Oil change and rear wiper looked at. Nothing major, just regular maintenance. We have had major issues with our vehicles. He is honest and fair. Jared (owner) has always treated us great. Jared is always helpful and understanding. They got my car in for an oil change in just over a business day. I left my vehicle there overnight and the oil was changed hours earlier than my appointment.He isn't pushy and doesn't try to sell you unnecessary service or parts.Thanks Jared for providing straightforward service. Great service! Incredibly friendly and professional. My car was a disaster, sand in every nook and cranny. Somehow, they were able to bring it back beautiful and like brand new. If you are thinking about getting a new vehicle don't, just get the Ultimate Detail on your current vehicle and save the money! I get one once a year and because of the quality I think yeah I can drive this a little longer. I bought a used car here and these guys exceeded my expectations. When the car had an issue they went above and beyond our initial agreement and covered all the repair costs and it s been great since. I trust these guys and recommend Auto Jockeys.

Went and looked at a tan Lincoln Town Car they have posted on Craigslist. The pictures posted made the car look gorgeous. Even the description said the car was beautiful. I get there and it's the complete opposite. The trim on the car was coming off, there were rust spots and underneath was really rusty. I open the hood and there was rust starting on the engine. Way overpriced and they know it. A couple days later after my visit I noticed the price went down quite a bit. The price will continue to go down because no one will buy that car in that condition for that price. Drove over an hour to come see that " beautiful car". Waste of time and gas.

I have bought 4 & 1/2 cars from auto jockeys. The first 3 cars were everything advertised and I was very happy with the quality and the service! On February 4th I purchased a vehicle ( with no warranty ) on February 5th there were issues. Over the past two weeks it was challenging for me (and auto jockeys). I was given two loaner vehicles while purchased car was being worked on. Finally I felt this vehicle was not up to the standards I have come to know from auto jockeys, and I asked about my options. ( buy back, trade ) there were at least two cars in my same price range on lot, I choose one, and payed a fair balance. I went to auto jockeys because I trusted the company and the vehicles they sell. I did not get a warranty, it was better than that, a commitment to their customer.

Had a pre sale inspection, report less 1/2 quart of oil missed. Advice: check every two weeks after next oil change. Can't recall mentioned oil change due immediately or we can add itdrove 50 miles engine light ON, stopped immediately measured twice cero oil. Car towed to shop. :(

Bought a Chevy trailblazer from three months ago had problems with knocking noise that showed up in engine (not heard at purchase) and a dead battery no start condition. Took in and was charged 80.00 for oil change and diagnostic to be told problem gone and next time it would be full price. Since then three more dead battery no start and episodes of no heat in extreme cold weather. Now engine overheated leaving wife stranded. It has only been just over three months and paid close to 5000.00 for vehicle. I strongly recommend against buying here!

After consulting with 3 other garages, I finally found the people I felt most capable and that I could trust. I found everyone there to be extremely helpful and courteous. The customer service was above and beyond what you could expect from a business.

Auto Jockeys is the go to place for my late model Mercedes. After the local Mercedes dealer closed and my car was in the warranty period, they were willing to test drive my car at no charge. They diagnosed the problem so I could have the Appleton Mercedes dealer order the parts to repair my vehicle under warranty. It saved me a 200 mile round trip to diagnose the problem and order the parts.These guys are the real deal. Honest service at honest prices!

Took in my Hyundai Accent to get the wheel bearing replaced and it was done in a reasonable time at a reasonable price. Will take my car into Auto Jockeys for future repairs for any of my vehicles.

bought a suv, took back for a few little things, they would not give any satifaction at all. Said the boss wouldn't ok. Didn't even ask. Poor service.

Never buy a used car from this clown he says there's a warranty but when there's a problem he will not work with you and make you pay full price.
