I just happen to stop by Zimbrick Volkswagen in Middleton to check out the 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan and simply loved it, and had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Bobby LaBerge. He came outside in the blistering cold to meet me with absolutely no pressure. I am definitely coming back to him all the way from Sun Prairie when I am ready to purchase my new car. Great job!!

Sales person Andy Straub was great while we were buying a car. He followed up with us and listened to our needs. He was informative but not over powering during the full process of buying a car. I would recommend him to others and will look him up in the future.

Our experience was excellent from start to finish! Andy Straub was a pleasure to work with and he took great care in getting to know us and getting to know what we were looking for and what was important to us. We've had our new Volkswagen Atlas for 5 days now and we love the vehicle. Andy has followed up with us a couple of times to ensure we are 110% pleased and if we have any questions.

The service department was great at keeping me updated as to the status of my 2022 Taos' total engine replacement. There was a huge delay from Volkswagen getting the correct tools and parts to Zimbrick to ultimately have to replace my entire engine. Once the technician (JJ) was able to start work on my car, the customer service person (Nate) and the service dept. manager (David), kept the ball rolling and kept me appraised of the repairs. A+++ to the gentlemen that I worked with at Zimbrick while my car was there for 5 months for the engine replacement.

It was a pleasure working with Zimbrick Volkswagan of Middelton. Tom was very knowledgeable and great to work with from the initial monument of communicating with this dealership. Amy the manager was wonderful too as I had initially put in an order back in November. Last week I decided to purchase a similar vehicle off the lot. Tom again was wonderful to work with. I love my 2024 Volkswagan Atlas. My expectations were certainly met above this five start rating.

Everything was fine with the inspection report being all green. Except when I popped open my hood the coolant was at the minimum level. Leaking or disappearing coolant for a VW Atlas is a known problem. Unhappy that I now have to take my time to go back to get it topped off.

Just bought another car here, and I have to say it was painless and I felt like I got a fair deal. I worked with Brian Olsen (Recommended!) who knows every detail about every trim level and feature on all the models and has really put up with me asking a lot of questions.

I had a great experience purchasing my new Tiguan at Zimbrick Volkswagen in Middleton! Brian Olson was wonderful to work with and made the purchase smooth from start to finish. I was so excited to see a big red bow on the vehicle when I was picking it up! Little touches like that go a long way. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and genuine.

My husband and I were on the search for a new suv. We originally went to zimbrick to look at the Tiguan. However my eyes spotted the atlas cross sport. Tom Lenling was our dealer. My husband and I had many chevy purchases with Tom from a different dealership. My husband and I were trying to decide between 2 different 5 passenger suvs. Tom was never pushy he listened to our questions and understood that the decision wasn't an easy one. One day we stopped at VW Tom was off and his colleague Andy helped us. Andy knew we had been in several times and were conflicted on what to do. He offered us some advice and a different perspective on how to help us make our decision. I loved the atlas cross sport but after really looking at what we were trying to accomplish with this suv purchases we decided to go a different route. When it comes time for another vehicle purchases I would definitely go to Tom again!

I had been shopping for a small SUV for awhile and had visited a number of other dealerships with other car brands - the customer service and attentiveness at Zimbrick Volkswagen in Middleton exceeded my expectations. I felt welcomed, valued, and they made me really happy to purchase my new car with them. They helped me find the perfect SUV for me and made the transaction seemless (even though I had a short window as I was living internationally at the time). I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. In particular, Brian Olson was fantastic to work with - he was very open, genuine, and super knowledgeable about all the car models and really helped me make the right choice. Mike (finance) and Amy (sales) were also great. The entire process was easy - and almost fun - as it should be when you buy a new car.

I recently bought a VW Golf Alltrack from Roy. I am from out of state and he made the process really easy and comfortable. He was very upfront about the whole process and his communication was fantastic. This instilled a lot of confidence in me to buy from Zimbrick. My wife and I flew to Wisconsin and the car was waiting for us. It was in absolutely pristine condition for a used car. Filling out the paperwork was super easy and very quick and we were on our way.Zimbrick VW is simply a genuine dealership. They are super friendly, very open about any fees that come along with purchasing the car, and you just get the feeling that they want you to have a good experience and leave there happy. I paid a fair price for a very high quality certified used car. You can't ask for much more than that.I shopped for a while for the car I wanted and Roy was one of the first sales people that I felt was a real human. I wasn't hit with any weird gimmicks or silly sales tactics. It was just a simple, straight forward, genuine experience.I would not hesitate to buy a car from them again.

