Amazing customer service and great work, I was quoted a price and paid that price, the work was done and they did a great job, no complaints and definitely recommend. I can't say enough about this business and it's employees, they are awesome! Long story short, I blew a trailer tire on the interstate. I remove it and went to Zelich to see if they could help me. They didn't have the tire in stock, and after 8 calls around the area looking for one that would work, they found one (actually they replaced both tires for me). Special thanks to the lady at the front desk for going out of her way to help me out by finding the tire, and to the mechanic that worked into his lunch time and replaced the tire for me! The work I had done was quality work at a reasonable rate. I have no complaints other then the normal time lines don't always work out as planned but that's to be expected when starting a job and then it grows into more.

Had a set of traction bars installed on my 07 Dodge. Very satisfied with how they turned out. Great guy to work with an knows what he's doing! I recommend him to anyone looking for quality work and attention to detail.

Thank you so much to the crew ar Zelich Customs for going over and above with providing service. I was traveling pulling a camper when I stopped for gas in Merrill. Thank goodness I did because I had a fast leak in the tire of my tow vehicle. I called Zelich Customs and they directed me to their shop which was very close. Within a short amount of time they had the tire repair. Being so kind, to offer me a dry place to wait with my puppy inside, out of the rain. Your office staff was so sweet, and even offered coffee. This place is awesome! Asked for an estimate to replace a pitman arm, liked the quoted amount, decided to use them for the service, then they held true to their quote when it was complete! When a problematic sensor light was tripped during the service, they worked to solve the problem and get my truck back to normal! Highly recommend Zelich Customs for any repair or service. Thanks for fixing my truck!!

These guys are AWESOME... On my way home my U joints went out on my suburban. Being an hour away from home after a 12 hour day on the road this was the last thing I needed.. I managed to get the U joints and went by their shop. They were closed but still there working on a plow truck. I knocked on the window and they came out. They opened up they doors and stopped what they were doing and pulled in my suburban. We worked on the U joints which ended up being the wrong ones. They ran back to the parts store twice to get the right ones and got us back n the road again.I am TRULY GRATEFUL TO THESE GUYS FOR WHAT THEY DID FOR ME AND MY WIFE.. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS ..THANK YOU
