I had an amazing experience at the Advance Auto Parts, store #2459. The moment I arrived I was greeted by two very welcoming and knowledgeable employees by the name of Mari and Ray. I came to the store to have my battery looked at and or replaced and they made the process easy and quite honestly enjoyable. Not only did it seem that my experience was great but, in the time I was at the store which was maybe 15-20 minutes I witnessed them interact with several other customers and treat them with immaculate customer service. One they helped identify a car part for with professionalism and industry knowledge, another they helped by making several calls and sourcing a mechanic. I very rarely leave reviews but the two employees deserve to be praised for how they treat patrons.

I ve been coming here for years and the new GM Javonnie has got this store together compared to the other managers they put in there. I told him how great it is in there now and I hope his bosses are supporting him because employees who care and try are hard to find-Charles

I highly recommend asking for JeVonie Tyars, General Manager, to help you out. He goes above board to get you what you need. His store is located at 4810 N Teutonia.

Went there to get my battery tested. It didn't even have enough juice to restart the vehicle. Tiffany (employee) was on it and had a jump pack right away. Was able to get it tested and a new one installed in no time. Such a hard working and sincere team. Tiffany has given me the best service I've experienced on this side of town.

Steve is a fantastic member of your team. This week I was in desperate need of a two new struts but wasn't able to drive to the store to pick them up, I spoke to Steve on the phone and he was able to help me get the parts to a much closer location to get them replaced that same day.Steve saved me time, money, and a headache with how he helped me out. I've worked in customer service for years and Steve is what I consider to be a 5 star employee just based on this interaction solely. I hope this comment reaches beyond the store itself and it helps get Steve the recongition he deserves for his amazing service.

Went to this store today omw to work and seen there was a sign stating they we re closed due to losing heat! I was so upset because I desperately needed a light bulb to get there tonight & it s in a rural area. As I was walking away I seen a manager run to the door to stop me! She apologized for her store being closed but said she could see how upset I was and couldn t let me leave without helping me! This totally surprised me because in the inner city we NEVER receive this kind of compassion. Btw it was freezing in there lol but This lady is amazing! I ll tell y all like I told her, I WILL NEVER VISIT ANY OTHER STORE EXCEPT HERS!! Thank you Ms. Tiffany A+++++

When in to purchase spark plugs for my. The clerk showed me a few options. One of the options that he recommended was a good brand but a little to pricey. The second option was a standard brand and he also made sure I have the correct tools to do the job myself. He also recommended an auto repair shop that would do the job for a fair price. He cared more about making sure my vehicle has no problems and that I don't break the bank on parts and trying to get it fixed. His honesty speaks volumes n reflects leadership. I recommend this location to anyone who wants honest and fair prices.

Tiffany was very helpful she was very polite I definitely will return to that location she helped me install a new battery and headlights she is a great manager I recommend everybody to go to that location

The manager was extremely helpful and really knew his product! They took the time to help me out and made sure that i made the correct parts decision. Im glad that he took the time to go over everything, it made my repair job so much easier!

My bill was more than expected. So I checked my receipt & found Prices marked and prices rang up were different. When I pointed it out on the item bought from beside the register, the guy just shook his head and looked at me, and dug into his pocket to give me 50 cents. Two other things were priced wrong, not in my favor. That was 3 out of 8. I just said never mind and left with my purchases. It was not worth my hassel.The inside of the store was being cleaned while I was there, almost closing time, I ubderstand that. The parking lot was full of trash. I've never see a commercial lot so full of garbage. Would have taken a picture if my battery was not dead.

I work for a shop in the area, it's Thursday and I know for a fact shops aren't that busy. Ordered refrigerant at 11:00am, called at 12:00 to find out where it was and was told he was waiting for a driver it's already on its way. Its now 1:00 and no refrigerant. I feel it's not that hard to do your jobs. They are just lucky its for my personal car and not a customer bc I am fuming mad

Very Poor. - I was returning a set of wipers I purchased 2 weeks prior & employee seemed unsure if he would return one because I advised him that I did actually put 1 on my car at one point but realized I didn't need new wipers and the new one weren't even better then my current ones, so now that I was back from my out of state vacation, I came to return them both. ( I did have the receipt). He said we usually do not return them, but he would let a supervisor decide. I said "oh, I didn't realize that". He said "well if you buy an outfit can you wear it and return it"? I waited there for a few mins because the supervisor was assisting others. He then said he wasn't going to have me wait, he would just do it. I thought okay but then he began to question me again. He then looked at my receipt and asked me.. So you purchased this 11/24 right? I said yes. He then said " Now what day is it today? I didn't respond. He then asked me again, what is today's date?? I said it is 12/07. He said exactly. I then became very fed up with him because he was way out of order. I told him to forget it, just return the one wiper, he was just going through too much and it is not that serious for $13. He said "that's what I'm saying, I am beginning to think you are up to something shady (it was shady or shiesty) because how you're acting now. He then stated that I keep changing my story. At that time, I advised him that I was just fed up because he could of either said yes or no and he didn't, he said he would turn it over to someone else, then he decided to take back over my issue but drill me about it and accuse me of trying to do something unethical and that is unacceptable. I advised him to just return the one so I could leave cause I was done. He then refuse to help me and told the supervisor. "Man you can ring her up." I went to the supervisor and he was very nice and he told me he remembered when I came two weeks ago and advised them that I was unsure if I even needed wipers but no one could check. He asked me did I want to return one or both and I advised him that it is his decision, I just can't be talked to like that for a $13 wiper and I was just being honest about it, I wasn't being "shady" about a wiper. The supervisor was very calm and nice. I then asked the supervisor for the man's name (not loud at all) before the supervisor could answer, the original associate was like " Oh my name is Waine, you want me to write it down for you" and provided me with the spelling. I took the info, the supervisor started to apologize, I advised him that I will be filing a formal complaint, because although he may deal with a lot of people that are not right, everyone is not that way and he cannot talk to people in that manner. I thanked the supervisor and left. This was the worst retail experience I have ever had. I wrote down the time that I was there and I will be contacting the corporate office and asking them not only take my word but to pull the video and judge for themselves. We as people have to be better towards one another and if we are not, we must be held accountable. I gave two stars because of the supervisor and I thank him again, not for returning the item but for showing empathy in a situation that was clearly mishandled & treating me like a decent human being.

I needed an engine and cabin air filter for my car. I should have done a search for prices on the computer first! I ended up paying $80, and later, after searching, found I could have gotten the same quality filters for $40 elsewhere.

Employees move slow and do not appear knowledgeable. I was second in line. Took 10 minutes to get checked out. Only needed coolant. Seemed more expensive than Oriellys.

The guy that was in the store act like he had a attitude bcuz it was 7:30 when I called to tell him I was in the parking lot while he was doing whatever.
