I ve never been to interstate batteries before and Alec treated me with the utmost respect and understanding for my work related questions. I will definitely be back after talking with Tom after he loaded all the batteries for me and accepted the cores. Looking forward to buying batteries for the first time.

I cannot imagine going anywhere else for your battery needs. The service and knowledge of the staff is simply amazing. If you need a battery, you simply cannot find the excellent customer service provided by the staff at Interstate Batteries. Highly recommended!

Went in thinking my car battery needed to be replaced. The person who helped me was so kind. When I described the conditions and asked him if it was time to change my battery, he did a battery test. After seeing that the battery was in good shape, he voluntarily did a load test to double-check. Confirming that my battery is still good he told me that I didn't need to buy a new one. When I asked how much the battery costs, he even gave me options and shared that I could get it cheaper at Costco if I wanted to. But I'll be coming back here because you know you can trust the staff, who are truly looking out for your interests.

Great service, extremely kind and friendly staff! I had to get my Corolla a battery and it was quick, they also provided free install. It really helped me out, and made the experience easy!

I took in about a 3 pound jug of mixed dead batteries to recycle. They didn't care whether they were alkaline, heavy duty, lithium or nickel cadmium all mixed in together. They took them all just as they were. This may have been a couple years ago, but I think they charged only about $1.00 per pound to recycle them. The employee was very friendly and agreeable. I would definitely go back next time I need a battery for my car, or had more dead batteries to recycle. Great place to do business with!

Fabulous service, unbeatable prices, and they have found the most obscure batteries for us! I certainly recommend everyone give this company a chance. I doubt you'll regret it!

Some dude pretended his computer wasn t working for 10 minutes than charged me $24 for 6 2032 batteries. The same exact ones sell at $10 for 20 on Amazon Prime. Guess he needed me to buy him lunch??

Tom, the manager gets a AA+. Helped me find a battery for a rare Honda (after a total runaround by a local battery store). As well was just there and he helped me put a battery in a 20 plus year old Audi. Car has never started better. Knowledgeable and pleasant service is a rare commodity these days. I will be back.

I stopped here to get my battery checked out before the cold Wisconsin weather strikes. My battery showed signs of weakness. Geno gave me a quote and I wasnt hassled to make a purchase. I did get my battery changed during this visit and I didn't have to wait in a waiting room or make an appointment like you do at the big box stores. Very pleased with the service.

Great job helping my family with the battery that was the right one for our car. Rechecked to make battery was dead before I bought the new one. The shop also has other accessories. Easy to find!

I purchased a Interstate battery that had 2 year free replacement and it went bad about 1 month earlier than replacement date marked on battery and when i went to get a different one i was told that it went by date it was made and was charged $87.01 for replacement which is half of what new one would have cost. So buyers beware they don't tell you that up front. As far as I'm concerned it will be my last purchase of there batteries. They are rip offs!

They installed a new car battery for me. They usually have 5 year warranties and my last battery was the original Interstate which made it through13 years. I've bought other car batteries and other batteries from them too because the quality is top notch along with their friendly staff.

First of all you can't go wrong with Interstate batteries, I have one on my tractor that is 8 years old and I rarely use this tractor and it hasn't failed yet. But the main reason for the 5 stars is the customer service, you can't go wrong getting your batteries here.

Interstate Batteries have always rated high on Consumer Reports. I still remember the Interstate Battery warranty information from the Paul Harvey radio show. So being a person who wants great reliability I purchase Interstate batteries. So when it came time to replace my factory installed battery I went to the Interstate Battery location in Middleton Wisconsin. I received great service & was in and out in 20 minutes.
