My tire burst and I called them to replace my tire. They said they had the size I needed. Because of the wrong size, my other tire deteriorated and I had to buy another new tire. I don't recommend it!!!! It is better to call a tow truck and get to the normal service. I would give 0 stars if it were possible. They crossed out the tire number so that it wouldn't be visible.

I had an unexpected flat tire and had to drive out of town that day for business. A1 was extremely pleasant on the phone and arrived within an hour to change my tire. Their work was completed quickly and they had me back on my way. Very good price for the service and high quality work. I will definitely recommend to my friends and would use them again should I have another flat.

A1 Mobile Tire Service was recommended to me by a friend. I needed to get a plug put in one of my tires because the leak in my tire was not slow, and I was filling up my tire at least twice a day. When I went in, I was greater by 2 very pleasant ladies. I told them my situation and said I could not afford a new tire at this time. A young man asked me a question about the leak. So I told him. He said, "We don't usually do plugs in tires now, but for you, we will do it." I was so excited. When I pulled into the garage, I was approached by Ken, who fixed my tire. He was very nice as well. Kudos to all who work there they are wonderful and I will go back for other visits as well.

Amanda the owner damaged my car while changing the tires and refuses to pay for the damages. She claims she makes $300,000 annually but hasn t paid $720 for the damage she caused because she placed her jack on the door instead of the frame, but she s a professional On Sunday August 28, 2022 the owner/operator (Amanda Bowers) of A1 Mobile Tire Service was hired to perform (2) tire repairs to my black 2017 Honda Civic hatchback. During the process of repairing the tires the owner/operator (Amanda Bowers) of A1 Mobile Tire Service damaged the passenger front door of above said vehicle. At that time the owner/operator took responsibility for the damage and agreed to pay for damages. An estimate was received by consumer/owner (Pope) from Econno Auto Painting & Body Works for $719.96. Consumer/owner (Pope) provided the owner/operator (Amanda Bowers) of A1 Mobile Tire Service agreed to pay total for repairs. The owner/operator (Amanda Bowers) of A1 Mobile Tire Service will send $719.96 in 2 payments; 1st payment of $359.98 9.2.2022 due upon receipt of this agreement 2nd payment of $359.98 is due Monday, 09.06.2022 NLT (no later than) 4pm CST. If this payment arrangement is not upheld Consumer/owner (Pope) will file legal against the owner/operatorStill NO RESULTS! 10/4/22 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOW WE CANNOT REACH HER! Legal Action!

We called a1 mobile tire service on a Tuesday night. The conditions were very cold and windy ..-6 degrees with wind!!A1 mobile informed us it was be a little bit of a wait, but we will get to you. We have our location tire size and sure enough A1 came out on time replaced the tire at a great price .Thanx A1, you are A1 to us!

Got stranded on the side of the highway last night- horrible flat from running over a nail or something- A1 mobile answered the phone pretty quick and gave me an accurate estimated time of arrival- bout an hour and a half not any less time than triple A would have been. They called to let me know when they were on route to me and then a nice woman named Amanda efficiently took my busted tire and made me a new one. Couldn't have been more than 10 minutes of work super fast! Left with a totally new tire, no need for a tow or stopping somewhere else.

She driving with no insurance. She was in her phone driving and couse an accident and then run away she don t even have insurance she don t know I m going to sue her yet. But now she knows. I m going after you Amanda

Owner was very pleasant and helpful. Contacted the company in the wee hours of the morning and within eight hours, they got me together. Superb service and she pulled right up! Mobile it is and I definitely recommend!!

Had a very difficult to remove tire that after an hour it was clear I wasn t going to be able to get it off the car. I called A1 and they were able to get to me within an hour. Luckily I did because my spare was also flat and by the time it was all said and done my car needed to be jumped too! They took care of all of that for me and I was able to get home safely. I highly recommend this place!!

