Donna helped me out with our process to get an interlock installed for my brother. She did a magnificent job explaining how it will work and set me up with an appointment right away with no issues. She gave me the best customer service received within a few months. Customer service isn t the same as before but Donna did her part to make me feel like we made a great choice . Thanks Donna.

Always very friendly. Very professional. Quick install and calibrations. Had no issues with the system throughout the time I had it. Would definitely recommend people this place.

For what ever reason you need to cancel your appointment, this company will not give you a refund at all. They will also not tell you about hidden costs associated with the installation of the device. There are plenty of cheaper, better options with better consumer service around the Dane County area. If you value your money, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to look else where.

If you get sick the machine will keep you sick. Your not allowed to clean it out. Not only that check your paperwork, I didn't and just took their word that ir was correct. it resulted in a loss of license while I was traveling for work and almost landed me in jail due to intoxalocks mistake. Took multiple calls a day for over a week to get it sorted out too. Wonderful program

I have been with them over a year. I decided that it is time to find another provided when I had an issue. They charged me money and then told me I should be happy they didn't charge me more. The worst customer service I have ever had! I could go on with more details however I am done with them. At the end of the day they have left a very bad taste in my mouth. Good luck if you go with them. Yes I am a real person that was negatively affected by this company. After talking to their technicians I found out they get paid poorly too. It seems to me like treating people bad is their mission. I should have switched sooner. This is your fair warning. Buyer beware.

I went to the waukesha, Travis lane location and the guy rushed me through the info, rushed me into computer and rushed us out. The install was quick but the service was terrible. I have a brain injury and issues comprehending and with him taking like an auctioneer i couldn't follow. It was not a good experience at all, not to mention the disgusting bathroom.

I ALWAYS have very friendly and helpful service from the employees. However, the device and the scheduling options are troublesome. Since West Allis is the only "central milwaukee" location, they are often booked up. Now that they only have appointments till 5pm, it is REALLY hard to get one booked without having to take off work. This whole experience has been life altering and eye opening, indeed. Looking forward to getting the lock out of my car so my schedule can go back to normal!

I would look hard at another provider. Here is the problem with WIL. 1. They never have open appointments. They will push you off for a week or more and then fine you for not coming in on time. 2. They will cancel or move your appointment at the last minute. Yet if you call to move yours they will again push you off for another week. 3. Their product will randomly force a reset then they will try to fine you. I was told that the device "Disconnected" which resulted in a hefty fine. According to the device logs I managed to disconnect and reconnect in less then a seconded? Even the tech acknowledged that didn't make sense but it did not stop them from fining me. 4. Their billing practices are different for every person, and every car. They were unable to adequately explain pricing to me..... I had two cars with interlock, as the state required. They billed me two different prices. They told me it was their "new pricing" and refused to adjust my rate on the first car as it was much higher then that second. 5. The place is flat out shady, they work out of a garage that is full of someones household furniture and belonging.... The result is there is little room to pull in a car.I could go on, try a competitor, I wish I had.....

Installation was quick and painless- in part because the installation fee was waived due to the fact that I need it for more than a year. Installers were good people and they told me everything I needed to know about how the device worked, and how it didn't.

When a friend needed an interlock device installed, she went here. They were very professional and made the process easy to understand. Koty was very helpful and prompt with answering her questions. I would recommend anyone who needs a device like this to go here.

Worst customer service I have ever received. They automatically assume the worst of you from the get go. Save your dignity and take your business else where. People don t need other people dumping on them when they re attempting to come back from a mistake.

My IIL installation was initially done in July, 2018. I'm now into my eighth month using the device. I'm at a loss to express my thanks to Rob for initially handling the installation, and for the required re-calibrations every 60 days. My OWI has been a humiliating, life-changing event. Working with Wisconsin Ignition Interlock Devices in Middleton, and especially Rob, has made this unfortunate event much easier to deal with. Truly this is an understatement! I'm most appreciative and humbled.My sincere thanks!James

Very friendly and helpful staff. There can be occasional difficulty scheduling appointments due to the hours of operation but the device they use literally takes five seconds to operate on the road.

Synopsis: Much more flexibility and presence statewide than other companies, but service and equipment could use some help.WAAAAAAY better than Intoxalock. As in WAY BETTER. But still not responsive. They'll get you hooked up and in a contract fast enough, but techs in more rural areas have spotty hours. Call ins take a LONG time with lots of press 1 press 2 stuff. You constantly get referred to the website, and you can't cancel appointments with less than 24 hours to go (without $35 fee). Oh, and if you get locked out during a holiday weekend, no one is at the helm at their offices, so you'll be stuck. That said, they do have more versatility/flexibility in sending codes to get your car unlocked; scheduling service ahead of time (rather than being out of town for two weeks and while you're gone, having your car lock out), and other stuff like that. It's totally annoying, though, to only need this to drive in WI and have to drive 3000 miles through other states blowing every 15 minutes. Oh yeah, that reminds me, the draeger units seem really sensitive and will ask you for an immediate retest without indicating what you've done "wrong" sometimes. They also don't show a BAC. So if you're trying to start up the car with a 0.024 BAC and it fails, you don't know whether you need to wait 30 minutes or 2 hours (e.g. the morning after). The unit just says "failed", which is really annoying. Also asks you to blow (for about 10 minutes) when just running the ACC (radio, A/C, etc.), but will not lock you out if you don't.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY, TURN AWAY AND DONT THINK TWICE ABOUT CHOOSING THIS COMPANY!! IF YOU DECIDE NOT TO GO FOWARD WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND FOR WHAT YOU PAID. THIS COMPANY ALSO WONT TELL YOU ABOUT HIDDEN FEES LIKE PAYING MORE TO HAVE THE DEVICE REMOVED AFTER YOUR TIME PERIOD IS UP. I GUARANTEE YOU THATS THERE IS BETTER AND CHEAPER COMPANIES OUT THERE. ADDITIONALLY, THIS COMPANY CHARGES MORE THAN OTHER COMPANIES AROUND THE MADISON, WI AREA. YOU WILL REGRET EVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY, FIND A BETTER AND CHEAPER COMPANY, THERES PLETLY OF THEM AROUND.
