I locked my key in my vehicle. It was cold, I called Irvington and a young man showed up and helped me gracefully and kindly. He wasn't going to charge me because he said he was on his way home anyway. I wish I remembered his name. These are good people. I highly recommend using their services

My son attends UW Stout and as a parent 4hrs away you feel completely helpless when he calls and says "my car doesn't start and I am stuck in the middle of the intersection". Thanks to Irvington for responding quickly, towing his car and fixing it. The customer service and mechanics are outstanding. Specials thanks to Leslie, Merv and Kevin. FYI! Brad is absolutely wonderful! He came to help us jump my car and was there within 10 minutes! Then came back immediately when we found out there were more issues to deal with. Couldn t be any nicer! Would recommend Brad and Irvington Garage Towing 1000%!!!

We broke down on our way home. Called for quote and got fast efficient service. After calling around decided to go ahead and get a tow. Truck got there fast! Driver was super friendly and fast.Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a tow!Service: Car towing

I got locked out of my car one day after a sports practice and I called them up and was able to get into my car 10 minutes later. The lady on the phone was super sweet and helpful. Big thank you to whoever it was that was able to get into my car. You made my day. Thank you!

Irvington Garage Towing is the most amazing towing company ever. I had a complicated situation with my Dad's car that they handled incredibly well. Not only did they take care of the car itself but they took care of me (and my Dad). They were friendly, helpful, thoughtful, and communicated extremely well. I was stranded waiting for roadside assistance for almost 3 hours. After being frustrated I finally contacted Irvington garage towing and I m sure glad I did. Brad came within 15 minutes, 10 minutes less then what he estimated. Tire was changed in 3 minutes or less. He was so nice and professional. Definitely a family run business, something I have missed. A friend recommended this company to help move my toolbox. The driver was Brad, nice and friendly guy. He got my toolbox back to my place safely and soundly. Even helped to get it into the building. Thank you.

Woke up at 6:30 ready to head into work for the day and my car was stuck in some snow and a thick layer of ice underneath. I called Irvington Towing and someone was on site with me within 20 minutes ready to help out. He was amazing to work with and had my car out within 5 minutes. Irvington is quite literally the best in Western WI and will be my go-to from now on!

They are amazing!!!! Was still four hours away from home when my boat trailer bearing blew out. They were able to pick it up, weld the spindle, fix the other bearings, and get it all done within the week. They could have made up some excuse that I needed a lot more with the repair than what they fixed, but they make their money by being honest and having high production. The best part was their total price was nearly the cost I would have spent just to be towed by another company. Owner is a Vietnam veteran. Support this business. Talked with the owner, his daughter, and several workers throughout the week. Liked them all. Incredible service. Wish I had them locally.Service: Special vehicle towing

Our son is a student at UW-Stout and on his way back from a home visit he broke down just out of Menomonie. His mother and I live 3 hours away, so we were unsure of what to do. It was late on a Sunday afternoon. We did a quick search for a towing operation in the area and found Irvington Garage. What a blessing! One phone call and a short conversation and we were given comfort that he was taken care of. They also repaired the vehicle in short order. Even talking to the mechanic was a pleasure and Leslie was awesome. Great service, timing and communication! Would highly recommend. Thanks for your helpService: Special vehicle towing

Our brakes went out on the interstate, very scary! Yet Irvington garage was the only local place to get us in ASAP and fixed our vehicle with under 24 hours! The service was excellent and we were informed honestly in the whole process. Definitely recommended!

I needed my car towed as jumping it initially was not successful. The truck came extremely quickly and the operator was able to jump my car with his own device at no charge. I found myself in need of assistance after being locked out of my car. I had a short call with Irvington Garage, and Brad showed up within about 10 minutes. I was thrilled that they were able to help me out! My car blew up and the were at my location quickly and Brad was super nice and helpful. The people on the phone were kind when I had to have my car towed a second time 2 days later. Called at 10:30pm on a Monday night and spoke with a woman who said it would save me money to wait until the morning. I had to leave town early for work the next day and they didn t open until 8.. this fantastic lady told me to expect someone there between 7:15-7:30am, before they even opened, and that she would send him right from his home in the morning, as he lives in town. 7am rolled around and there he was, doing his magic tricks, and has the door unlocked in 5 minutes. Service was absolutely outstanding, something you don t find anymore. I will use this garage for ANY need I ever have again!Service: Car lockouts

Amazing service! Quick, professional and solved the problem.We got stranded on Sunday of Labor Day weekend traveling from Madison to Minneapolis when our truck died at fast food stop.We called Irvington Garage and they provided problem solving ideas over the phone. Then they drove to our location and helped us!Saved the day! So impressed with their friendliness and extra effort especially on a holiday weekend.Service: Battery service

The worst mechanic shop I have ever been too. I had to take my truck to them 3 for the same problem and they still didn t fix it. They told me there are major repairs needing to be done on the truck I brought home I replaced the camshaft sensor myself and the truck runs great now. Pretty sad that a so called mechanic can t fix the problem but a woman with no mechanical background can figure it out and have it fixed in a maximum of 15 minutes. I will never take my vehicle there again and I will never recommend them to anybody huge waist of money.

On vacation and my starter dies. One short, friendly conversation later, and Brad is in my driveway checking the battery. Irvington Garage towed my car, replaced the starter, and had me back on the road that afternoon. Professional, friendly, and super-efficient! Our family experiencedEngine failure on our way back from a long tripWe pulled it into aGas station and the people there suggested that we call irvington's TowingWhen the truck driver came he checked out the engine and suggested what the problem might be .Brad was super nice!he really calmed us down. Fantastic garage! Leslie was super friendly. The tow guy was great. My car handles better then when it went in-I have run into problems with other garages; concerning this issue but not at Irvington! Definitely recommend them.

My car broke down and i still had 2 hours to go from home. Irvington was so helpful in my time of need. They picked us up from the roadside and even welcomed our dog. They even took us to a hotel and dropped our car off the next morning before checkout. The folks at Irvington Garage do a great job and are really friendly. Customer service is excellent and the mechanics can do virtually any kind of work that needs to be done. They have worked on both our RV and car and we have been quite satisfied. We highly recommend Irvington Garage!

This place is awesome. Great people. Fixed my vehicle fast and called me with every step they were going to do. I've taken my vehicle to several places and the places ripped me off. Irvington garage fixed my van completely and at a great price. Taking all the vehicles there from now on .
