This review is a little overdue I purchased a used Porsche Macan GTS from Middleton ford in the fall and could not be happier with it and my experience. My salesman Jamie was awesome! never felt pressured and he was very personable.I shopped around and the price was better at Middleton ford than anybody else.Brought it in for an oil change yesterday because of the deal that came with my purchase and the guy at the counter said it may be a little longer due to he would have to send out for the filter, but then tracked me down to inform me that due to buying the car there, that they made sure to have the filters in stock right after my purchase!Best service I have encountered through purchase and now with the service department as well!Customer for life!Thank you!

Great experience, very knowledgeable sales people. Everything went smooth and professional. Financing was done professionally and quickly. The salesman Jarrett even showed me how to use different features on the dashboard before I drove it away. Detailing the car was exceptionally well done as well. I am extremely happy about the purchase that I made at Middleton Ford! And I know I got the perfect vehicle for me!

Jamie was great to work with on finding me the perfect car and a great deal. He was in no way pushy and he (and the rest of the team) went above and beyond to help me close on the vehicle and drive off when I was in a bit of a rush. Would definitely recommend!

Great Experience - staff (with extra kudos to Jamie, Corey + Stacy) were extremely helpful and kept me apprised of my order status over the lengthy 16 month process. Once it arrived, they worked with big Ford (Corey) to secure rebates due to huge increase in sticker price. All they while I was able to drive my new Bronco around after a great overview by Jamie (and great detailing by staff). Stacy was extremely helpful with financing and went through the paperwork with me (twice) with extreme efficiency and knowledge. Being a family business, I felt extremely well taken care of and happy to recommend to others.

Entire experience was smooth and stress free, which I didn t anticipate. Ernest was very friendly and comfortable to work with, I felt no pressure to make a selection and wasn t rushed in the slightest. Every individual that we worked with or even just walked by was very friendly. I truly didn t feel that I was in a sales environment which I very much appreciate. Also, they have a dealership dog Lily, so they win.

Jarrett is one of the best car sales people we ve worked with. We knew what we wanted but still had plenty of questions and lots of thinking. I only have great things to say about the service department at this dealership. I drove 2 hours to this service shop for a stay-bar disconnect error on my 2022 Bronco that my local dealership was not able to diagnose Shawn and Luke were very patient and answered every one of my many questions. They even gave me a loaner car. They diagnosed and repaired parts that my local dealership missed. They called and kept me informed about every step of the repair process. All the necessary parts were express ordered and were received almost overnight. The service department is very organized and clean. My car was repaired in three days compared to the two to three week wait the dealership near my home quoted. Luke even waited past closing to meet me for pickup of my car so he could explain what was done to the car.Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable about the Bronco and if they could not answer my question they connected me with the person who could.I will be bringing all my Fords to this dealership for any future service.

Great experience. Jamie in sales was very open to our idea of changing the look of this factory Explorer with a vinyl wrap. Love how it turned out. I have been servicing my F150 at Middleton Ford for years. I always like to purchase a car with a great dealer backing the product! Thanks for the new car, we love it!

Zero customer service, didn't properly diagnose the problem. Service center repaired an exhaust manifold on my 2013 F-150. Driving the truck off the lot I heard the same sound indicating the issue wasn't resolved. Booked another appointment for a re-diagnostic and they confirmed that, in fact, both manifolds had needed repair.The rep who informed me of this passed the buck because it was 'above his pay grade' and there was no manager there that day. He passed my info up the chain and I expected to hear from them shortly. I left for vacation and didn't hear from them for 3 weeks, when they called but left no message.I called back and left numerous messages, never had those calls returned. Great way to lose my business, especially considering I could have had both repaired for the same price at another local reputable shop.

I usually don't enjoy buying a car, fighting with sales men and doing the dance. I do my research and make an informed choice. I emailed what I wanted to do, they came back punctually and and a good price point I had to take the car. I highly recommend Middleton Ford!

My boyfriend and I came to Middleton Ford to look for a vehicle so I could trade in my Nissian Pathfinder that was purchased a year ago. Brad helped is find a 2021 Ford Escape SE with less miles, better gas mileage, and a cheaper car payment each month. I am very satisfied working with Brad.

The experience was great. The sales team was extremely helpful, and it made my experience so much better. The car selection is also quite great at this dealership. Process was seamless, so far I got what I wanted with no hassle. And I was kept company by a nice dog. The whole process is easy and without any stress or pressure.

I m so angry with the service I received from Middleton Ford and Sean O Brien. I was discriminated against as a Hispanic woman and treated unfairly. I have never had someone in Madison do this to me before. A month ago I took my car to get repaired. They couldn t get it in for over 2 weeks and gave me an appointment. The day my appointment came, they were too busy to look at my car and I was again told I needed to wait. They finally repaired my car and I paid them for the service. After I left the lot, the same light came back on! I took it back immediately and explained that the light was still on. They told me I would need to pay again for them to look at it and book a new appointment! When I told them that this was the same light for the same repair and that they hadn t fixed it, they still insisted I sign a paper and pay. After I told them this wasn t fair and that I wasn t going to sign the paperwork, Sean asked them to remove me from the property. Sean refused to escalate the issue or try to discuss it further. I have filed a complaint with the DATCP. I m not the only one that has had issues with Middleton Ford and I hope they are finally held accountable for their actions.

Our third vehicle purchase at Middleton Ford. They continue to offer friendly and competent sales and service. The Quicklane service is truly a bonus for us. We have used it for non-Ford vehicles as well. This is a family owned operation and it shows. We will continue to make Middleton Ford our first stop when vehicle shopping. Our sales person Brad made us feel very welcome.As previously, we received very fair pricing on our new Maverick.