2 stars. I submitted an application for a lease as International Student a week ago. Nobody from this dealer called me during the week. My first contact with them was 5 days after because I personally went to Zimbrick to get some news. Today s is been a week and i m still waiting for the decision to be approved or denied.If you are an international student or a foreign who has a legally status, I recommend you to look for other options/dealers because the financial process for approval/denial here has a low low low quality.They argue that is VW(Volkswaggen) that takes time in their process (which is real), VW financial department looks that does not have any Immigration specialist or a SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) for cases where the client is a foreign person with legal status in the US. But, the dealer could make a call soon in the week to inform about the times or documents required for the process.2 Stars because the sales person Brian Olson is a cool guy. But the dealer and VW Let s see if they take 1 more week or a month to get a decision.

Although it was express and I arrived before service began for the day. I was told it would be 30 minutes. I waited two hours for service. There were originally only 4 customers waiting with me. More customers came and left, until I asked when will my car be serviced. No other customer service was provided like the Stoughton Rd. area. My car was not wiped in the interior, is this a courtesy of the past?

Very quick and friendly service. Lounge was great. Only negative was that I got ten minutes away and my tire pressure light came on. Had to drive back but they got it taken care of quickly when I arrived.

I called Middleton Zimbrick to schedule oil change, the lady encouraged me to try express lube which didn t need an appointment. I drove to Zimbrick the next morning at 730, the gentleman told me that it would be a two hour wait. I left to go to work. I called again to schedule an appointment. Again I was encouraged to try the express lube . I told the lady that I have a job Monday through Friday, I can t go unaccounted for, for an undetermined amount of time. I got past the scheduling gatekeeper and was able to schedule an appointment out 3 weeks for 7am. I was prompt for my appointment and greeted the gentleman while he opened the doors. I pulled my car in and was happy to have immediate assistance. Unfortunately I waited for two hours! In my opinion, this is not express . Maybe you should change the name to avoid misrepresenting the expectation. Also, a gentleman and a lady who came in separately after me, both left before me. The gentleman had an oil change and I think the lady had a battery change. Also, it is nice that Zimbrick washed my car during the appointment, but they did not dry it. The water on my car did not bead, so I assume it did not get a wax coat. I got my car soaking wet, with no offer to dry off.

Buying our car was a great experience! Brian was very pleasant, helpful and awesome to work with! Car shopping can feel so overwhelming but this experience felt easy! And the big bow on top of my brand new car was a fun surprise!

I liked getting a reminder email with details of my appointment from the Service Manager (David). I emailed back and he responded promptly. Nate, the service person with whom I worked was professional and efficient & he communicated clearly the plan for the day. He notified me when the car was ready for pick up. I appreciate the option for an Uber ride to and from my appointment. I did not need to use that service yesterday but I may in the future.

Brian was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process and took genuine care to make sure all of our needs were met. The salesman, Brian Olson, did a wonderful job with and for us. He took his time with us even though it was a Saturday and he had other customers came in to see him. His knowledge of the VW Atlas was top notch! We could not have asked for a better experience with Brian.

While searching for my new vehicle, I went to numerous dealerships, and none of them compared to Zimbrick VW in Middleton. All the staff was so welcoming and helpful with any questions I had. I specifically worked with Brian to lease my new Tiguan. This is the second time I have worked with Brian, and he is so helpful, kind, and prompt/responsive with any requests I had. I have already referred my parents to Brian, and I will continue to recommend him to any of my family or friends.

We ve purchased 3 cars at Zimbrick VW and every experience has been fun and easy! Alex is incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles and makes sure you get exactly what you need/want. We walked in just to browse but I knew I couldn t leave the blue Taos on the lot. Working with Alex and James isn t the typical car buying experience and anyone looking to purchase a new car should head over to Zimbrick in Middleton!

Stay far away. Paying out of pocket for repairs on CPO vehicle. Missing service records/ skipped maintenance. Service Manager Eric guarantees the service was really done because he spoke with the employee that traded in the vehicle despite evidence from independent mechanic this was not possible. Suggested doing half a brake job (one side only! Very unsafe!) salesperson, management refused to communicate in writing. Do not trust the safety of your family with a vehicle here. Service advisor Ben is a warranty expert, issuing firm denials before vehicle inspection. This is a predatory car stealership

The service on my MY21 ID.4 had been postponed several times. The work, that was supposed to last 3 days ended up taking nearly a month. Communications were poor and repairs were constantly delayed without explanation. Some repairs that I was told several times would be completed were not completed, so the car will have to go back in for these repairs in the future. Further, the repairs created additional issues that had been identified by other ID4 owners but were never check on by dealership personnel, so the car will need to also go back for these repairs. Finally, the software for the vehicle was updated introduced numerous changes and updates for which there was no guide, so we are left to figure out what changed and how to manage the changes. In sum, a mostly terrible experience at Zimbrick VW Middleton.
