Have had them do all the work on my car since coming to stout. Had a full transmission replacement done here and it was done quick and done well. Reliable shop with nice people.

I've taken my car to this location a number of times for work. It's not the most reasonable, but it's worth the money. Great group of people and family owned. Great supporters of the community for a hard working team! I had just bought a used Truck (Torrent) 3 months prior to coming to Integrity Auto Care. I first had them do a check and estimate on the vehicle to find out what exactly needed repairing on it. Apparently it was in dire need of Struts and Wheel Bearings. They even were so kind as to bring me out into the shop to show me exactly how dangerous the vehicle was that I was driving at that point in time. They did a wonderful job fixing my vehicle; in a reasonable amount of time. I do need to return there real soon to have them finish up with the wheel bearings. At least the most dangerous thing was fixed first. WONDERFUL JOB GUYS & GAL!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HELP.

While expecting child number 2 and moving further away from work, i was pretty worried when i had saw my engine light turn on recently. I had brought my car in to be serviced and was told what the problem was and advised to buy it myself and repair as they wouldnt feel right having to charge me for something that is a 10 min job. I went out and bought the part. 10 mins in my driveway and my engine light is now off. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for good honest people. Thank you again.

If I could rate them a NEGATIVE 5,000, I WOULD!!!!! I am not a car guy. THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THIS! I asked them to replace pads and calipers. They replaced the pads, but not the calipers. Fyi, I just asked another mechanic about my calipers. He said they were my original calipers. THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE PARTS AND LABOR, EVEN THOUGH I STILL HAD RUSTY, ORIGINAL CALIPERS AFTER I PAID FOR THEM! NOT A TRUSTWORTHY MECHANIC SHOP! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE OF THIS SHOP!!!!

Purchased a vehicle here that they supposedly bought due to the previous owner running it out of coolant and overheating it, causing the engine to be ruined. I was told they installed a used engine with a year warranty on it from the salvage yard. Within the 30 day warranty I had to refill the coolant multiple times (no leaks present that I could find on ground or in engine bay). They looked at it and was told they fixed a coolant hose that wasn't tightened all the way. Vehicle started consuming more coolant soon after, and now 8 months and kess than 10k miles later it is drastically loosing coolant, and the overheating warning came on the dash. After calling multiple times and leaving a couple voicemails I finally reached Collin at Integrity Auto. Now they claim the used engine never had a warranty (they even stated that used parts never come with a warranty, which is not true with most salvage yards), and it's not their problem now that it's out of the 30 day warranty, even though it still has the same problem since day one! Since they don't want to offer any help or offer any resolution to the problem I will be taking them to court.

Integrity went above and beyond to help me with a part. They even called junk yards. When no part could be found, they were able to do a work around! The best part- it was supposed to take anywhere from 2-4 days and they ended up doing it same day!!!! It s very difficult not having a vehicle for one day, let alone 4. Thanks so much for helping me!!!!!It s worth noting that their business name is also their business ethic- integrity! I appreciate them being up front about costs, timeframes, etc. I will always come here first for auto repair.Service: Brakes

I have used these guys since I moved to Menomonie (around 11 years ago). And they are amazing. Not only do they work with people and try to find the best prices for parts, they are kind and very understanding of people. Always do great work and their name definitely is appropriate. We came here off the freeway with some issues with the trailer lights. It was a Friday at 4:45 before the 4th of July weekend and they still took the time to diligently look for any concerns. They were thorough and honest id totally recommend! :)Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

This place is wonderful! We cracked a radiator just outside of Menomonie 2 hours into our 10 hour drive home and they were the only place that would even look at our car the same day. Once they got the parts, they had us back on our way as soon as the parts came in. 10/10 would recommend.

