Was able to drive right in with no wait.Bobby was the main technician. He was very informative and didn't put on the hard sell like I've experienced at other fast oil change places. He shared with me the recommended services for my vehicle and prices to take care of it, but once again didn't push for me to do it.Being a first time customer, he gave me $10 off my total billVery satisfied with the service received.

There is a reason that Oil Changers has all of these great reviews. I took my car in today for a slightly overdue oil change. Steve and Aaron were the service guys, and everything went great. My timing was good since I didn't have to wait. The guys were friendly, professional,and efficient. Been coming here many times now, and will continue.

If I could give this shop more than 5 stars I absolutely would! I went in for an oil change, got in right away, and ended up getting extras because Reina, Bobby and Stephen were so informative on the importance of everything! They ran an oil cleaner, changed my Air Filter and took the time to check my cabin filter, which Noone has ever done before. Thankfully they did because it was missing all together! They also explained the importance of my other fluids and when i should get flushes for them. If you want fast, friendly and efficient service, go to the Oil Changers on Pilgrim Road!! This was my first time here and I will definitely coming back for my coolant flush and I will be sending all my friends and family here as well! Thank you Reina and team!!

Fast, friendly, and professional! I went in for an oil change and was in and out quickly. They explain what they are doing each step of the way and there is no trying to sell you things you don't need. Great experience and I would strongly recommend using their services to anyone in the Menomonee Falls area!

I received the best service today from Steve, Bobby, Reyna, and Aaron. they were extremely professional and efficient. I had absolutely no questions because everything was explained to me and there were no up charges or unforeseen fees. I will definitely be back in three months. Thank you.

Bobby & Steven at the Pilgrim Rd location were very helpful& knowledgeable. Not only did my oil change only take about 15 mins, Steven went above and beyond with answering my questions and provided very useful feedback.I highly suggest checking them out for your oil change. They also run free emission checks as well!Thank you Oil Changers, I ll be back!

Just completed an oil change here so my comments are immediately fresh. WOW...these guys are GREAT !!!!!!!Steve & Bob were so personable, made me instantly comfortable. Their personalities took a close second to their professionalism. They explained every single step of the work they were performing. If every employer had the good fortune to land employees like the two gentlemen, the world would be a lot more pleasant. Staff is always super helpful and kind. Never try to upsell unnecessary things and never try to pressure sell me but rather inform me of what my vehicle is doing. It's hard to find a trustworthy shop but Stephen and Bobby always do a phenomenal job of being honest and doing a top notch job.

The guys at Oil Changers are awesome! I can t say enough nice things about them. This past time I had Kinsey as my tech but have also had Bobby and he is amazing too. Very knowledgeable about what they are doing. Highly recommend coming here for your car needs!

I went to oil changers today and had the best experience. I put the wrong fluid in my coolant reservoir and Bobby was so helpful. Not only did he flush my tank but he took the time to explain to me the process and what I should to next. Manny helped me as I pulled in and Did a thorough inspection of my car. He was polite and professional. Anyone in need of car service I highly recommend oil changers on Pilgrim rd.

Me and my grandkids would give this place 100 stars if we could! Bobby, Reina and Stephen were amazing as always! Very informative and make sure my vehicle is taken good care of so it will last long! Even gave the kids candy! Top-tier service always!!!

I have 2 vehiclesI get serviced there on a regular. Every time I come Jermaine is a pleasure to work with. He is always very professional and polite. He makes coming to this location a worth it. However I do not care for the lady there, she is a tab bit too much and rude!. I almost started to going to another location be of her.

Polite, fast, and respectful. They were very thorough, answered all my questions and weren't pushy with any recommendations. Its nice they have coupons too, even though I forgot mine this time! I plan to keep using their services for a long time

We always take our cars here. Fast and always have a coupon which is nice. I was on a time crunch the last time I went and Bobby went above and beyond to make everything go smooth and fast to get out on time. Highly recommend and thank you!

Bobby (aka Texas) was very thorough, and took his time explaining quite a few things to me-(I m not automotive-minded) not only did I get my oil changed but I got one of my tires brought up to the correct pressure, a new cabin filter and new air filter (yes, both were absolutely disgusting), the windshield wipers were checked, and the headlights, taillights and turn signals were checked. I have taken my car faithfully for all my car needs to an automotive shop in milwaukee for over 15 years. Never once did cabin filter come up. Nor was I ever shown a printout of MFR suggested services. I was pretty impressed & I m very satisfied with the service and how I was treated.

My engine was overheating and I called ahead asking if they could help me. Bobby said he d get me in right away. He opened the hood and diagnosed the problem. He and his colleague told me where to go and what to do. They were so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service!

Painless journey, pulled up and instantly got greeted. Staff super nice and helpful. She showed and explained everything she was doing so you don't get ripped off. Very nice staff.

This place makes getting car work (oil and filters) as fast and easy as going to the gas station. No appointments and they get to it right away. Super helpful friendly group. I always recommend these guys for your oil change services!

Jermaine, was very helpful when I called With questions. Especially in regards to emissions. When getting there everyone was so very helpful, especially Jermaine who was very polite when I pulled into the bay, asked me how my day was, and just overall professional and a kind person. Aaron and Chris were amazing. They went above and beyond to assure my car was good to go for a cross country road trip. When I got home safely from my trip, I stopped back in for an oil change. They both again were very friendly and helpful. Also shout out to Texas who shared a couple good spots to stop at while on my road trip. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! I highly recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. They provide service with a smile and will hook you up with any recommendations for the vehicle and the Queen (Reina) kindly explained services to me and really educated me on my vehicle! And they aren t pushy about it either. NO MESS, NO STRESS! I will be back!

Very impressed with a tech who found my headlamp lightbulb access cover just floating around in my engine compartment. He checked everything he knew to check then handed it to me explaining that he found it but didn t know what it was for. I told him about my recent lightbulb replacement at another place, and he immediately realized that was the issue. He quickly put it back on and mystery solved and crisis averted! Who knows the damage that could have occurred had he not been so attentive.
