My experience with Airtec Sports of Menomonie was excitement and enjoyable. The staff and the entire team make you feel comfortable and explain every aspect of your purchase. Rick my salesman in particular after showing me the various Polaris Rangers they had in the floor and explained what each one had In options. Once I decided on what I wanted he went through everything with me on the model I picked and answered my many questions about the machine and the financing. After spending time with the financial assistant and going through every detail of my purchase Rick showed me every detail of my machine and the extra items I decided I wanted. He then set up a delivery day and time for me. When I took possession of my Polaris Ranger Northstar two days later with everything installed and spit shined, It was like Christmas morning and Santa (Rick) delivered my present. In my book Airtec Menomonie is the number one Polaris dealer for me.

We have doing all of powersports with Airtec Sports in Menomonie for several years, after a purchase of a Honda Talon. The staff at Airtec are knowledgeable, low pressure friendly and honest. Both the sales staff and service departments are second to none. The minute you walk in your met by an employee gets you to the right place and makes sure they say Thank you on your way out. Customer service goes a long way in my book, I may not buy top of the line stuff (toys) but that doesn't matter to them as long as the customer is happy they are happy. That's what makes us return again and again.

I ve dealt with a lot of dealerships with having snowmobiles and Side by Sides and have to say the sales and service of Airtec Menomonie has been excellent! Shane and Kyle go my sleds back onto the trails this year! Kept me well informed the entire process. Buying thru them with Derek Peterson was a great experience as well! Love the personal service and sense of family .

After Airtec went above and beyond in fixing my sled, I decided to snow check a 24! I'm glad I did! The airtec team had my new sled ready to go quickly and professionally! I will definitely be back and will recommend them to all my riding buddies! Thank you so much!

Scott and Justin were super helpful. They had the answers to the questions i had, would answer emails way later in the evening than i expected.Before i went to these guys, i checked around the twin cities, rochester, lacrosse, eastern wisconsin to look at prices. Airtec was upfront with everything and didnt have the hidden additional fees all the other places seems to come out with. AND their prices were lower to start with.I am very fortunate that i the dealer i wanted was right in my backyard.It is very nice to FINALLY find a business that is upfront and fair. I also dropped an older machine off for a tune up and they were very fair on that as well.I am a fan of the folks over there, and they ll get my continued business going forward and i highly recommend them!

Store Manager Justin Heizer, F&I Manager Lori Klistner, and salesman Keith, all worked together seamlessly to make the entire process of purchasing my new Honda Pioneer an enjoyable experience.Multiple communications with Justin via emails and a phone call were answered promptly, thoroughly, and were much appreciated. He provided answers to all of my questions and was more than willing to work with me to close this deal.If anyone reading this is the market for outdoor recreational equipment, check out the AIRTEC SPORTS website! They have a great selection of side by sides, boats, snowmobiles, fourwheelers, riding lawnmowers, etc.).I highly recommend giving AIRTEC SPORTS a good look! The deal Justin was able to work out with me on a new 2023 Honda Pioneer 1000-6 was far better than the other four dealers I contacted regarding the same machine! It was definitely worth the drive, and I'll gladly do business again with AIRTEC SPORTS!

Took my Polaris rush 800 in for gas tank recall. Was really easy to make an appointment and get in within a week. They never called me when they were done with the service. I called and it was done and sitting in there.

Great bunch of guys they do good work. I took them a special problem that was more than challenging they took it on, had difficulty, and persevered. I gotta say the team up there is just fantastic the mechanic that worked on my machine more than proved that he is a professional I would take my stuff back there any time and recommend them to anybody very happy with the work they did on my wheeler there and will go back in the future if I ever need

Keith did a great job selling us our new pontoon. The shed where we kept, the pontoon partially collapsed from snow and the pontoon was damaged. Kyle, the service manager stepped in and did an excellent job repairing it. We are very satisfied!

Very informative of my issue but had my 4 wheeler about 3 weeks to fix a sensor and hole in my exhaust. Not to mention that work was a 700 bill.

Justin, Rick, Jason, and everyone else at this dealer were great to work with. Purchased a new leftover Polaris sled from them this summer. They held it for me free of charge while I was recovering from surgery. When the Polaris sled fuel tank recall was announced they ensured me the fix would be done promptly. Picked up the new sled last week with the recall done and I couldn t be happier. Thanks for the epic sled and great deal Airtec! Huge thumbs up.

I called Airtec Sports this morning when they opened with service repair. I was told to drop the machine off and the part would be ordered right away. Mechanic was extremely nice on the phone. Customer service is way better already then shops I have been to (night and day difference). I would recommend highly for any service you need! Will update once I get machine back!
