From the moment I walked in the wrong door, I was greeted with professionalism compassion. I felt taken care of. After being Tboned, everything was explained to me thoroughly. They keep me updated on the progress of repairs and super friendly staff, Donna is wonderful, knowledgeable and understanding. I am so excited to see my vehicle repaired like new again.

Quality Auto Body impresses us every time! They repaired my Jeep fast and always kept me in the loop. Being in the car detailing business, we are particular and Colton and his team checks all of our boxes. Everyone was great to work with and made me feel they care about my needs and that they really appreciate my business. My truck looks like it did the day I drove it off the dealer lot. They dealt directly with the insurance company which made the job less stressful. I even had some self-pay work done at the same time and they came out well below the estimate saving me a lot of money.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The people at Quality Auto Body in Menomonie were very helpful and pleasant. We had a tough situation tying to remove a large mural from our motor home. They worked hard and removed all the adhesive quickly and did a perfect job. They have won our business in the future.

Getting auto damage repaired is not fun. My experience with Quality auto body was as easy and painless as one could expect. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company, and did the work within the schedule they outlined. The work was first rate and the included a loaner vehicle at no cost. They also included a few extras that were very much appreciated. A first class job, I recommend them with no reservations.Service: Body & Trim

I had my car fixed here and I couldn t have received better service! They were quick, and my car looks perfect! Everyone is very friendly and respectful. I felt very valued as a customer here. They even scraped the ice off my windshield and put air in my tires before I drove it home! 10/10 recommend this place!

I don't usually leave reviews, but quality auto body consistently surpasses my expectations. They have great communication, are always so nice and friendly, efficient, and of course, do an awesome job repairing my cars. They really do go above and beyond.

Quality Auto Body helped to make a very stressful situation after a bad accident so much easier with their kindness and quick communication. It took 5 weeks to repair my vehicle due to the amount of damage and supply chain issues, but they aided with obtaining a rental immediately and kept me updated every step of the way. My van looks and runs like new! Thank you!

I am very pleased with Quality Auto Body! They did an excellent job with the repairs to my 2021 Ford Explorer after an unfortunate run in with a turkey. They had my car back a day earlier than the scheduled return and did a great job coordinating the repairs with my insurance company. Some issues came up that were NOT THEIR FAULT and they went above and beyond to communicate what was going on. They always asked and made sure we were taken care of as far as transportation we needed while they were working on our vehicle.

LOVE Quality Auto Body's Car Detailing Work!!! Excellent price, wonderful people to work with, and go above what is expected of them. I have two very, hairy German Shepherds who ride in my Expedition all the time, and it showed in my vehicle. I was shocked to see how wonderful the truck looked, so clean from top to bottom and the price was fantastic! They do such a great job every time I go, and I'm never disappointed in their work : )

Working with the staff at Quality Auto Body was a great experience! They were not pushy but extremely helpful and considerate throughout the whole process from bid to finish. I have used Quality Auto Body several times, and have always been so happy with the quality of their workmanship. In addition, the staff is so competent, and so helpful. I was walked through every step of the process, and they did all the coordinating. They finished when they said they would, and my beautifully detailed car was returned to me.

The team working at Quality Auto Body made everything so easy for me when I had to have my vehicle repaired after an accident. It was easy to schedule the dates to bring my vehicle in for repair, a rental vehicle was waiting for me, they promptly returned my phone calls if I had any questions about the insurance process, etc. They are professional, knowledgeable and experienced. Everyone I had contact with from my first phone call to get the repair estimate to the time I picked up my nicely repaired AND washed vehicle was kind.

I normally don't take the time out to write reviews. These guys took care of me, got my car done in a timely manner and came in under their estimate. This is something that's hard to find in the auto world. I highly recommend, and will be definitely going back for any future work needed. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Quality Auto Body. Not only does my car look great, the customer service was excellent. I was kept up to speed with the progress on my car the entire week, and had use of a loaner car until the repairs were completed. I am thankful for the professional and courteous manner in which they handled everything from start to finish.

Quality Auto Body did an amazing job on my car! They were fast, friendly and professional and they gave me a free loaner to use while mine was being fixed! I really appreciate the job they did and I would certainly bring it back if I ever needed any repairs done in the future. I highly recommend Quality Auto Body!

Quality recently did work on my car and did an amazing job, my car looks good as new! Very friendly staff and great at accommodating your schedule/needs and answering your questions. Not only did they repair my car but also cleaned it inside and out! Overall they did an EXCEPTIONAL job and I would recommend them highly to anyone!!!!

Great Service, great work! It's never fun when you have to have your vehicle in for repairs, but knowing that QAB does great work and will take care of you, is a nice peace of mind! They had my rental vehicle waiting, held true to the time frame for repairs and kept me up-to-date on the progress as it was finishing up. Thanks for the great service!

I've had 2 Dodge Rams repaired at Quality Auto Body over many years. Also, they are the place to take your vehicle if you want a good detailing/cleaning. The body work they did was absolutely perfect. One was a quarter panel replacement on a Black Pearl Coat. It looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor when they got finished. You get what you pay for, and I demand perfection in my vehicles appearance. Quality Auto Body delivers perfection at a good price.

They were great to work with. I originally talked with Larissa when I came in for an estimate. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, and she is honestly the reason I decided to use Quality over a couple other places I got quotes from. She followed up with me a couple times during my claim process when she didn't need to, and she had a rental car booked and waiting for me when I dropped my truck off. I would not hesitate to go back, although hopefully I'll never have to!

I was very happy with the work on my car. I got my car back earlier that projected and it was in mint condition. The gals in the office were very helpful to me since this was a new experience for me.
