Stellar Service, Knowledge, and Customer Service! I don't know the first thing when it comes to automative sound systems! Sam was gracious and patient with all of my questions and explained in detail every concern. I was a bit sticker shocked and baby stepped my way through the process and Sam was kind enough to find options that fit within my budget, that being said my budget didn't deliver my expectation. I should of just did it the right way the first time My own fault. I returned after a few months and went for it! Wow what a difference! I am rather particular when it comes to my Bronco and felt 100% comfortable that Sam and his assistant would be particular and mindful with my vehicle and it was in good hands! I highly recommend! I cant say enough good things about Flynn Audio!

Where to even start!! Flynn audio has been my first ever experience with getting anything aftermarket. I have always wanted to update my radio but didn t know where to start. I googled the best reviewed place and Flynn Audio was the first to come up! And let me tell you they do not disappoint. I have a 2019 4Runner TRD PRO that desperately needed an upgrade. When I went to Flynn audio first thing I loved was that Sam did not try to sell me on the most expensive product. Second he answered my millions of questions that I had and was extremely knowledgeable on all the products he had which helped narrow down the best radio for my needs and also future proofed it. A week later today I went to drop off my vehicle at 12 o clock and got a call at 3 PM that it was already to go! Once I got there Sam took the time to walk me through all the features the radio had to offer and again answered my millions of questions! thank you Sam and your team you guys did an awesome job! Friendly, Professional, and Clean!Flynn Audio recently saved me by having parts in stock that another (nameless shop - because Flynn Audio should have been my first choice) didn t. The other shop waited last minute to tell me I needed to provide the wiring harness and tried cancelling my appointment. Needless to say if I hadn t already scheduled an appointment elsewhere I would have happily cancelled to go with Flynn Audio instead. Will 100% be using their services for my audio needs in the future!

Sam and his team did a spectacular job upgrading the sound system on my Bronco! This project was money well spent and I would highly recommend going with Flynn Audio! I really appreciate the customer service and high standards.

Flynn is the MAN for your vehicular audio needs in the Madison area. If I could give him 10 stars I would! A++ service and quality! Prices are very reasonable and you can rest assured knowing you re getting a meticulously built setup unique to your needs.In 2020, I came to Flynn looking to upgrade the stock audio in my Subaru Legacy and add some bass. I also wanted to retain use of the stock infotainment screen and steering wheel controls.He let me test multiple different subs in my vehicle right in the shop and was very informative regarding any questions I had. He suggested an amp with an integrated eq for my door speakers and a 12 Alpine S sub with a Rockford Fosgate amp.I never felt as though I was being pressured or rushed. It s clear Flynn wants you to be satisfied with what you re getting, and he s frank throughout the consultation process.I ended up going ahead with Flynn s suggestion, and the turn around time was super fast. If I remember correctly, I dropped off middle of the week and it was done by the end.In 2021-ish, I came back wanting to upgrade the stock infotainment system to be able to use Apple CarPlay. Same as always, Flynn was super helpful in explaining everything and taking into consideration my individual needs. I ended up getting a nice Alpine head unit with CarPlay and backup camera integrated. When I returned to pickup my vehicle, Flynn took the time to go through and explain all the features of the new head unit to me.All of this worked flawlessly until recently. I ran into some minor issues with my audio clipping on the right channel door speakers. So, I emailed Flynn and he was able to get me in promptly to troubleshoot. He was able to diagnose and resolve the issue in 20 minutes! How convenient! It was a minor wiring problem with a connection to the head unit. This was fixed at no cost to me.Flynn will get you right with all your audio needs. And he ll be happy to assist you if any problems arise, even years down the line.

last year I had Flynn Audio install a remote start to my vehicle and it's be working great. A few months ago I went back to get custom speakers installed because I enjoy listening to audio files off my phone but also enjoy having the windows down and couldn't understand why some files were softer than others, Sam pointed out the issue to me while taking a look and as a result it didn't end in a sale for Flynn Audio but it's awesome that I wasn't charged for the quick fix and as I said before the work they did on my remote start was great which is the reason I'll keep going back to Flynn Audio for all my related needs.

Sam Flynn and sidekick Derick did an excellent job of installing my rear mounted camera and monitor.Both were very professional, competent and friendly.The estimate of time and total cost were honored even though extra time was needed for the installation.I will definitely return for my next installation.

I had a great experience with Flynn Audio. Sam was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my questions. I had a lot of questions about the auto starts, and he took the time to explain everything for me, and he even asked me questions to make sure he could recommend the product that would be the best fit for me. I took two vehicles to get auto start put in, and the service was easy to schedule and I was able to pick up my vehicles the same day that I dropped them off.

Great service and quality work. Wanted a sub to add some bass to my 2015 Mustang, without sacrificing all of the trunk space and Flynn Audio knew just what I needed. Easy to talk to and set up an appointment with no hassle. The work was professionally done. They even added a base knob to my dash that looks and works great, like it came that way from the factory. Couldn't praise them enough and will be returning for any other car audio needs in the future.

As a foreigner here, I had a great experience at Flynn Audio. I reached out to Sam several months ago in regarding of installing a pair of halo rings for my car headlight. It's not their typical service, but they did a great job.2 weeks ago, one of the halo ring went down, they fixed it for me for free. Sam and Derek are very nice people, very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to communicate. Thank you guys again!!!!!

Sat radio died in my truck. The guys quickly diagnosed the problem at a reasonable price. Guys kept me updated and informed at every step. Great place to have your audio fixed. Stay away from your dealership and see these guys. Nice clean building with waiting room.

Love the sound upgrade! Certainly appreciate the full range and breadth of music in my car now. The sound is so clean and expansive. I m able to pick up the individual sound of each instrument instead of a muddled cacophony. Money well spent!

