I had actually called Gerber but apparently their mobile glass service is through Glass America (not certain if they came from this Middleton location or the other one). The main reason I gave a 5-star review is the price - they were around $200 less than Safelite's mobile service, and $80 less than Novus non-mobile service. The was a small difference between the price quoted over the phone and what they requested in person, but they quickly resolved that in my favor. They arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and finished in less than an hour. My vehicle was on a gravel/dirt area and initially there was some glass left on the ground, but the technician agreed to sweep up the vast majority of it. Next time I would make sure to have the vehicle sitting on a paved surface for easier cleanup. And at least it was tempered glass from the back window, not the sharper glass that comes out of front windshields.Service: Auto rear window replacement
