I had a pleasant purchase experience at Lexus of Madison. From the salesman who welcomed me at the door to the finance person who worked to accommodate a complicated trade-in scenario, the service was efficient, not overbearing and agreeable. The dealership is nicely appointed and I was impressed by the customer waiting area.

I am so thankful to Michael and his colleague jerremy.I drove 3 hours from Chicago to Madison Lexus store to purchase an RX350 solely because I was deeply touched by Michael's passion and honesty. There was complete transparency and honesty in the conversation, so I was able to drive home in my RX350 in about an hour.

These folks at Madison Lexus are absolutely epectacular. I had a less than stellar experience with my local dealership here in Colorado that shall remain nameless. I reached out to Madison directly to see if I could make a deal remotely and have the car sent to CO. I went in with the expectation that this was going to be a huge pain in behind but this could not have been further form the truth. They made the process so easy, likely easier than an in person purchase strangely enough. Something to be said about buying a car while wearing your Yoda slippers haha. But in all seriousness they sent a notary to the house for the paperwork at a time that worked for me. Arranged shippping so the car was delievered right to my driveway and went out of their way to communicate. My only regret is not living closer to buy my 15$ bottle of touch up paint that I might shed actual tears for when needing to use. But again if Madison Lexus has a vehicle that you are interested in but can't make it out there give them a call or send an Email like I did. It's so easy and I again cannot say enough good things about this entire team. Thank you very much!

I had a far better experience with Lexus Madison than any other Lexus dealership I've contacted. Jele was a pleasure to work with, and after several months of searching he was able to find a 2024 LC500 for me matching the exact interior/exterior color combo that I was looking for. In addition, the vehicle was sold to me at MSRP without additional markup. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Lexus!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealer when purchasing a used car as an out-of-state buyer. After spending five hours traveling to Madison, we were shocked to discover that the front bumper of the car we intended to buy was not fully attached. It was astounding that the dealership had missed such a glaring issue, especially considering the comprehensive Lexus 161-point inspection they claimed to conduct. This inspection supposedly covers every aspect of the pre-owned vehicle, down to the smallest details. However, it was evident that they had failed in their responsibilities.To rectify the situation, we asked if we could take the car back to our hometown and have a nearby Lexus dealer fix the problem. However, the manager, Nate, flatly refused our request. Instead, he nonchalantly suggested that we sign the papers, take the car, spend the entire weekend in Madison, and return on Monday so they could assess the problem. It was utterly unreasonable to expect us to spend additional time and money due to their negligence.What was most shocking was that when we questioned Nate about the issue and the potential cost of fixing it, he claimed ignorance regarding the cost of repairs and seemed unconcerned about the financial burden it would impose on us. How can a manager not be aware of a problem that should have been caught during their thorough inspection?While it is true that used cars may have their fair share of imperfections, it is the duty of the dealership to disclose any significant issues to potential buyers. By failing to do so, they not only violated our trust but also put us in a difficult position where we would have to incur additional expenses to rectify the problem.Considering the deceptive practices, dismissive attitude, and lack of transparency exhibited by this dealership, I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering any transactions with them.

I purchased my wife's certified used 2022 Lexus NS 450+ luxury, mid-July. I found the vehicle while searching the web on a nationwide search, my wife wanted a certain vehicle, color and options, I found three certified vehicles matching her criteria, one in California (El Cajon Lexus, not recommended see my review of that dealership), the other was pending sale and one at Lexus of Madison, I made the inquiry and was contacted by Mike Sherwood, our salesman, and explain the I was an out of state buyer interested in their vehicle we discussed my trade in negotiated a price, Mike took a video of the car and sent to us. We decided to purchase the vehicle. I spoke to the sales manager, Jerry Ortega, who arranged financing, shipping of both the Lexus and my trade in. We also dealt with Jerremy Boun, finance Manager, who was able to assist us with finalizing the paperwork. After the sale Sara Kastenholz, title, and billing, kept in contact with us to make sure we received the paperwork and license plates.Buying a car online site unseen is a difficult decision, as an out of state buyer the sale from start to finish could not have been easier, the vehicle was as described, my wife is happy (no easy feat). There was staff that I haven t mentioned that fielded our calls and made sure we had what we needed. I highly recommend Lexus of Madison, Thank you!

Wrote an entire Book on purchasing a vehicle here. I would take stars if I could. HORRIBLE just HORRIBLE. Don t buy vehicles from Lexus of Madison in Middleton WI. They Don t inspect the vehicles they sell, they don t maintain their vehicles and they don t stand behind the vehicles they sell. I am leaving this review VERY short and missing key reasons to avoid this place like the plague to same myself the time and headache of rewriting a review. But I hope this review serves and more than a deterrent. If you want to spend 15,000$ on a vehicle than was not inspected by the dealership and than fork out another 15,000$ within the first few months of car ownership at TOYOTA CERTIFIED dealerships and they STILL COULDN T Find the problem than by all means by a car at lexus of Madison. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU IR YOUR HAPPINESS. Even If you purchase the car in full and than have 15,000$ worth of hidden repairs that STILL Didn t fix the issue. Dishonest and unprofessional and very self centered. This dealership is all that is wrong with America and should be shut down. If I worked here I would be ashamed that I have to screw over the hard working Americans in order to survive or thrive in this day and age. I want my original well though if review back here. I spend HOURS writing it in regards to this dealership. Avoid at all cost. No need to thank me,but run don t walk away from this place.

