Very fast to get back to you. A breeze to get on the books for a chip in the windshield that I didn't want to spread into a replacement of the windshield.

I've been both a Professional Customer (Dealership Service Manager) and a personal customer and Novus never fails to deliver. The techs are quick and efficient and I've never had to have them come back to fix or redo a repair; additionally the can source and use factory parts during warranty repairs which is a huge bonus.I can't say enough about the office manager Mai-c. She's quick, efficient, knowledgeable, personable and fun. She knows her job and she does it will, almost always able to get us parts and get us on the schedule within 3-4 days. She's always willing to work around our availability and our customers. I've sent several customers her way and have been one myself. Was able to get an appointment within a couple days. They were on time and extremely fast. My windshield looks great. I'm high risk for covid and when the gentleman pulled up I asked if he would wear a mask and he already had one ready to go. You can trust them to think of your health and safety too! Highly recommend Novus in Middleton.

I had a difficult windshield to replace on a classic car. The first attempt was just off and didn't fit perfectly. Without hesitation they took it back, found a new windshield that was a perfect match and swapped it out a second time. That is excellent service and the end result is great.

Had my windshield replaced on my truck today, I wasn't home so the tech called me to verify where the truck was. I thought my wife would be home so I didn't pull it out of the barn. The tech got right to work, he replaced the glass and gave me a call before he left. He even put my cover back on exactly the way I had it! He did a Great job, and left no mess!

Taped up some cracks on windshield for repair. Paid by toyota dealership but she only worked on 2 and not all 10+ we taped because they were "small". If its small you can fix it right? Why not?Service: Auto windshield repairService: Auto windshield repair

Got me in for a 7am windshield replacement appointment and I was out of there a little after 9am. This is exactly what I was told and anticipated when scheduling the appointment. The staff were all friendly and explained the process before starting. Bonus: Nick was able to save my husband s park sticker collection .

Just had our windshield replaced by Nick from Novus, out of Middleton, WI. He did a great job and the price installed at our home was less than the price quoted by several other companies to have it installed at their shops. Thank you.

I made an appointment. When I showed up at 7am, they told me they didn t have the parts in, wasting my time, and hadn t even called me.When I went to my rescheduled appointment, they messed up the time and their technician was busy with someone else. When I called the technician, who couldn t reschedule, and said they had screwed me over (my words) he used profanity and hung up on me.
