Every time I go here an employee does something stupid, or screws something up. One time, I went in looking for some replacement bolts for the skid plate on my truck. When I asked where the bolts were, the kid at the counter literally started looking through random piles of junk looking for loose bolts. Today I needed a rear wiper for my wife's car. Went in and had the guy look up the part number: #55-121. I read it off the screen out loud to him as he walked over to get it. He acknowledged that he heard me, so I assumed that he got the right part. Got home to try to put it on, and realized that he brought me part #55-122... If you need to buy stuff from here, learn the layout of the store yourself, and look up the parts you need online beforehand. Don't ask for help. Also, double check that you can't get the exact same stuff at Wal-Mart for 75% less.

We often order ahead of time but they have been really good about having parts to all the older vehicles we ve had in the past. We often stop here for parts for our children s vehicles now too. Knowledgeable staff and helpful!

We got our parts and they were correct. The guy who helped us, Jacob stunk like body oder. I can't believe they even let this guy come into work smelling like this. I had to walk away a few times while trying to get parts. Hair was so greasy that I could have rung his hair out and cooked 5lbs worth of tater tots. This dudes oder could have dropped Flys from 10ft away, I mean this guy had so much stank I seen buzzards waiting at the front doors.

They don t ever answer the phone. Would rather drive another 30 miles to another parts store that atleast answers the phone

I would Highly Recommend this Store to Anyone. They were very Knowledgeable about what I needed to Complete a Tune-Up on My Car .Very Friendly & Helpful.Would Gladly do Business with them Again.

Went in to get some parts. Found out that there is a new store manager. What an absolute change and difference in the store. Customer service was fantastic. The whole store crew seemed to be in a much better mood as well. Glad to be able to come back to my local parts store and not feel like I am walking in to the line of fire. Will definitely be back.

I went inn the store because my car was having issues with my electrical system Jess was friendly and reassured me that everything would be fine. She ran test on my car and cleaned one off my battery terminals and when i offered to pay she was sweet and told me no need. I will for sure go back to her again. She's worth the stop. She was amazing. .... . note to her management team, she deserves a raise.

Advance is my 2nd choice of suppliers in my town/area. Prices are competitive. I do not like how they overly try to help right when you walk in the door. I will ask when I need help. They have also made some mistakes on parts for me in the past.

A male staff member said my UPS delivery was not there which at the time was hard to believe since I had a notification on my phone starting otherwise. As I turned to leave he called out after me in what sounded like a mocking and sarcastic tone "thank you!" Others in the area immediately broke out in laughter as I walked out the door feeling humiliated. I would suggest not entering this store if you are female and alone.

I would say that this is a decent store. Clean and well stocked with all your automotive needs. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Prices on batteries are higher than some of their competition in town. I'll still get pricing from them on other parts and they are likely to get some of my business.

The store is amazing! The management and staff are the most knowledgeable, helpful and friendliest in town. They have the widest selection of quality parts in stock that I have ever seen. They will help you install a battery or scan your vehicle on the spot. They will also test your starter or alternator and loan you tools for free. This is the only auto parts store I will ever do business with again.

So happy we have such a well stocked auto parts store!! The service was fantastic! They had all the parts that I needed and reset my car computer as well:))I also found a cool magnetic pressure gauge that was easy to use and fit nicely into my little hands!! So pleased!

Thank you to Joe at the Menomonie store. What a polite friendly and helpful man. He helped us to find the parts I needed to fix my car at a reasonable price. He was able to get that part dropped off to the shop that was fixing my car and quickly. Thank you Joe I appreciate good workers. Ranea

The guys were busy and hard at work when i came in. I returned a starter that i had purchased and installed a bit over 2 years ago. I had purchased it with a lifetime warranty. After presenting my drivers licence and signing a receipt, i was given my new starter and was on my way. Thank you gentlemen.

Staff at this location is particularly helpful and competent, in the past wait times had been long but pretty reasonable now compared to other locations.

Battery tested in my car and it was putting out 196 out of 700 cranking amps so I was told it's defective and to take it out and bring it in and they'll swap me straight for a new one. Bring it in a few days later same guy is there, they says the battery is fine and wants me to wait a half hour while they charge it and retest it. So I call the other guy over who did it before and he says he never told me that it was bad, and that the battery was most likely dead. Well needles to say after about an hour or more I got my battery replaced like he said he would. Bad service from that guy..

They always have the stuff I need. Most auto parts stores carry the same stuff, but these guys seam more willing to help out with questions.
