Horrible customer service and a very small selection of products. You can tell the employees are only waiting for the end of the day and could care less if a customer needs help.

Very polite and friendly staff. I don't live in town and I needed to change a tail light bulb. They borrowed me a screwdriver and some pliers to do the job. Not too many places will do that these days. I would recommend going here.

Our store in Park Rapids mn. Called for a part for our Ford, which we have been searching all over the US for. And they had it. Checked on price at UPS to ship it for us and finished our business! Thank u for being so prompt!

Got the best price on a car battery in town and they carry a quality brand - Deka. Fast courteous service. Good selection of parts and they just might have the tool you need as well. Top notch parts store.

Walked in the door was the only customer in the building and was not acknowledged by the folks at the counter (would be nice). Went to check out. The counter attendants seemed like I was an inconvenience. As I was checking out my attendant answered the phone when their were two other next to him not doing anything. I waited for a little while then just left and spent my money elsewhere that wanted my business. I will not be using auto value location anywhere in the future.

I felt I was treated like a woman in a man's place. I told them I wanted full strength antifreeze and the old guy at the counter chimes up and says "you know you're still going to have to dilute it?". My Jaw hit the ground, I said to him "I may be a blonde but I certainly ain't stupid"! Never so insulted in my life. NEVER going back there, EVER.

Went to return a fan blade I didn't need and it had dirty hand prints on it and ons of the works starts complaining because it wasn't clean then starts in on how it was mounted and no one he seals to would buy it because of that. Rude and disrespectful lost my service for good because one employee was having a bad day to bad because they always have what I need shame really

The staff has the best autobody supplies in the city. Go here... you wont be dissapointed.

I love the knowledgeable staff, but commonly feel overlooked, or less important than other customers or it would be hands down a 5 star place in my opinion, I would never blame the employees because I can't imagine how in the world they can memorize so much stuff and maintain order, all and all, great place to buy parts with the best prices and smartest salesmen in the area.

Prices are a little high on parts and others products.ie.,. Oils and such. Staff is friendly and helpful.
