Prompt response to a quick turn request as I had brakes seize on my way out of town returning home out of state. They got back to me right away after I left an early morning message and were able to flex and help me out quickly. Also patient, flexible, and responsive to some specific part requests. Back on the road by midday, really helped me out to be able to get home just one day late instead of more.

Got told a lie by saying fianc� said the car wouldn't start which he never said. Only stated the car was smoking bad after he picked it up from the shop! Was with him and the interpreter when the phone call was made. Even with the text. Then the text between my fianc� and the auto shop turns out to be the owner he was texting back and forth with. Lied saying "so talked to the owner" when it's the owner himself that has been texting him regarding the car issue the whole time. Charged him for more issues and towing when they should of inspect it fully which they didn't and it's on them, not my fianc�. He made it clear what the issues was...which we have the proof. We won't go back again. We wont tolerate this . Unprofessional.....

We drive 45 minutes (each way) to have our maintenance and repairs done here. Usually with a second car too, so we can leave one for service.Even with the high gas prices, it is worth it. It's hard to find someone you can trust, who charges reasonable rates, and who provides excellent customer service.

Dedicated Motors is amazing! Every time I have taken my vehicles there, I get the absolute best service! Dani, Al and their always go the extra mile for me. They are family oriented, have great customer service and great prices. If you're looking for a local mechanic, I highly recommend them!

I inquired about a vehicle listed online and Al got back to me right away, answering questions and telling me about a few additional vehicles he had in stock that would fit my needs without being pushy. On site, I worked with Ryan as well and he was friendly and knowledgeable. Both guys were generous with their time and went above and beyond to help me out. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and will be back the next time I need a new set of wheels.

They are Dedicated! I hit a pothole which put the nail in the coffin to my struts and right before a Memorial Weekend trip. I called around and they were all booked out and couldn't fit me in. I called these guys next and he said sure, bring it in today and we'll look at it. After inspecting, they were able to get me in the next day and fixed up ready for my trip. Thank you Dedicated Motors!! Keep up the good work! Oh, and the 12 month FREE warranty on the work is awesome too! Thanks!!

Dedicated Motors provides Superior customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and safety is their priority. I cannot say enough good things about Al, Dani and the staff here. They are honest, fair and super-friendly. Highly recommend.

We were on our Summer Family road-trip and broke down 3 hours from our destination. The team at Dedicated Motors took care of us, our children and our golden retriever! We were completely stranded with a busted engine and Al and Team could not have been more kind. We were back on the road and successfully made it home within the same day! Our family would highly recommend going to Al for any automotive needs. Thank you, Dedicated Motors!

Never will I go anywhere else with my vehicles. I called and said my four wheel drive went out and I m stuck in my driveway and I ll be in to get the four wheel drive fixed at his shop when I got out. He asked for my address and showed up to tug me out of the driveway. EXTREMELY well priced. Friendly. Respectful. Helpful. Cares about customers. He didn t even charge me to tow me out. Thank you dedicated motors for everything. You are truly appreciated

Just OK, once you pay service and kindness starts to slow down, if you ask for information about of the status of your car paperwork or delivery you have to be very careful to not disturb the owner and not interrupt his important activities, once is your turn you can have only as much as he wants but no more!. Then, I have to be fair and say the car I bought was a good deal and conditions were pretty much what they claimed, some little surprises but nothing extra compared to any regular used car salesman....

My car broke down on the side of the road last Saturday morning. Was towed to dedicated Monday morning received a phone call from Ryan telling me they diagnosed the car with a broken timing belt give me an estimate to fix it back on the road Wednesday running and driving beautifully. Our family is a return customer and we will have all our friends and family have their work done here. Al and the guys do great work and at very reasonable prices. They have always been able to get me in quickly and fully explain what they need to do and give an accurate estimate. No qualms what so ever recommending them for any maintenance or repair work.

