Just went here for the first time for a new car battery. I've been to quite a few other auto stores and my experience here was one of my best. Helpful, friendly staff. Not trying to squeeze every penny out of you. Will be back for the next auto things I need.

I had my driver's side wiper blades break. With the snow, rain and slush a few weeks ago, I couldn't drive there safely without the wiper. I had a friend take to purchase them. They were very knowledgeable about what exactly I needed and I didn't have to pour through a book of vehicles to figure out what I needed to buy. And then when we had struggles to get them on, I brought the vehicle in on a clear day, and they came out and got everything straight free of charge! Definitely somewhere I would go back to!

Amazing customer service provided by Al! My windshield wiper was broken and he helped my find the correct replacement and put it on my vehicle. Definitely recommend Napa!

These are the smartest parts guys I've ever met. I've never gotten a wrong part and they usually have everything I need in stock or a day out. While they have almost no fun diy stuff, this napa is the place to go when you need to fix your car.

There was a handful of employees working at the store two of them were with customers one was standing at the counter going through receipts not doing anything else got no hello got nothing had a young man walk from the back room gave him a hand signal to say hey I need some help and he smiled at me and then walk towards the back again. Not getting even a hello and waiting there for about 5-10 minutes to not even get service that's beyond ridiculous.

They wouldn't accept my old oil, never heard of a place that sold oil not taking the oil that comes out. Weaver auto parts had no problem taking the old oil I didn't even buy with them.

The guys behind the desk are very helpful. Always willing to help me find Balkamp trim fasteners and double check fitment of electrical items.

More limited in store supply of standard auto care items but the staff seemed knowledgeable and were able to order a unique part for me

Only place in the area to have the parts I needed that day. Best part is they beat everyone else's price that I called around to. Can't beat a deal and a quick time frame.
