Bought a tractor battery from these guys and it caused me some grief. They gladly exchanged it even though it showed it was working. Great customer service and the reason I shop there

Awesome group of guys that blow any other auto parts store in the area out of the water with their knowledge and service. There's definitely a reason almost all shops in the area deal with Merrill NAPA instead of other competitors.

I wanted to get some paint mixed and made to a specific color for a bumper cover. I had the color code and everything set ready to order. I knew that 4 bottles (usually it's only 8oz per bottle) would be more than enough for the bumper. However, they told me they would put it in a bigger bottle meaning more oz per bottle but the same amount as 4 bottles or so l thought. I paid for it and went to go grab them a few days later. When l got it, it was just 2 bottles of 7.49oz not even 8oz. I knew then it wasn't enough for the bumper so l paid for 4 bottles and only got 2 of the small bottles. Please do things correctly as the way you said you were going to, otherwise don't waste my time when you are just going to lie to me. I would have given 2 stars but I'm being generous.

I have dealt with Greg and his team for years. They treat customers like family. They have come through for me many times. I count them as one of the many blessings in my life. James even called a competitor to locate a part they did not list. This type of service and respect is why they are always my first choice for parts.

I like the store in Merrill WI. The staff treat you the same as the men. Some Auto parts stores tend to ignore women or treat them differently.Guys, keep in mind there really are some women out there that know as much or more about repairing cars and trucks than you do.

Took my neighbor in to get her Chev HHR tested for electrical problem found it to need a battery. They had one in stock and they installed it in no time great job

Didn't give me the right size on a part that I had told 2 employees at least a total of ten times what I needed and even showed my written list. Oh, and rude as hell, the older guy.