Whether you have a highly modified sports car or a minivan, I highly recommend Dedicated Motors for all of your repair or performance work. I've taken my C6 Z06 to Al a number of times and have always been treated with respect. He answers all my questions timely and even before/after hours, and offers the best prices by far. I've recommended him to my family and friends and they have all said the same. If you care about your car/truck/racecar/etc. and want a quality job, take it here and you'll be glad you did!

Visiting from Montana for the holidays and got a radiator leak along the way. My wife called the shop and got an appointment the next day. We brought it in and they had an estimate for the radiator and a clunk in the front in 30 minutes. They got it finished in half a day and resolved both problems. When we went to pick it up they charged us less than the quote! Very nice people to deal with! Thanks Al!

we recently bought a vehicle from dedicated motors . they stand behind everything they sell. the vehicle we bought developed a problem shortly after purchase. we calledal and he said bring it back. brought it back and all issues were fixed. have not been to a business in a long time where owners and employees are respectful and very professional. I recommend this business to anyone that wants to be treated right and not like a dollar sign.

Dedicated Motors is an awesome shop, they helped me when my car broke down in the cold, while I was on my way to school. They let me stay in there heated shop to warm up till I could get a ride home. I would highly recommend, they are very nice and helpful. Thank you Dedicated Motors.

I don't even know where to start for this review. All I can say is that Al is one of the kindest, most helpful, honest andDEDICATED repair shops I have dealt with. It was a Saturday, I was going to Northern Wisconsin on vacation and blew a transmission line that was just repaired by a different garage. I thought my vacation was over, so I was looking for a repair shop to get my truck towed to and I called Dedicated Moters to see if they could fix it. I talked to Al, his shop was closed but he said he doesn't like to see people stranded on the side of the road. Al came to where I was broke down and was able to get it fixed without towing the truck. And he didn't even want to charge me a single penny for his work, or parts. Solely thanks to Al, I was still able to enjoy my vacation. This was by far the best service I have ever received and I owe it all to Al's generosity, kindness, and auto part knowledge.

This is an awesome place. Ryan sold us a great vehicle and prices can't be beat! The service is fantastic. Made sure that we got our second key fob for Doug Rabitoy's new vehicle. Was a great pleasure doing business with these guys. Thanks Ryan Helland and Al Reinke GREAT COUPLE of GUYS!

Had a great experience with this auto repair shop this week after finding their ad on Craigslist when I had an automotive issue and really needed it fixed last minute! The owner is very personable, knowledgeable and genuinely cares and goes the extra mile. Very reasonable pricing too. Highly recommended!

Dedicated Motors did an excellent job on my 2002 Corvette Z06, what started out as a small camshaft swap turned into the motor being pulled, valve train upgrade, new clutch and more. Al Reinke is very knowledgeable and kept me in the loop the entire time my vehicle was in there possession, will definitely do business with again. A+ Service

Guys here thrive at getting the job done right! Clean professional shop with great prices and warranties. Very friendly owner and mechanics who take pride in what they do. I would recommend to anyone to call or stop in before going anywhere else. This will be the only place I go.

(DO not buy)My daughter just bought a 2002 Ford Escape The vehicle for a test drive smelt oil and also brakes were not working told him about the breaks and oil. He said he would fix it. He then called and said everything was fixed no more then they got back to wausau the breaks were asking up again. So brought in to be checked by Firestone. The rotors were completely rusted back breaks 90 % gone not only was the breaks not working the e break doesn't work at all the serpentine bell was sprayed with something to stop it from making noise what kind of people seel a car with children and baby a car with no breaks and no e bresk.among other things also 1,374 to fix the car. When he was notified he said oh I won't charge as much as they do Omg are you serious people like this should not be aloud to own a bizz

Customer service could have been better from one person... everyone else is friendly. Repaired a faulty vehicle sold to me, but in the process messed up more parts. Would not take responsibility for shady work, or even confront the situation.