Jake the owner personally helped me. He gave me a loaner car to use while he worked on mine. Once he found the issue, he told me how I could get it fixed for free, as well as tips on how to avoid this issue in the future. The place lives up to its name.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Had a blowout on 94 at 4:30 pm on a Friday. We were towed into Integrity as they were the only place in town that would stay open to change the tire (all others were either closed or over-booked and wouldn't do it). Thanks to Integrity for staying late for us and getting us back on the road and safely home quickly. And what they charged us was VERY reasonable. I would highly recommend this auto repair establishment. 5 stars!!!!!

I had a serious problem with my engine light coming on and no oil pressure. Jake told me to go talk to the dealer. The first time I called the dealer and they told me my warranty was expired. Jake told me to talk to them again, as my truck had less than 90K miles and should not be experiencing these types of problems. I had purchased an extended warranty which was still in place, and the second time at the dealers they said they would take care of it. Jake saved me thousands of dollars on my truck repairs. I'm very grateful to him and his staff. They have assisted us with many of our vehicles over the years and we have never had a problem with Integrity Auto Care Center.

My AC wasn't working so took my car in. They charged me almost $200 to do a AC leak test and not fix anything. Told me to come back in a couple of days to do another AC leak test so they can take my money again and not fix anything.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

These folks were friendly and caring as they diagnosed my vehicle issues and provided reasonable estimates for their resolutions. Then they were prompt to work on a same-day or next-day basis on three different occasions, based on my schedule. Next, they were careful and thorough in completing only the necessary, agreed-upon work. Finally, they lived up to their name and showed integrity, charging what they originally stated even though they had to do extra work. (When a wheel bearing is making noise, it is difficult to tell which side is faulty and it was the opposite side from what we originally thought). Thank you to the fine people of Integrity Auto Care for working on our behalf and in our best interest. I wish them all the best.

Integrity Auto lives up to their name. It was my first time there and I had an urgent issue with my brakes. They were able to get me back and on the road in less than 1.5 hours.They are also very involved in supporting the local community!

Such nice and caring people. Fit me in last minute and did a great job fixing my car. They have great prices. Recommend them 100%Update: I stand by what i said. It was so cold out my battery died. They came out and jumped it and fit me right in to replace it.

Amazing service! We are from Minneapolis heading up north to camp and our alternator went out about 2 miles away from Integrity. They replaced the alternator and had us on our way within an hour and half! Absolutely incredible! We were able to continue our camping trip.

My daughter was at Speedway and couldn't her truck out of neutral. As luck would have it a mechanic was walking out and she asked for his help. He took a quick look inside and then climbed under the truck and saw that the shift control cable wasn't connected. I brought the truck in the next day and they were able to fix it quickly and get us back on the road. Thanks to Adam for helping her out. Outstanding employees and business! I do not like taking my vehicles to mechanics and try to figure out and fix issues myself. Integrity has helped me diagnosis issues and helped me along the way. When I do need a mechanic, these guys are the only ones I will take my vehicle to. They get quick and accurate diagnosis every time. I have seen them go above and behind for their customers and have a lot of respect for the way they deal with people.

So nice to find a business that genuinely cares about their customers.We blew a tire on our boat trailer on the interstate and were so lucky to be close to Integrity Auto Care. They were incredibly helpful getting us back on the road and went above and beyond to ensure our safety.It was very evident that integrity isn't just their name, but also their way of doing business.

The best customer service you'll find. Period. They make time for their customers and they offer trustworthy opinions as well as dependable service work - usually at a much more reasonable price than the other guys. I had a water pump issue and as soon as they found out it was under a factory recall warranty that was extended they called to let me know. They could have easily just taken the 400+ dollars it was going to take to fix it and did the job themselves, but instead they did the right thing and told me I could have it fixed for free! They were very nice and got my car looked at right away as far as their actual services for me went. I really appreciate them saving me the money! I would recommend them to anyone have car issues!

Excellent service. Had an engine light come on and I was traveling for work later in the day. I called explained my issue and that I needed to get in the same day. They squeezed me in an hour after I called. Ran diagnostic (minor issue). Didn't even charge me. Definitely mad a customer out of me. Will be going back for every car issue.
