My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Northtown Ford in Menomonie WI. Jim Belanger was our sales person. He was excellent to work with. He was able to effectively discover our needs and then focus us on the best vehicle choices to meet our needs. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful, and respectful of our time. I highly recommend Northtown Ford.

I'm a little late on this but this past summer I had the AC compressor fail on my F350. I dropped it off and they said they wouldn't be able to get it done before the weekend (I was leaving town for a week). Friday afternoon, service had called me and said they were able to get my truck done and that it was ready to be picked up! Lifesavers! Worked like a charm since! Northtown does all the work on my F350 and never have any issues after, but this particular instance meant a lot to me. Thanks guys.

Talked with salesman Matt Green & got a quoted price of 33k & didn't mention any add ons & we told him we're pre approved. He said ok then he runs loan through with additional 2k, which is dishonest, & corrupt which this country has enough of, which changes interest rates & payment amount. We were expecting honesty but NOT HERE !!!!

Friendly, no pressure sales and financing staff. Honest and knowledgeable, Jeremy was great to work with. They had our truck cleaned, fueled up and ready and negotiating the trade was simple and quick.

We had the pleasure of buying a car from Northtown Ford. We worked with the sales manager Jason. From the first email to driving away in our new car, all of our expectations were met. This is a well run business and I would highly recommend them, no high pressure, just professionalAnd experienced people. They followed through and communicated well. Thank you Jason , we love our new car. It was a pretty drive to Menomonie too!

Service from all Ford Dealership representatives was exceptional, all personnel when beyond expectations to make sure both Myself and my wife were happy and satisfied with our purchase. They all took time to make sure that we totally understood what all the charges were and what we could expect in the future. Matt the sales representative took the time to go through all of the features of the vehicle, Bryan the Financial Manager walked us through all the paperwork so that we fully understood each entry. I had a great experience working with Jeremy and Bryan at Northtown Ford. I was playing around with the idea of getting a Maverick. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and came up with a great deal on the vehicle. When I showed up to pick it up on Saturday, Jeremy and Bryan were both there (I'm assuming on their day off) to show me the vehicle, answer any questions and complete the paperwork in a timely, stress free manor. They also didn't pressure me to get anything extra that I did not want. The price we agreed upon on the phone was the price I payed when I got there and left.EDIT: So my above experiences still stands. HOWEVER, they tried to steal my Ford Pass Points when I purchased my new vehicle. Although I'm happy with my vehicle, I will never return after that.

My mom took her car in to have a GPS removed cause they thought that's what was causing her car to keep stopping. They took out the GPS and her remote start that was gifted for her and are now denying that they took it out and are saying that we can't prove that there was one in the car in the first place. Will never shop or go here for anything again!!!!

Originally, I thought this was a good company to purchase a car from. I was happy when I left, but the responses I've received after having trouble with my steering wheel is what I rated a 1 star. I've been going back and forth with the dealer since I bought the car at the end of November/early December. I've brought my car in five separate times. Somethings off with the wheel, I've even included a picture of what the wheel looks like when I hit the brake. That certainly does not look normal to me. They claimed it was the power steering, so they replaced under Ford's warranty so it was no cost to me or them. They say they've done an alignment 3 times (none of which fixed the problem, so not sure why they continued to try that.) This last time I brought it in, I told them another mechanic drove it with me and said he thought it was the brake caliper or the wheels. Took it back in to Northtown Ford & they replaced three different things, all of which they told me were "fine" but would replace anyways? I understand they've done a lot of work, but the problem still isn't fixed. Last night, Jason M basically told me that I should find a different mechanic and take my problem up with them instead. Essentially, I took that as they weren't going to help me anymore (even though the problem has continued & warranty was going to cover it 50/50 with me). Overall, not a good experience & I don't think I would recommend purchasing a car from them.

I purchased a pre-owned F-150, and was treated like I was buying a brand new truck! The staff was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.This isn't my first time buying a vehicle from this establishment, and it certainly won't be the last.Thank you Northtown Ford!

They did a very good job. I would have liked they to do the same job on all cylinders the first time. This was the second and 80% was a repeat of the first time which was redundant to replace plugs, etc.

I was searching for months for the truck I wanted, and happened to finally find one close enough to an airport and close enough to home that I could drive it home. Working with Northtown Ford was great. They were friendly, responsive and open. I'm very happy with my truck and my experience there.

We had a fantastic experience at Northtown, and Matt the salesperson during our visit was polite, accommodating and very reasonable in negotiating the sale. Many dealerships adopt an overbearing sales-oriented approach, so our interaction here stood out in stark contrast. All of the other staff were similarly friendly and helpful throughout the process. We'd highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from them.

Outstanding Service Department! Went the extra mile to help me on a Friday. 4 new tires, suspension repair, 4 wheel alinement and provide a loaner car to help me pickup clothing and items needed for a funeral. All of this and I was from out of town. Can't say enough, wish more Ford Dealers could be this responsive.

After I waited for two years for my Bronco, Northtown sold it to me at a fair price. I very much appreciate they didn t install the front license plate bracket as the stock location is not desirable. I also appreciate they saved the window sticker and included it in the glove box. They made the transaction simple and quick.

After the sales pitch and many questions on my end and test drive I decided to purchase a used vehicle. After a week of purchase the problems arrived. Long story short after returning the car 3x to the dealership under their recommendation they could not solve the overheating and oil on the floor issue. It got to the point when I had to talk to the GM and basically told me to take it somewhere else. I did and they diagnosed the problem and got it fixed. Northtown even used my extended warranty and the still would not stand behind their work. 1st time dealing with this group and also the last time.

Sales are knowledgeable and so willing to assist in any way. In my most most recent purchase I had the pleasure to deal with Matt Green, one of the best salesmen I've ever worked with.Not only for sales are they the best, but in times of mechanical issues in town or out of town they have proven again and again to be the best in assisting in any way I need!I would recommend Northtown Ford to my friends with no hesitation!
