Great work at a reasonable cost. Great communication from the folks here too. You can t go wrong bringing your car here.

Terrible business.I made an appointment for an oil change 2 weeks ahead of time and specifically said I would be waiting with my child for it to be done. They scheduled it wrong. My appointment was for 9am and they didn t start so I went to ask what time they could start so I could leave with my 2 year old and come back later so we wouldn t have to wait outside in the cold for hours. He said he booked the appointment wrong so the would not have time for at least an hour. Then with further questioning as he did not communicate well at all, he said they wouldn t have time at 10:15 either. So he was basically not going to be honest with me about wait times after he was 100% at fault for his scheduling error. Takes a seriously terrible person to just leave a parent outside with a young child without telling them you won t actually be able to do the oil change at all in the next 3+ hours. I wish I could give a 0/5. I feel extremely disrespected.

Donn s hasn t even done the service on my car yet and I m writing the review in the waiting area. Awesome shop with fantastic ownership and service through and through. Everyone is patient, helpful, and I already know prices are going to be fair. Will absolutely come to Donn s for anything I need.

If I could give more stars I would. Called this morning and was able to get it in, diagnosed, and fixed in 45 minutes at a very fair price. Anywhere else would've been at least a couple days wait to even look at it. Both Donn and his wife were extremely helpful and friendly. I'll be coming here for any future car care needs :)

Donn was great to work with. I just moved to the area, and I had a hard time deciding which shop to go to based off google reviews. My landlord recommended Donn, and even though there were closer shops I could have called, I'm glad i called Donn. He fixed my car super quick and the price was reasonable. I also appreciate that he was patient in walking through the issue and the cost.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

The service I received this afternoon at Donn s was such an unexpected experience of professionalism and quality care. No shade for leaving an oil change too long, and no planned alignment, as it was determined not to make a meaningful difference. Plus I m old school and I loved my time in the waiting area surrounded by vintage auto memorabilia - you don t get that at Tires Plus, that s for sure. I ll remember these guys for next time I m in the area! 5 stars Services: Tires, Oil change

They were able to squeeze me in on the same day when others gave me 1 week wait time. Got work done without having to go back and forth. Priced it right and offered to check after a week just to be sure everything is fine. Great experience. Plan to use them for all my auto needs

Donn's is wonderful; fast, reliable, and trustworthy. I first took my car to a big name company that rhymes with Liars Plus who told me I'd need at least 2 new tires, but should probably even consider replacing all 4 (I have only 20,000 miles on the current 50,000 mile warranty tires). All I needed was a repair to a nail in my tire. I remembered Donn's and thought I'd try them instead. They patched it right up no problem at all and saved me hundreds of dollars! Thanks Donn's!

Donn's Auto takes on the responsibility to make sure your vehicle is safe and dependable. They make sure its repaired correctly and with a fair price attached. They are willing to discuss concerns and questions you may have about the repairs and willing to tell you when you don't need something done.

I started going to Donn s about 3 years ago. I was really sick of the quick oil change shops and was primarily an avid service at the dealer truck owner. After a few visits, I really started to admire the staff, the customer service, and the quality of work being done here. Since then I have brought all of my vehicles in to Donn s and have been extremely happy! Thanks guys!

I've trusted them ever since they found and fixed an issue on my Audi that the dealer couldn't even figure out. They are very honest and helpful and their prices are great. I always take my A4 and A8 to them and my mom always takes her Lexus there. They do great work every time.

Dons is a trustworthy and excellent place to do business. They have repaired many vehicles for me. Their costs are very competitive as well, they saved me a couple hundred dollars on a brake job on our Toyota Highlander.

I went to Donns with electrical problems in my Suburban and they were able to do quality repairs quickly at low cost. Also, when My truck broke down and had to be towed they made it a priority to get me back on the road. They fixed the problem and in the process also fixed problems I had been having since the truck was bought over 5 years ago. Amazing commitment to their customers.

Was having electrical issues with my Acadia, called Donn s they found my issue, got it fixed faster than I expected it to. They are very professional and thorough in their work and customer service. I will definitely be taking my car business there from now on.

Long time customer of Donn s. Fair, honest, timely, and thorough. Best I ve experienced in 55 years of owning vehicles. Stuff gets fixed......and stays fixed . I appreciate businesses so good you can take their work for granted. This is one. May they flourish.

After desperately calling around Madison for someone to fix a slow leak in my tire, Donn was able to get me in in less than two hours, found a nail in my tire, fixed it, filled my tire back up, and charged an honest price for it. Fast service, courteous staff, and a cute waiting room. Definitely recommend!

Donns Auto has helped us countless times with our vehicles from general oil changes to full diagnostics checks. After a recent used car purchase I brought the car immediately to Donn to get that assurance the car was in good shape. Beyond being a trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanic Donn is communicative, honest, helpful, caring and goes above and beyond for his customers.There is no doubt when someone asks me where to take their car with confidence I tell them take it to Donns.

Don. along with his crew are very friendly with honest and fair prices even through the hard times of our pandemic when everyone else was raising prices to cover lost $$$. I've been using Donn's for years, and would recommend them to anyone with a domestic vehicle. Once I had a quote from Tires Plus and Donn's came in over $400 cheaper for the same parts and service. Very prompt and straightforward, and honest on top of it.

Have used Donn's many times over the years and have always had great service at a fair price. Recently had an issue with my son's car and they were able to replace the starter on the same day that I called.

I have known Donn personally for over 40 years and I will always trust him and his mechanics to work on my cars. I know that if he tells me my car needs something, it really does need it. I have never had to return to the shop for something that wasn't done right the first time.

Called for an estimate on a timing belt, water pump, and serpentine belt. Cheaper than other shops I called, by almost $600. Got me in quickly, around my schedule. Work was done as promised, and was completed quicker than I was expecting. Would definitely go back, and would definitely recommend.

Always good service. Honest. They do what needs to be done. I ve been told at Smart Motor that I needed new brakes immediately. I drove to Donn s and they found that they were in good order.

I trust Donn's Auto because previous experience; on this occasion the noise turned out to be a bearing in my alternator but the Tech guy alerted me to another area that needed repair. I am thankful and will return on the future.