A Firestone location refused to repair the tire on our Tesla, because he did not have the knowledge nor special tools, and he might dammage theBattery pack. My wife and I were dead in the water. Scouring the web on Sunday night, I saw a photo of a red Tesla on A1 s site, and left some messages but phoned again early morning. Amanda the amazing tire repair expert said, no problem. We ll be out. She arrived, laid out her tools, removed the wheel, repaired the puncture and was done and on her way in 20 minutes. Do not do business with Mandy/Amanda! She and her partner put the wrong size tires on my car. My car was driving horribly, wobbling each time I drove. When I reached out to attempt a refund or the right tires, she stated she didn t want to do bad business and would fix the problem. I called and my friend called her several times. She promised today by 4:30pm and here it is 6:50pm. I m at a real tire shop and I ll never do business with her again. She also charged me $200. Don t mess with her. She ll waste your time and money.

Had a flat an hour from home around midnight on a saturday, and stupidly no way to repair it on my own. Quick Google search came up with this number, gave a call she was very easy to talk to. Very clear and straight about pricing etc, also offered the option of bringing a replacement tire in the event the repair couldn't be done. Give me a 1 hour window to arrive and that was spot on. Overall repair took about 30 minutes or so. Finished the job by tightening the lug nuts with a torque wrench. Definitely recommended.

One of the BEST services I've received in a LONG time! Reasonably price, speedy service, super professional, and a wonderful experience all together.Not only was this the best service EVER, she sliced her hand almost off changing my tires, went to the hospital, GOT STITCHES, then CAME BACK and still got the tires done! Above and beyond. You can see the pride she takes in her service....

Hands down best customer service experience I ve ever had. I was a little iffy about using a mobile service for my new car but didn t want to go through the hassle of putting on the spare to get to the shop. Best decision I made was calling A1 mobile tire service. Amanda was extremely friendly and professional. Even with the floor being icy and the freezing temperatures she managed to change my tire in no time. I saved her number for future use because she will definitely be my first call in case I go through this again. She also mentioned that she does lockouts and other car services on the go. 10/10 highly recommend.

Amanda was awesome, she showed up right when she said she would with a new tire for an amazing price. My car was parked behind an apartment complex with a small driveway, but she still got in there and finished mounting a new tire in less than an hour! Let me keep my old tire and told me everything I needed to know. Highly recommended!!!

Hands down the best experience I've had with tire service! I'll never call anyone else! I was stranded in downtown MKE after I ran over a glass bottle. I called A1, and the team took great care of me! Super professional, beyond reasonable prices (especially considering that they come to YOU). Thank you for providing an incredible service! 10/10 Recommend.

Excellent, timely, and friendly service for a reasonable price I highly recommend A1 Mobile Tire Service!We hit a pothole on our way out of Milwaukee and had to pull into a random parking lot around 7pm on a Saturday evening. Upon a quick search, all other tire shops has just closed. I called A-1 and and got in touch with Amanda. They came out right away and can changed our tire in the rain. It started pouring just as they arrived, but we were back on the road in no time. A1 absolutely saved our night. Huge thanks to Amanda!

My family & I had an eventful day of car troubles, first our work vehicle stalls on us & our backup vehicle has a flat where the tire is completely off of the rim. We call about 5 mobile tire places within our area and they all have either a long wait or stipulations I finally find A1 and even though they were super busy and didn t have my city listed, Amanda made it her business to drive all the way to us at our home to offer her great service. When she got there she was such a nice and understanding person and was genuinely concerned about our whole situation. She persisted on solving the problem despite the lug nuts being basically stuck on, she took care of the problem with such professionalism & patience!I 100% recommend her services because she knows exactly what she s doing.If you want A1 service, choose A1 Mobile Tire Service

We got a flat tire on the side of the freeway. A1 mobile tire service just happened to pull up right behind us. They were so nice, he jacked our car up and helped us get our donut on in less than 3 minutes. He was so friendly, and we really appreciated the help.

we have a fleet of box trucks and don't Carry spare tires we had a flat and need a tire and some one to put it on. we where stranded on side of road 2 hours from our shop. she asked tire size on phone came right out and took old tire off mounted new tire on our rim. all on the side of the road and we where on our way. we will have her number on all our trucks when in the Milwaukee area thank you so much
