A friend referred me here for service work and I am glad he did. I had two of my cars serviced here in the last few months and I would highly recommend them without question. They are all very friendly and actually listen to you. Had an annoying suspension clunking issue that the dealership techs couldn t diagnose, but the crew here at Witlins came through and now, no more issues. Thanks for a great experience.

My most recent visit was for a 'Check Engine' light. Also asked them to check my tires. They fixed the engine light and sold me a set of tires. Great service. Tire installation and price was excellent.

I paid for a brand new tire through them in the AM to have them get it same day. The tire arrive the same day and offered to put the tire on. I had no way to drive the car so I found a ride to take me to get the tire and my son and nephew put the tire on the car. I cannot recommend Wittlin's enough! I need my exhaust replaced and also had an oil change and tire rotation. The entire crew is amazing. They are friendly, professional and do a great job. If you're looking for an honest repair shop that will fix your car right the first time at a fair price, you can't do better than Wittlin's. They're also my go-to place for tires. Friendly staff, expert service and competitive pricing. What's not to like?

Crooked as can be. I had 4 new Firestone tires put on my vehicle and they shorted me 30,000 miles on the warranty. Next time I brought my vehicle to them they told me that I needed my entire brake system changed in the front which I had had done less than 8 months previous but couldn't bring back to the same place because it had changed ownership. They wanted $450.00 and I bled the brakes and filled the reservoir with a half pint of brake fluid of which I still have a tiny bit left for less than $4.50. Must've been one of the bleeder valves not quite tight enough. It's been 6 or 7 years gone by now and NO problem. CROOKED as can be is my opinion.Never been back and never will be as well as everyone I told this story to. I would never never ever bring a vehicle back there. Criminals is what they are!!! Opinion will never change. I always had done my own repairs until age started catching up with me. I know it's way more expensive to have someone else do them but screwing me is not an option!!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN !!!!!

This place came highly recommended so when I ran into a very minor tire issue I decided to visit. While they had the product I needed, the staff was not very kind or flexible when scheduling the service. This is the second time I have went here seeking help and both times I have had to go elsewhere due to their backed up schedule. I am super understanding when it comes to these things but both times I have visited were a complete miss.

Review updated March 2023: another 5 stars!! Can t say enough about how great the staff at Wittlin s is to work with. Had my Jeep in for some much needed, routine, maintenance. They have great problem troubleshooting, are clear in their diagnostics, recommendations, and price quoting. I also really appreciate how they search the used market for parts to help save money. Just above and beyond service! My Jeep drives like it is brand new once I picked it up!September 2022: Just had my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a check engine light. I moved up here from Texas and my only other resource was the Jeep dealership. Jeep ran the code and told me a doomsday story. Called Wittlin s to see if they could fix with the engine code it was throwing. Wittlin s was half the price to diagnose, they called within an hour or so of working on it with the resolution, they got the part in, fixed the jeep and we made a realistic plan for ongoing maintenance (not the three pages single space jeep gives). They had the jeep back to me in two days. (Part lead time) and I was in and out for 1/4 of the price I thought I was going to spend at Jeep. They pick up the phone right away, it is very convenient to drop your car off and pick it up and the work is great. I m so happy to have a place like Wittlin s around!

Max and the Whittlin crew gave me great service, were very respectful and the repair costs were fair and actually lower than other estimates that I had gotten for my 97' Honda. I was referred to Whittlin's and they exceeded my expectations and I will be a return customer! My car is running smooth and quiet now! Thanks Max and crew

My review is long overdue but I have been here 3x. My first time got me hooked. My front tire blew on my way to work. Wittlin's was the closest. They were fair, honest, and budget-friendly. I love the interior which I can work in while they do their work. Cookies at checkout r a nice touch also. :)

Great service shop. Only mechanics that actually call to update you about your car. They start with simple fixes and don't just jump to the expensive job like some mechanics. Very trustworthy shop.

Updated:I was never given two different prices! Totally not true. If I was given two different prices I would probably have left the car there. And I was never told pins could be un-seized. I was told I needed new pins, break pads, calipers and rotors for the front. Which I didn t!I probably wouldn t had to write this review if the guy had just listened to me when I said I just had my front breaks done. And just changed out the rear like I suggested. But he insisted the front needed repair.I don t like giving out negative reviews, but I don t like losing my hard earned cash either.They do good work that s why I took my cars there in the first place. I m not sure exactly happen that day. But maybe they will listen to their customer next time. HopefullyFirst review:Waited three months before writing this review because I didn t want to falsely accuse them of trying to cheat me. Took my Lexus 35O in for a break job. I was told I needed all new rotors(front & back) pins, calipers and pads after they did their inspection. Which I thought was strange because I just had my front brakes done a month before. I explained this to the person on the phone but he still insisted that the front breaks wasn t working. So I asked him if none of brakes was working how was I able to stop? He said hydraulic pressure. I m a 49 year old guy who had several cars during my life time and never heard of cars stopping without breaks. I usually change my own breaks on my cars, but I just didn t feel like doing it this time. Since I didn t believe the hog wash he was feeding me I pick up my car and did the breaks myself.Needless to say I didn t need new calipers, brake pads , pins or rotors on the front as Already ready knew this because I already had those done a month before. I changed out the back break pads and rotors NO calipers or pins needed. And It s been rolling great since I replace them! Saved myself 600 bucks! Be careful when using these guys. Be very careful. Even get second opinion. Might save yourself some hard earned cash!

The service Wittlin s provides is always excellent. I have had my vehicles serviced there for about 5 years, I find their work of high quality and reasonably priced. They have a keen customer service orientation. I feel the need to post this review now because I just had an experience that went beyond excellent to exceptional. I was leaving on a trip on a Saturday morning in my RV. I woke to find a flat tire. I drove to Wittlin s and explained my problem. Max looked at the tire and quickly determined the problem and fixed it immediately. This is precisely why you develop a relationship with a small business and support them.
