I have been going there for over 2 years and apart from their labor cost which I do complain is too high, they are able to fit me in and their services has been worth it.

I had an issue where my door wouldn't open on my wheelchair van on the side where the ramp comes down. I had to leave my teenage daughter, who is in a wheelchair, at the doctor's office and go to the nearest auto repair place for help. These guys were so great! They all came out and tried their best to get the door to slide open and in the end they gave me some boards and plywood to fashion a makeshift ramp on the other side of the van. It worked great and we were able to be on our way. I really didn't know what we were going to do and I appreciated their help! They didn't even charge me a dime!Service: General repairs & maintenance

They fixed a tire that had a screw in it. They were able to do it on the car and it took about 10 minutes. Very reasonable prices. Disclaimer : I rarely give 5 stars.Service: TiresService: Tires

100% hands down THE BEST MECHANIC SHOP EVER! If you're looking to get your vehicle repaired I highly recommend Jim's. My engine light came on and took my car in this morning to get it checked out, they were able to give me information within an hour and a half!!!
