After my daughter experienced two blown tires while traveling on the interstate, we were fortunate to have Jim's Tire & Automotive tow her vehicle. They had two new tires installed the very next day! Could not be happier with how this incident turned out and would highly recommend this business! Great communication and fair prices.

What a great honest shop. Did a big brake job for us and communicated well on expenses very fast and reasonable. He even answered some questions we had on another vehicle. So nice to help us out.

Jim responded to my call very quickly, was there faster than he estimated and had me on my way in no time. He made sure I made it to the closest exit, safely. Safety was at the forefront of the entire experience. Professional, quick and knowledgeable from start to finish. I highly recommend his service!

I will never go anywhere else. Jim s helped me when my car was lurching and shaking, when no one else could tell me what was wrong and would charge me $200 just to tell me that. Jim s charged me a FRACTION of what other businesses were going to charge, and went above and beyond to get to the bottom of what was wrong. 10/10 recommend.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Have had tires done here before and recently had an issue arise with one of my vehicles.I was told that they were booked out until next week but that they would tow & take my car to the shop in the meantime for me, as it wasn t starting anyway.Got a call later the very same day stating that they had gotten a chance to look at it due to a cancellation and what was initially estimated to be a $750 issue/job ended up being a $350 issue/job instead.Staff are always very friendly and helpful! Excellent service. We broke down in the interstate at 8 am, the busiest time of the day, there was a lot of traffic. Jim, who answered the phone, was extremely nice, worried about our safety, and sent someone out very fast. They got to us in under a half hour, hooked up our car, and drove us back to our house. The driver, Pat, was very helpful and provided excellent service. They charged us a very modest rate and drove us home. We loved the service. Will definitely use again, 100% recommend.

My car got a random flat on the interstate at around 11 pm. I called Jim s, and was immediately met with the friendly and helpful voice of a driver named Pat. I explained where I was on I 90, he was there in twenty minutes and took me back to the shop. He was very kind, and sympathetic to the situation, had a great attitude and was very personable. Exactly the kind of service you d hope for when you re in a stressful situation. Thank you again for your exceptional customer service.

The staff at Jim's is as professional as they come.A hard work staff and they truely car about customer service.in town for a weekend visit and needed an oil change. Job well done. And oil change is simple yes but here we were treated as family. That goes a long way now aways.A Saturday visit, we dropped off the car went for a walk did some shopping and the car was ready. Staff topped the fluids and checked the tires. Extremely friendly place.Choose Jim's Tire and Automotive if you care about great service with a smile.

I was on the way back from a long road trip when my tire blew, an hour outside of home. It was an incredibly stressful situation that quickly turned around with the help of Jim s. The tow truck got there pretty quickly, the driver was very nice, and they were honest about what my options were. I would recommend this place a 1000x over.Service: TiresService: Tires

My wife brought the car here at the recommendation of Olin's because they couldn't fit us in. We aren't from the area so it was nice knowing that these businesses are looking out for each other. They were able to look at her car immediately. They found the problem and eventhough we couldn't leave it there to get fixed, they did top off the coolant so she could make it back to our shop. It was a good experience and I would recommend them and Olin's if I lived in Milton.

Called on a Saturday in the pouring rain, not only did Pat come out fast and efficiently, he was extremely nice and personable! 15/10 recommend! Great company with great employees! Definitely recommend!! FAIR PRICING

They are super friendly, and so fast! I have had many cars towed from here. It's the only place I will go through. Fast service, cheap as hell and super nice. You couldn't ask for much more. Thanks for all the help jim's tire! You guys are the best

They towed my vehicle less than a mile and charged $237.00!! Their shop was 4 miles away so they drove 10 miles for 237.00 . Would never use them again. Just an update. Jim's called me back and was very apologetic about the billing error and refunded half of the bill. I was very pleased with the personal call and the fact that he rectified the problem immediately.

Called with 5 mins notice of a tire valve fault from across the town. The guys fitted us in immediately! They even fitted the wheel back on the car and put the spare tire back underneath. We re visiting family from out of town and were referred to Jim s when an ABS and stabile track light turned on. Having a planned 1000 mile trip back to Virginia we needed it looked at. Jim took our Sierra out for a diagnostic drive and reported we would be fine and it s just an old code in history status and nothing to worry about. Whew, that gave us peace of mind. But the best is, he treated us well. Thank you Jim. We return to the area a couple times a year and will definitely give him any automotive business we have in the future. Blew a tire and needed a tow. Towed me to the shop and dropped me off at home. Next morning replaced the tire, charged the battery and topped of the other 3 tires. Picked me up at my house and gave me a ride in to the shop. Excellent, fast and courteous!!!

If you need a tow in the Janesville area these are the guys. Very reasonable rates and prompt, with newer equipment. I being a mechanic myself was very impressed with thier service.

You want these guys. Extremely courteous and prompt, amazing bedside manner, took time to observe what was going on and offered to help drive me where I needed to get and kept me taken care of during my emergency. Phenomenal! Thank you so much!
