My car was hit by a large snow plow truck which resulted in severe structural and mechanical damage . I took my car to Aces Auto Body, LLC and they left my car looking brand new . The team at Aces did an amazing job at fixing the damages caused by the collision. Jim took the time to educate me on what was done to the car and answer questions that I had . The paint match is excellent and the body repair looks clean. My car is driving smooth again . I would definitely recommend them!

I really love working with a family owned business first off!! great people too! I had a truck prepped and repainted by this place 5-6 years ago. Hood, top, fenders & a door. Now the repainted top is rusting?! NOT happy. I pay for quality work and expect it to last! This older truck stays in the garage and is always kept clean. Now I have to have it redone someplace else. Sucks.

ACE collision is a family business, owned and� operated by the marital couple Jimmy & Michelle.In August of 2021, ACE repaired $10,503.36 worth of damage on my 2019 GMC Terrain, in the area of my drivers side front bumper, grill and hood during the COVID pandemic.Even with a shortage of parts and long delays receiving them, they still managed to fix the vehicle within 3-weeks. Jimmy personally worked on the vehicle everyday non stop to meet the 3-week deadline.Overall, I think ACE offers tremendous value for all body & paint work repairs at a fair and competitive price. As a bonus, they offered a reasonable approach to me paying my $500 deductible.Bottomline, I would recommend them to my family and friends.I would send any person NOT FAMILIAR with collision repair business practices to ACE collision. This includes my elderly mother any vulnerable person. Everyone beware of other collision shops using dishonest practices.ACE collision is my preferred shop for 5 reasons:(1) HONESTYJimmy issued me a refund for $269.00 because his initial estimate included charging me for a vehicle part he eventually discovered was not necessary for the final repairs of the SUV.(2) FAIRACE collision saved me money and made it easy to pay my $500 collision deductible(3) CUSTOMER SERVICEMy auto insurance wanted me to pay $304 out-of-pocket because I needed the rental vehicle for an additional week, because of a delay in receiving the cashiers check from the back to pay the repair cost.As a courtesy, Michelle called my insurer and convinced them to significantly reduce my charges.Jimmy also allowed me keep the vehicle at his shop FREE of cost, instead of charging me storage fees of $75/day.(4) INFORMATIVEJimmy set (a) clear expectations (b) explained the timeline for the completion of repairs and (c) the reason for needing each part in clear simple words.(5) FAST REPAIRSJimmy worked quickly to return the car to me in spite of vehicle part delays because of the COVID pandemic.Michelle & Jimmy, I wish you as much longevity in your small business as your marriage of 19 years!Very Satisfied Customer-Erich L.

This place is the real deal. The owner is friendly, trustworthy, and knows his stuff. Repaired the side door of a car which was dented and needed repainting. He went above and beyond--the work was quality and the paint was perfect. ACES is reasonable, and the work is top notch. Highly recommend. Have been here twice for work on two different vehicles, and have been very pleased with the cost, quality and promptness of the work. After they did work on my wife s car, I noticed something on my car that needed attention. At no cost they buffed it out for me right on the spot. Very pleased with their service, and while we hope we won t need bodywork again, if we do, we know where we are going.

Jimmy and the crew are great people! I've been using them for years and they've helped me with everything from company vehicles, my car, motorcycles including Harley-Davidson, Suzuki, and Ducati, as well as others. Highely recommend Aces Auto Body! Jimmy is the owner and he did a great job. He is very knowledgeable and upfront and honest about everything and explains the process he will use to fix the vehicle. Very reasonably priced! He got my car done in the time frame indicated. I can't say enough good things about this place! My bumper recently fell off while my boyfriend was driving my car (of course). He went to Aces Auto Body to get it fixed and he was sure to tell me that they had excellent customer service and quickly tended to his needs. They definitely went above and beyond to help him get back on the road. Would definitely recommend.

Best small business auto body shop around in the Milwaukee area! The staff is super friendly and the quality of work is impeccable! I've had several cars (mine, my daughters, and boyfriend) fixed by Ace's and have been highly satisfied every time. Totally recommend this business!!

Got a scratch down the side of my car and after a ridiculous estimate elsewhere, brought it here. They were really easy to work with, and the repair is top-notch: it looks like it never happened! Great work at a fair price.

Great place. James tells it like it is and is very honest. He does great work. I highly recommend Aces if you need work done.They have great communication and keep you up to date while the work is being done. A+++++++ place....

Do great work and charge as much to insurance company as possible to save you money off your deductible. Highly recommend. It is only like three people so Ir your patient they will not disappoint
