Avenue Auto Body is the best auto repair shop around. Mike is committed to great service, personable and honest. He went above and beyond helping find parts for my car. He was able to get back to me in a timely manner when I had questions and worked right along with my insurance agent. Great service, I got my truck back way faster then I thought..Thing to remeber lolIf you get 1 rim outta the 4 re cromed lol it will Stand out.. OO headlights too lolConIf I'm being picky.. My wheel well.. It's shows the dent or blend.. However you gotta look like hard..ProLitterly saved me 300+ on my car rental...cause I got to take it back.. Also I was about to go on a trip like long so was good to have the truck back..Finial thoughtMy truck was a insurance deal.. My car has been needing some TLC. What i saw 4 the insurance. I was impressed not crazy nickel dimming.. I feel comfortable bring my car in 4 a personal quote .

After an unfortunate deer encounter, Mike made the auto repair process a very smooth and stressless experience. My car was restored beautifully and has been running great. It was also cleaned and completed early. Avenue Auto Body worked with insurance and car rental agency effortlessly and did a super job communicating status to me throughout the assessment and repair. Thank you! Highly recommend!

Over the winter, my truck got dinged up pretty good. Mike and his crew did a great job fixing everything up. Great customer service from the initial consult, the insurance interactions and all the way to picking up the repaired vehicle. Quick service.Good communication.Friendly and knowledgeable customer service.

Unfortunately I hit a deer. Fortunately I went to Avenue Auto Body and worked with Mike! He helped me understand the insurance process and had an estimate and schedule for me quickly. My auto was recently rear ended and I took it to Avenue Auto Body for the repair. This was my auto body service center by choice due to previous service that was handled with professional care and this time was no different. Communication, speed of service, helpfulness, professionalism, friendliness, a clean atmosphere, and excellent workmanship is what I received. If I ever need autobody service again I will come back and I will continue to recommend them to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

If you're dealing with insurance, this is not the place to go. I now have a check for $500 below the estimate and the only explanation is "I don't like dealing with insurance. I fix cars." One person's decision to give in to what a backwoods insurance company told him to do has made our claim incredibly difficult. We will not be back to such an unprofessional business.

Mike came recommended by a family member who I trust with body work advice, and I was not disappointed. We had a rough fall with hail, and a winter with ice so our work was put on their schedule about a month out, but Mike helped make our car usable and safe in the meantime, so it wasn't an issue. He was very up front with the estimate, explaining where every little expense came from. We were VERY with the outcome.

I bid out the work for my door repair to 4 places. Some bids were 2x as much as Avenue Auto Body and tried to sell me on buying a whole new door. Mike Pederson was honest, the work was excellent and on time. I would highly recommend Avenue Auto Body.

They do absolutely amazing work! My car looks better than it did before the accident. Not to mention, they detailed the inside of my vehicle, gave it a car wash, and topped off the gas.I am so thankful I found this shop!

Most courteous shop I ve ever dealt with. Their work was flawless and quick. Mike kept me in the loop the whole process while many shops you have to hound for updates. He even went the extra mile to pick up my vehicle from the east side in his free time to make sure I could have it back by the weekend. Great service!

Looked at my car. I described to him what I needed. My car had front end damage and I wanted the hood looked at and the headlight casings replaced. He told me the headlight were 1400 dollars each. I didn't need the entire light assembly, the lights worked just the casing was cracked. I have been working on cars my entire life and you think I would bring a car to someone without evaluating it myself you are nuts. I knew what the headlight casings are worth 250 to 400 bucks. After filling out his paperwork he asked "this is not an insurance claim?" I replied "No". His first email to me was can't find the parts they will all have to be new parts. I replied "can you give me an estimate" He replied "NO". Was it because it wasn't an insurance claim? HMMMM!
