Nate Cook was an incredible salesman who was very easy to work with. He stayed late on a Saturday to help with a test drive and made himself available early Monday morning to finalize the sale. Nate, Doug, and the entire team made this my easiest car buying experience yet. I would highly recommend Schoepp Motors to anyone in need of a quality vehicle at a fair price.

Bought a beautiful used Mazda CX-5 from Richard. The process, from the initial contact to the negotiations, was a breeze. I never felt overly pressured and Richard was willing to work with us on the price and some repairs. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Schoepp and have had a great experience each time. They are always up front and honest and will go out of their way to try and solve any problem. This time I bought a 2020 Nissan Rogue from Jake Welsh. He was awesome and I was here on a busy day. He was able to float between customers and handle 3 people at a time. Eric sold me a beautiful RAV4 adventure! Great personality and timely sale, thank you so much!UPDATE: The car computer malfunctioned, however, they took it in and replaced it on the house! It did take a while due to parts being back ordered but the communication was excellent. Still trying to fix all the issues but very happy they didn t just sell me a lemon and run.

I bought a car from these guys about 5 years ago. It s a great car but, these guys aren t the best at honoring their word. When I bought the car, they said that my first and fifth oil change would be free. Anyways, about 6 months ago, I got my fourth oil change and asked the guy at the counter. He confirmed that the next one would be my fifth and complimentary one.However, when I brought my car in yesterday for my fifth, they told me they don t do that anymore. They also told me they stopped doing that 2 years ago (see previous paragraph). They said they would still honor it if I had some kind of punch card. No one ever gave me a punch card so, naturally, I had no idea what they were talking about.They did, however, try to sell me new tires. I think I ll get those, and future oil change, elsewhere.

I have had the worst experience ever! And I will never recommend anyone to these people!! Let s say I found the van with all the features I wanted was happy with it until after purchasing it! I ll start off they had this priced at 18k with 95k on it. This van didn t last me even 3 weeks before leaving me stranded cause the Tran went out. I had to have towed to Middleton to be fixed thank god for warranty but took them over a month to fix it! Then get it back after 2 days check engine light comes on again! Take back in this time thermostat went out. Get it back again couple days down the line my gas tank starts not pumping gas correct take back in tell me that this part is over $400 and they can t cover it under warranty and I had to pay for it! Right there I was livid now fast forward to couple months later now my airbags don t work in my vehicle and my check engine light off and on all time. Now to the really angry part I stuck a 8k down payment my life savings into this vehicle hoping would last me! Hoping I was getting good deal, well I was wrong I am now trying to trade this vehicle in and dealerships only saying it s worth 5k mind u I haven t even had this a year. So your telling me I bought 18k vehicle with 8k down payment and now only worth 5k and has problem after problem and no one can help me as a mom of 3 children I m absolutely beside myself and filled with anger! So for all the ones I can save from hell don t go here!!!
