Very thorough with the oil change & tire rotation. Took extra time when they had issues with the lug nuts. Jerry does a great job. Very good with customers. Kept me well advised of the progress of my service, as well as the other customers in the waiting room.

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Took time to review all aspects of the sale. Appreciated Scott s individual instruction on the trucks technology !! Did not feel pressured in any aspect . Les was thorough in letting us know our financial options and special add on packages. Made buying a new truck a pleasant experience!

I called Brickners about a concern I had with my van. Brickners set up an appointment, in a timely manner to look into the matter. The part was ordered and my van was repaired quickly. We had a dead battery and the guys from Brickner came over right away gave us a jump and we drove over to the dealership and they put in a new battery right away! Everyone was so nice! Put us back on the road in no time! Thanks guys!!!

We had our van serviced today at Brickner s Merrill. I cannot express how impressed we are with the way we were treated from the first phone call; the technician spent time on the phone with me answering questions and getting information from us so that they could properly fix our vehicle. When we arrived today we were greeted with smiling, friendly, Helpful faces the entire time! Bob was absolutely phenomenal in his knowledge of our vehicle and his ability to interact with customers. I was kept up to date frequently with the progress being made. The lobby is comfortable and kid friendly. Not only did Brickner s Merrill find the problem that others couldn t but they also seen another bigger issue that would have caused problems later on. The above and beyond customer service that we experienced today is better than ANY way we have been treated at larger Chrysler dealerships in Wausau and Waupaca. Thank you Bricker s Merrill for going the extra mile for our family! We greatly appreciate it. We highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for quality, trained, friendly knowledgeable technicians to fix your vehicle!

I would definitely recommend Brickners. They didn't pressure you into anything and I didn't feel like I was just talking to someone trying to make a sale. The salesman tried to give me as much information as possible. I also feel that I got a fair price.

I took my car into a different shop 3 different times for them to tell me I was crazy I brought my car to brickners and they figured out the problem in 4 hours! Absolutely amazing team in the service department! I will gladly drive the hour from my house to take my car to this shop! I m extremely happy with the service I ve gotten from Brickner s. The service department gives me 110% every time I go. They also provide a waiting room with all the amenities I enjoy. I highly recommend it.

Got a recall done on my car, they were awesome! Don in the service center is a very friendly guy and super easy to approach! Man deserves a raise lol. All in all customer service 10/10 no issues, quick and affordable service aswell!

Delighted with the sales and service experience at BPC. We ve been to a number of different dealers over the years; walked away pretty disappointed at some,, but quite the different scenario at BPC. Had we known sooner how well they treat their customers, we would had taken our business there long before we did. Adam in sales and Greg in service have been exceptional!