Sam and Derek(sp?) recently installed their first Alpine ILX-507 in my 2017 Subaru Outback.Sam recommended this unit for me as it was a couple of hundred dollars less than the unit I thought I wanted to install. The price he quoted was the finished price, no extra charges involved. There were two minor issues that popped up once I got into setting up and using the Alpine. Both issues were resolved quickly by Sam and Derek. Neither issue involved their work, one just required a hard reset for the unit, and the other had to do with me preferring a different method of how the steering wheel controls worked than the standard software setup.Now that both issues are corrected, I am truly happy with the unit Sam recommended. It has everything I wanted an aftermarket unit to have, and I know if I have future issues, Sam and crew will stand behind it.The showroom is immaculately clean, there is a nice waiting area while your work is being done, and if you're into walking, the Pheasant Ridge trail goes right by his shop.You can't go wrong by having Sam do an install for you. Yes, they are more expensive than some other choices for installation and sales, but you get what you pay for. And, you're supporting a local business owner.

Sam at Flynn Audio is knowledgeable, helpful, and professional! He provided an honest and fair consultation and I found his prices to be beyond reasonable for the quality of work. I was unable to meet him in person to thank him for the excellent service, but based on his voice he's a 10/10. Would highly recommend.

Sam at Flynn Audio was INCREDIBLE to work with. He installed a remote start system into my Mercedes Benz and took such good care of me and my car. He went the extra mile to make sure everything worked the way it should and quite honestly worked his butt off for me (Mercedes can be difficult to program and he was so knowledgeable and skilled). Wonderfully nice guy who loves his job and takes care of his customers. HIGHLY recommend!!

Fantastic customer service! I called and talked to Sam because I had a new key fob and needed the remote car starter reprogrammed. Even though it had been a couple years since the install, he took care of the reprogramming free of charge. Can't wait to do business with them again.

Flynn Audio upgraded the speakers in our 2014 Ford Fiesta. We kept the factory stereo and upgraded speakers to a Kicker set. The sound quality is amazing compared to factory speakers. I now know lyrics to songs I've listened to many times before, but were never clear enough to make out. Sound is much clearer than I thought possible! Great audio shop!

Sam figured out the source of a parasitic battery drain in my 2001 Toyota that I couldn't resolve. He also installed a remote start that has performed very well. If you are thinking about any electronic addition to your auto, go to Flynn Audio. Very professional, reasonably priced, and always helpful.

Sam and his crew took excellent care of my car and are extremely honest. They were able to install and integrate a backup camera into the existing navigation system that my car has, so it works exactly like new cars do. I got quotes from other places and Flynn Audio had the best price by far. The price was exactly what he quoted and Sam was so responsive and helpful via email too.

Flynn is solid gold.I moved to Middleton from Minneapolis and stopped in on my way to work after seeing the sign. What I found was an acoustic sanctuary. This place (and the staff) are far beyond any outfit I found in Minneapolis or Chicago (I d been scoping out shops in both before I stumbled on Flynn).Sam and his team offer world-class (highly personalized) consultation, install and pricing. I would 100% endorse this team, the caliber of their work, and the products they pick for customers. So happy.

There aren't enough stars here! Absolutely awesome experience! I was having issues with my headlights, and Sam took me in outside normal hours to upgrade the headlamps. It was less than an easy install on a vehicle that's rather unique and which he'd never worked on before, on a cold night to boot! Despite all that, he got them in and working. Hard to find a business like this today. Communication was great all the way around and price is very fair. I wholeheartedly recommend Sam! AND ... a great furry friend to keep you company while you wait! Thanks for the great service!

TOP NOTCH SERVICE!Sam and his team offer an amazing service.Highly recommend going to them for any of your car audio needs before going to dealerships. The zimbrick acura dealership quoted $500 only to diagnose. Sam troubleshooted and ordered and installed for under $380.Again thanksAsad

This is a long over due review, I have been a customer of Sam's for about the last 10 years. Bottom line if you're looking to get a sound system, remote start, or anything car electronics related he is your best bet. Sam & his team are friendly, helpful, & genuinely appreciate car audio. They won't give you the run-around or try to upsell you on a products. They take the time to install in systems in an efficient, smart, & clean layout. I've had multiple sound systems set up and remember going to him when he was working out of his garage. I could tell from the get go that he was dedicated to the work he did to make sure each project was up to his standards. Thank you Sam for all of the work you do! Really glad to see how your business has grown and it sounds like you are always busy! Thanks from everyone that loves sound systems like you!

Flynn audio was amazing! Sam and his team were very helpful for what they did to my car! They put a 12 inch sub, Amp, New head unit and A remote starter. They only took a day for all of those things and it all works flawlessly. When I picked up my car he walked me through everything very thoroughly. I don t know what I will be back for next, but I know I will be back! Would recommend to anyone who needs damn near anything done electronically to their car!Thanks!

Updated review: Make that 3 Vehicles!! Still recommend Flynn Audio for all aftermarket electronic upgrades to everyone that mentions remote start or speaker upgrades.Appreciate the professionalism, the integrity, and the craftsmanship of Flynn audio. We have taken two of our vehicles for remote start here, and have been very pleased. Recently had a recall/update needed to the remote start, was notified immediately, and was fixed nearly just as quick. Really appreciate the customer service and attention to details. Thank you!

I very much enjoyed my experience at Flynn Audio. Im maintaining an older car, and added some newer tech to it. Sam was knowledgeable and helpful, all the while giving detail of all options. The end results were what I had hoped for and more, including an extra issue that he was able to fix. The pricing was fair and I look forward to going back to look for a nice speaker set and possible other doo-dads! Thank you Flynn Audio, I will see you soon!