I just had the worst customer service at Lexus of Madison this morning. The employee talked over me every time that I spoke. I couldn't even ask him questions for my understanding. They are over priced as well. I had service done there recently but funny there is no history of that. It wasn't even 6 weeks ago. Smh. They they want me to pay 200.00 again for the same services. Get your pocket books ready including all credit cards for service at Lexus in Madison Wisconsin.

Just picked up my car and was told I needed a new tire ($320) due to a nail and that the tire was not repairable. Took to a tire shop and they said the nail was just stuck in the tread and never punctured tire. Unfortunately things like this happen often at this Lexus location. Recommend going to a different location.

Our salesman Jele (pronounced jay-lay) was top notch. We live in a rural community and we were nervous going to Madison to buy a car, especially from a luxury car dealer. But Jele made the experience wonderful and low pressure. He was very knowledgeable, intelligent, and one of the nicest people you ll ever meet.Same can be said for Sean, who assisted us in understanding all the features of the car. He is a technology guy and with cars being as advanced as they are, that is exactly who you want explaining the car to you. You can tell how passionate he is about it too.We traded in our current car and while the trade price wasn t phenomenal, it was acceptable and we were satisfied with it, with very little haggling.Josh, the gentleman doing the finance, was also a very nice guy. Unfortunately, he gave us 2 ridiculous interest rates, one for 60 months and one for 72 months, and asked which one we preferred with no other options. Well we preferred neither of those because they were over 2% higher than what we could get from our bank. When I told him I d just go to our own bank for financing, he was then able to get us a comparable rate.It is very common and even acceptable for a dealer to markup the interest rates but I ve never seen anyone mark it up so much in my 26 years of buying cars, not even close. That only ended up marring a perfect buying experience and didn t help the city luxury car dealer stereotype that I hold, hence the 4 stars. It would have been an easy 5 star review otherwise.Overall, I d purchase there again. I will recommend the store and highly recommend Jele. Just be sure to have researched your interest rates before going in. Oh, and the car is pretty darn nice too!

We bought a 2020 NX300. The vehicle is in great condition and the Lexus sales rep, Carlos, very capably answered all of our questions and narrated the many features of the NX. We were able to pick up the car very efficiently despite it being a very busy day due to year end activity.

Staff was very friendly, Chad and Jeremy were very helpful. Process took about 2 days and I was off the lot with a newer car.Would be a 5 star but there was a couple things regarding the vehicle itself. Nothing Lexus could do since it wasn t a Lexus.

This is a review of the service department. I cannot comment on sales but based on my experience with service I will never buy another Lexus again.Service department is incompetent, expensive, and dishonest. You often encounter one or two but these people pull off the trifecta. For some reason I kept taking my car there and I got burned every time. I'm a slow learner I guess.They misdiagnosed the problem one time. The loud grinding sound they supposedly fixed was there and blatantly obvious when I drove it off the lot after a supposed repair. They charged $150 to do diagnostics that Midas did for free. They did not do a multi point inspection when they said they would, lied to my face about doing it, and later admitted they didn't do it when they could not produce the multi point inspection report. The other fiasco is too complicated and convoluted to describe here but please just trust me that the service dept is a disaster and should not be trusted.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ordered and bought a car there. There was a long wait for the vehicle, but they kept us informed about its progress as it eventually came. Once it was in they walked us through it and were very knowledgeable about its features, inviting us to come back as often as we questions. Overall, the best car dealer I've ever dealt with. I would buy from them again.

Took my car there for squealing brakes. They did not fix them and sent the car home with my wife with the problem unresolved in spite of explicit prior instructions to call me with the results of diagnosing the problem. I asked to speak to the manager and was told "he just stepped into a meeting, I will have him call you before the end of the day". Didn't happen. So now I have a lost workday, 150+ miles of driving and brakes that wake up the entire neighborhood. Disappointment isn't even close. UPDATE: It has been 5 days since the GM responded to my review and asked for my "preferred contact method", which I supplied. Apparently the show of concern was just that, a show, and has nothing to do with actual concern. Too bad there is no "zero" rating.

My 1st time in Lexus of Madison today was great. Jele, my salesperson was TOP NOTCH. Ask for him when you come in. He was very professional, I never felt like he was pushy or fake. Jele was very likable, funny, kind, andextraordinarily informative. This was the very best dealership experience I ve had. In addition, I didn t deal with the sexism that can come with a car buying experience. I led the conversation and made sure he knew the car was for me, and he never tried to cut me out of the conversation or look for my husbands answers/opinions. I ll be back.

I absolutely despise car shopping, but after meeting Jele I was absolutely sold. He was extremely personable and listened to everything I asked for. I did not feel pressured at all (until I met the manager Jerry, but I just avoided him). He kept me updated on my car and I am so happy with my purchase! Shawn Paul walked me through the tech, and was an absolute gem. I highly recommend Lexus to everyone!
