I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Lexus service department and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.One of the highlights of their service is the loaner program. Every time my car needs servicing, they ensure I'm not left without wheels. They go aboveand beyond by providing the latest models as loaners, which is a generous touch that does not go unnoticed. It's clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority.The team's attention to detail and commitment todelivering top-notch service is evident in every interaction. They have consistently exceeded my expectations, and it's this level of service that keeps me coming back.

I had a check engine light come on and they figured out the problem the day I brought it in to get it check out. Everyone was nice and helpful. They showed me the part that needed replacing and explain how the part wasn't working properly. They didn't have the part in the shop so they gave me a loaner car to use while I waited for them to fix my car. Definitely going to come back.

The service staff was welcoming, courteous and efficient. We waited for the service to be completed and the customer lounge was comfortable, with drinks and snacks offered. The service was completed sooner than estimated also. So, we were very pleased with the visit. We'll keep coming back.

Customer service is incomparable. My only disappointment was that I kept getting emails saying I had an overdue service so I called to confirm before making an appointment. The person I spoke with on the phone confirmed my service was very overdue so I promptly made an appointment. The day I brought my vehicle in for the overdue service I learned my car was not overdue for service. Seems to be a disconnect between the app that sends service notifications and reality. Outside of this snafu all else was top notch.

Nate Reason is a top notch person who helped me when no one else did. He is a true professional and the reason I would recommend Lexus of Madison again. That man is a bonus to your business. Today he is one in a million. And an asset to you you and better make sure you appreciate him. Todays work ethic is poor and rare to find people like him.

The customer service here is usually great. This last visit was an exception to that rule. Even though you ve got records on our vehicle maintenance, you scheduled it for a half hour oil change and then let my wife know when she brought the car in that it needed a 60,000 mile service which you no longer had time to do. So now we have to make a second service visit. We also asked to have the windshield wipers checked because they chatter, and they forgot to do that. So I was not pleased this visitService: Oil change

On this visit I had a tire rotation and balance performed along with a full inspection of the vehicle. No upselling just the routine maintenance and I was on my way with a thoroughly clean vehicle. Didn t reset reminder after done oil change. I asked for if hybrid fan cooling filter was checked/cleaned did not get any definite answer. Checking process to service center wasn t seamless rather little longer process. After you drive into service center one person asked me why I am here even though I have an appointment, then I had wait inside lobby to see an advisor. Very different than other dealership.

I was in and out in 60 minutes and everything was fine. Excellent service. I do wish I could call in and get a person to talk to like I used to, instead of a machine. I liked the personal nature of interacting with a person. I waited my hour for service of my vehicle, service writer came to me and apologized my car had been taken outside and had not been serviced. I had another appt. after the service which made me late. I was unhappy about that.

The people are very nice there. My only complaint was when we set up an appointment with a tech person while we were having our 1st maintenance app t. They assured us that we didn t need an appointment as there is always someone there. Not true. The tech guy was on vacation. If they would have told us that before we drove 2 hours we would have rescheduled.Service: Tires

Visited Lexus Service Department recently; overall great experience. Wait time was reasonable with comfortable wait area. I have nothing negative to say about Lexus of Madison. Have purchased/leased multiple vehicles over the years and it has always been a positive experience. This was my first time at this location. The service was decent. They thoroughly explained the needs of my vehicle and the service that they were performing. I was a little confused about the process of picking my vehicle up because when I returned I didn't see anyone in the area. However I walked into the showroom and a gentleman helped me figure out the process.

They have always taken great care of me and the RX 350. Best car I have ever owned. Never felt as though I have been pushed for a repair that was not necessary.
