Not an honest shop. They ll charge you for things without telling you like $95 for towing. I felt disrespected as a female and felt I was being taken advantage of because I m a girl who doesn t know cars. Came in spending way more than I planned on and got gaslit the whole time.

I have been fighting with alternator issues with my vehicle for a long time. ARS figured out the issue and made the necessary repairs. Thank you for taking the time to investigate the issue. Thank you for resolving the issue. My car is up and running now with no issues.

Grossly overcharged for a tow. Found it weird that they charged my card at the time I made the appointment. Wouldn't use again but at least they showed up early and got the job done. Also get points for actually answering the phone when we called, unlike most other tow companies.

Fast, friendly, cheap! Drove 10 minutes to me, took me 32 minutes away, and had to drive about 30min back to their offices and it only cost $134 (after taxes and CC fees). Guy was friendly.

Absolutely recommended! I'm a woman who has been to multiple repair shops and has had experience with being taken advantage of when it comes to car repairs but at ARS Auto they are honest and KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. From biggest repair to smallest they handle it. At a FAIR price! And also gets my car serviced right away. Shoutout to Ted (the owner) who is very helpful and knowledgeable and Louis (lady at the front desk) who is so kind and makes you feel at home.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have always gotten good service and polite employees. I've also had the opportunity to watch them with other customers and they treat everybody the same, sometimes their a little bit busier than other times but they've always been good. Also whoever put in that bad complaint about them selling cars they don't sell cars. They're not a used car lot.

They did a coolant flush on my truck over the winter. Reasonable price and quick and friendly service

They put in a new cadillac converter for me and I was finally able to pass my emissions after a family member really ripped me off. They also did some suspension work for me as well. I am very pleased and satisfied with there work and price. I will be back and reccomend them to others!!
