I had a very pleasant car shopping experience with Chris. Not always fun buying a car, but he made it pretty painless. Everyone was very friendly. No one pushed hard. They also had a good selection of cars in the range I was looking. Needed a safe car for my daughter who is a student in college.

Recently my husband and I bought a truck from Goben Cars. Our sales representative was Aaron Dowill, he was super friendly from the beginning, he assisted us with the best disposition. Aaron answered every one of our questions, he is very knowledgeable and professional. The whole process was quick and easy. We are very pleased with our purchase and I would like to highly recommend him, he does a great job, is patient, kind and helpful. Overall our experience was very pleasant.

It was an absolute pleasure buying another vehicle from Goben. It has always been an easy process with employees and staff that make the experience stress free. Kaylah (highly recommend) was the staff member that went above and beyond to speak with me and organize the process from looking at the car to driving it off the lot. Everyone does an amazing job but she truly sprinkled the experience with jokes, relatability and all around fun experience. I recommend to everyone that Goben Cars is not like anywhere else. The best staff and the best cars for the best price. Hands down. 5 stars everyday

Wonderful experience, great staff! Was treaded kindly and with smiles. Willing to help you make things work out without showing that desperate car sales pitching. This is a fantastic place to go and get another vehicle! So cute too, they have this dog who greets you at the door, he's their mascot! It's just wonderful all the way around. I love all the people that work there!

Changed rating back to 5*. I received a call apologizing for any inconvenience caused by the situation. I would buy from them again and recommend them to friends.Update: I edited this review due to the finance department not honoring their commitment to hold my check per our agreement. Aaron still deserves the better rating.Aaron was so helpful finding the right car for me!

We recently purchased our new Honda Odyssey through Goben Cars in Middleton and worked with Michael Judon. It was a wonderful experience! We ve been looking for a vehicle for weeks and dealt with salesmen who immediately turned us off. Michael was helpful, knowledgeable, and guided us to exactly what we wanted in our price range. We highly recommend Michael and Goben Cars Middleton!

Aaron was a very attentive, direct, and efficient salesperson to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in, and was ready to answer all of our questions and let us go for a test drive. He was very professional, never pushy, and worked with us in a timely manner to go through the history of the car, comparisons with other vehicle, and finances. I highly recommend his services and Goben if you re looking for an excellent used vehicle.

I normally work with Joe but he was off. I ended up buying a car from Sean. He answered all the questions I needed through text as soon as I got off of work he had a few cars lined up for me to look at. Great customer service I would buy another car from Sean and goben in the future.

Great people to work with. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was. I saw a car I wanted to look at on Carguru. Went to the dealership, and it had a higher price than what it was on the app. They wouldn't honor the lower price. Otherwise everyone was great.

I bought a car Saturday at Goben cars on the west side. Joe was our salesperson and was very helpful. He answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns, Matt in finance was also very knowledgeable and accommodating and Crystal was as well. I would highly recommend Goben for your new/used car needs.

Aaron Dowil was the least pushy car dealer rep I have worked with. When the car I wanted was sold the night before, he quickly got the other car I wanted to the west side and made the entire trade in and purchase process painless and fast! Highly recommend Aaron and Goben!

It was a pleasure working with Kaylah! I had hit a deer with my car and was in the need of a new car pretty quickly. She took the time to listen to our wants/needs and showed us all of the options on the lot that she thought were a good fit. There was no pressure and she made sure to answer all of our questions. Waiting for the financing team took longer than expected but overall it was a good experience.
