Maggie at the Century Avenue location in Middleton WI was SO helpful! I needed a replacement headlight for my 2013 Toyota Camry. In a moment she had the right bulb and even replaced it for me - at a fraction of what I would have paid a mechanic. I had gone to my mechanic twice to have headlights replaced and the third time I thought, "I'm over this. There has to be a better way for such a simple fix." I'm thrilled with the service at O'Reilly's and will definitely be back (hopefully not for headlights). Special shout out to Maggie!

I've always had good experiences with O'Reilly and today was no exception. Zach went above and beyond to replace my headlight bulbs on my Lexus 350 that were really stubborn to remove. He also gave his top choices for replacement headlights and headlight restoration kits. Thanks O'Reilly and thank you Zach!

Aiden, the store manager of this location is awesome! He's super friendly and knowledgeable about everything auto. Three months ago I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a new headlight bulb. I quickly realized how difficult they make replacing anything on a Jeep. Aiden installed it for me right there in the parking lot. This week my girlfriend's Hyundai hybrid sedan battery needed a replacement. I quickly suggested for her to call this O'Reilly location and ask for Aiden. I jumpstarted the car that morning, they had the correct batter in stock, and he replaced it she said in 15 minutes again there in the parking lot without any hesitation. For now, I'm not going to any other local auto retailer without first calling Aiden.

Had a headlight out and never changed one on my own, Aedyn looked up which one I needed and helped me pick the best brand for my car, then he helped me with the installation and explained how everything worked. He was extremely professional and kind and represented the company well and I will happily shop here again.

Needed to replace a burnt out bulb in my tail light. Employee (I believe their name is Michael) was happy to help. The assembly ended up being stuck and nearly impossible to remove. Needless to say, it took a bit of time and multiple methods to get it free. The whole time, the employee remained cordial and professional, and with some problem-solving and persistence, was eventually able to get it open and replace the bulb. I was extremely impressed at their willingness to keep trying at something the shop offers as a free service. Great shop, great people.

Five star service from staff. Only reason I'm not giving this store 5 stars is because the computer told the staff the wrong part number. I bought replacement bulbs that were different in the car than the computer recommended.I went back and not only did they refund my purchase of the wrong bulbs (I replaced all the rear light bulbs because a couple were out), but they came out to change they bulbs themselves to make sure everything was working properly.I appreciated not being treated like the issue was because I'm a woman doing simple car maintenance myself and I somehow couldn't figure out how to screw in a lightbulb.

I have always loved getting car parts from O'Reillys. They always seem to have the feel of the small time local hardware store from old times. People at the counter talking cars and the staff ready to come outside and help on your vehicle if needed.

New location with super friendly staff. I come here to recycle my old motor oil.I wish there was a way to turn into their parking lot directly from Century Ave though, you have to go in through Middleton Springs Dr. Other than that it's a great location.

I bought a battery in AutoZone with same-day delivery and they didn't delivere it. To make it worst, when I try to see my order in the website it says"ooops, something went wrong"! Do not trust in AutoZone!
