Excellent quality repair work on our car and they really went the extra mile to restore its condition to what it had been before getting hit. They even fixed up some scratches unrelated to the accident damages -- perfectionists who take pride in their work. Caliber was also extremely helpful in making arrangements for a rental car replacement for the time our car was in the shop and assisted in procuring and dropping off that vehicle. They have definitely lived up to their good reputation in my view.

These guys are nothing short of fabulous! The communication was outstanding; I got regular updates via text message and helpful and informative telephone calls. They were so timely and helped me deal with the stress and anxiety of having my vehicle there in the first place after going in the ditch due to icy roads. They also offered great problem-solving, such as dealing with the logistics of getting my vehicle there in the first place and then again picking it back up. Not to mention the work they did is fantastic! I will recommend them to anyone who needs these autobody services. 10/10- thank you guys for everything!!

Our van looks as good as new after hitting a deer. Caliber kept me informed every step during the repair and answered all my questions timely. I feel that they really made sure our family vehicle was repaired to like new condition. I would happily refer friends and family to this shop.

Took care of a lingering issue after another location repaired my truck at no cost. Picked me up and dropped me off in the meantime at a local cafe. Great service and communication.

Failed every step after the estimate (which went well).Customer service is unable to answer basic questions. They also tell you things that ended up not being true.Getting a call back from someone who knows takes three requests and five business days (not an exaggeration)They state they have a process for things but seemed to not do any of it for me.Edit: per the response from owner below I did reach out to them. It has been about two weeks since I reached out and I have yet to hear anything back from them on this. I must assume they do this, just to make it look like they actually give a darn about Their reviews and their customers. At this point, I ve also discussed with the manager who did absolutely nothing to change anything nor make anything any better.

I had an accident right before the holidays December 20, 2023 my insurance USAAA called around, I was down to one place which was an hour and a half away in Illinois. I almost took it there. Then she called one more place caliber collision middleton Wisconsin they had one spot. I called spoke to Darian from the time I spoke to him until the time I picked up my car, this whole process and communication was flawless. The date of my accident I was frantic stressed and worried. Not only did they have a spot for my car, their customer Service professionalism work ethic the way they communicated with me from that date until I picked up my vehicle which was last week January 19 I cannot say enough. If you have options and choices I would 100% say go with this location. You will see for yourself from the way they talk to you on the phone to the way youre greeted when you walk in the door. They have excellent customer service. Thanks caliber I will make sure to pass on your business and I thank you again for fixing my car and the way you supported me through this whole process.

I had a minor mishap in a parking lot where a guy backed into my Nissan Murano and put a dent in the front bumper which is actually a plastic cover. When the time came for me to take the vehicle in per the insurance company, the drop off was done efficiently and professionally. Bailey at the front desk is extremely helpful, polite and professional. Caliber keeps you informed by text, if you so choose, which is very helpful. The vehicle was finished sooner than originally estimated and they did a fantastic job. Hats off to all in the body shop!! I will definitely consider Caliber for any future body work on my vehicles. Excellent experience from start to finish. Customer service from Bailey at the welcome desk and Christopher the Estimator was top notch - the team went above and beyond. I was informed every step of the way with the status of my car. Work was complete faster than expected and my car looks fantastic. I love my car and it continues to be a prized possession even after my accident thanks to the work done at Caliber Collision. I can't recommend this business highly enough. My bumper have been hanging for 2 months. They can t fix it, just keep saying that it s insurance s problem. They said they ve contacted GEICO, guess what, GEICO have not receive any supplementary request after 1 month and I m the one that have to call GEICO to find this out. Then their wifi is down so they can t do anything, then it s supplier problem they have to wait for supplier s response. Two weeks later, nothing is done. Can t wait to see how creative they be to not fix the car properly. Lifetime guarantee is a complete joke.

I took my truck in for some body work after a large rock fell off a truck damaging the passengers side. Caliber got me in right away and had the work complete in 1 day! I was surprised they got it done so quickly! The repair looks fantastic! They also cleaned and detailed the truck! The employees there were very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to them for body work.

I've never taken a vehicle in for repairs and gotten it back so clean... almost like they detailed it. Everyone was so personable and updates on my phone were very helpful in know where my truck was in the process. I hit a deer and Caliber was the first place that could get my vehicle in to fix, within a reasonable amount of time. They kept me up to date on a weekly basis and let me know if supply chain issues. Wow! What an amazing experience. I came in and they took care of me hassle free and really made me feel like I was important. Ryan at the shop is super informative and walked me through everything that needed to be fixed and I am extremely satisfied with the results. I would rate 6 stars if I could.

I had some front bumper damage from a pothole that essentially put a giant tear in the part beneath the grill. I don't know much about cars but when I brought it in for an estimate, the worker who did it explained everything he thought was wrong, how it works, why it matters, and what they'd probably have to do to fix it. He also told me which parts were salvageable and I wouldn't need to buy new for the area to be fixed. I really appreciated that because I'd told him I didn't know much about cars and rather than up-sell me and exaggerate the damage so I'd agree for more fixes, he told me straight what would need to be done.Once I talked with insurance and got everything set up, Ann (main point of contact for customer service) was amazing. She kept me updated and informed about the process, and was very accommodating with my work schedule. She even offered to stay a little late so I could get my car after work.They also sent me regular email updates keeping me in the loop about when the car would be ready, and it was finished a day early. The actual car looks great! The damage was largely cosmetic and they matched the paint perfectly and the damage is completely repaired.Overall it was a great experience. They worked with my insurance super smoothly. I had no problems with the process. I hope I don't need repairs again but if I do, I would definitely go back!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I love going to Caliber Collision because they know their stuff. I've had parts of my vehicle repainted at another local Caliber shop and the results looked just like the original finish. At this location, I had repairs done after a minor traffic collision. They replaced the door, repainted the quarter panel and bumper, and replaced the wheel cover. It looks good as new.The staff are also amazing to work with. They kept me in the loop by calling me every 2 days letting me know the status of my vehicle. Their integration with the local Enterprise rental made it a breeze to keep me on schedule. Progressive was happy to work with them and get everything set up too. The car was returned to me looking clean and like brand new.I highly recommend Caliber Collision over other body shops.

Lisa Keeley was extremely rude with the process of signing papers when my car came into the shop. I m unsure what was her deal but she IS NOT good with customer service at all! I appreciate getting help from Darien Farquharson. He gave me a better experience and was very good at communication.

I brought my car in b/c they have also partnered with Allstate for lifetime guarantee on all work done by Caliber. They were very efficient in getting me in right away and with a rental car to use during the time frame of the body work. I picked up my car after around 2 1/2 weeks with it completed. They went over the car with me and told me that one of the trim parts does not align with the old piece and they have another one on order. Parts coming in few days. They are going to contact me to stop by with my car while they quickly install the trim piece. ETA 15-20 mins. Some good world class service at this shop. I give it 4 1/2 Stars. They texting system could be better. I am still old fashion and prefer a conversation with details. They do text everyday letting me know some details but you don't see the why in the text. Just when to expect an update via text.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought my car in for repair from a collision. I didn't know about Caliber before but were covered through insurance. They were phenomenal! Excellent communication, attention to detail, follow up, and customer service.My van was done before the quoted date and even cleaned! They were very professional and easy to work with.My husband had used the other major body shop associated with insurance companies and our experience with Caliber was far superior to his experience with the other one.Highly recommended.Service: Body & Trim
