks Oscar!

Went to Auto Zone up the street and the people their had no idea what a defrost tab repair kit was. So I came here to Advance Auto and they were very helpful and knowledgeable so I know where to go from now on and that is here. Thank you for making my visit pleasant.

Worst customer service! Instead of easily issuing a refund, they would rather aurgue with the customer about weather you need it or not! I will never go back to Advanced Auto again because of this! And from now on it's going to be either Auto Zone, Napa, or anywhere else! Just so I can avoid the rediculous patronizing I got from their employees! I just wanted to exchange and didn't even want a refund! And first they told me that the belt looked used and it wasn't! It was too much hassle honestly! I'd rather spend money somewhere where I'm appreciated as a paying customer!

The staff doesn't really care much at this store. I order things online then an hour later I get an email saying it's cancelled. I don't like this store very much.

Pros: Nice cashiers and know their products. Cons: It doesn't have a wide variety of products compared to other stores of the same chain. There was garbage on the Parking lot.

Not only was the employee I dealt with OBVIOUSLY on drugs. It took me over an hour in the store just for him to mess up and have my part sent to the wrong store! 2.5 hours of my time and 4 Advance Auto stores later I finally got both parts I needed.... Will never be taking my business to Advance ever again.

I was second in line waiting. Then an employee finally decided to work and open another register and he takes the 3rd person that was behind me for some stupid reason. I don't know how the heck that works but I was next in line impatiently waiting!

The wipers blades that the website stated would fit my vehicle exactly did not. After the employee put them on he said the cover that goes over where they connect would not fit. He told me that it just would not look good and walked away. He did not even offer a refund, a different product, or even look into an alternative. Horrible customer service.
