the guys did a great job! a job that would ve taken 20 minutes turned to a 3.5 hr job. purchased wrong brake pads and rotors but Manny the manager was very helpful in helping me find the right stuff i need to get the job done. thanks guys, appreciate the work

I had a great experience with Assistant Manager Grey. He went out of his way to help me with a leaking tire, and made sure to know that he would help me and know that despite the tires being put on at a Midas in NY, he would do all he could to make sure I was taken care of. He made sure my car was safe and I left with it in safe driving condition, even though it meant leaving with the spare tire on. He really took time to listen to his customer, and hear the concerns not only of what was wrong, but what the customer financial needs are at the time. Great customer service all around.

My vehicle needed a major emergency repair that caused a massive oil leak. Manny took my call and got me in right away, explained in detail the work that needed to be done and was very communicative through every step of the process. Despite it being a big job, they were able to get my vehicle back to me the same day. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

The mechanic was good, but the appointment setter which is the service advisor and a garage manager didn't believe that springs go on the bolts on lower end of the catalytic converter to resonator. Even showing one of them an axiomatic diagram of the exhaust system would not convince them. I discovered after I left the shop, nuts instead of springs I gave them were used to support the connecting bolts. I believe the mechanic did this because he did not have washers to hold the springs into place. The service advisor should have gone out to buy the washers to do the job right. When I did ask the garage manager if they could get a part at AutoZone so I would not wait, he indirectly and effectively said no. The alternative would have been to leave the car there, because management didn't want to make a trip to get more parts. They decided to do the job with the parts they had. They didn't want to lose an opportunity to make a sale that walked in off the street. I didn't want to have to wait because I didn't buy all of the parts to do the job. The funny part is that the service advisor said his name was Roy. Roy is the owner's name. My invoice listed his name as Greg. Nobody wants to be responsible for anything. The mechanic could have compressed the springs I gave him but chose to put a row of three nuts to finish faster because he gets off at four.

Manager Manny was very cordial and pleasant. I needed the car for a trip the next day, so I was delighted they were open on a Saturday, as the car was not drivable for more than a short distance. They did a rear brake job with a wheel cylinder rebuild in 2.25 hours. My only issue was they didn t respond to my request the day before for an appointment on their website at all, let alone within the promised 30 minutes. But I solved that with a phone call. I won t let this get in the way of my 5-star review for convenience and friendly, fast service.Service: Brakes

Called to set up an appointment and came in at set time, was told to come back in 1.5 hours. Came back and was told they couldn't get me in and to schedule for the next day. Called to confirm in the morning and was told I'd have to get there 2 hours earlier to get in. Once they finally got the vehicle in they spent 2 hours on the alignment before telling me they think the lift is broken and they probably made it worse. Now have to pay to take it elsewhere to get fixed right and undo their damage.

Had worn down brakes brought my own and the customer Service was Fantastic. Manny was transparent and all around a great host. IT was a quick turn around and any other questions i had he didn t hesitate to answer. Will bring my BMW back again for any other needs

Front tire had a slow leak, and I had difficulty finding a shop that would look at it on short notice OR give me an accurate assessment (was told it could not be repaired and needed four new tires).I called Midas, and they were able to get me in within 30 minutes of my call. They repaired my tire and changed the oil during the same visit.Staff was friendly and courteous. Service was great. Appreciate them making sure we were ready for a long drive!(And the bathroom by the waiting room is super clean! )Services: Tires, Oil change

Asked for the store manager to see why they where going to charge me 300$ in fees. Ended up having someone on the phone that just said they are the manager. When I started to get upset on why the extra charges the real manager took the phone from him. Very poor management and over charge for what there offers are saying. How is it get 2 tires free but they cost the same as 4 brand new ones from fire stone with free warranty and free alignment... just not right canceled my appointment right away.

Been coming here for all my car needs /oil changes/tire rotations/parts replacement for the last two years. These guys are simply the best! Do not go here if you can help it. They mis-diagnosed my exhaust leak cause (I told them it was flex pipe) and replaced my catalitic converter instead. Still leaking exhaust after $800 non-fix. Manny the 'manager' is unfit to run this place.

Yesterday started off bad but was made 100xs better thanks to Manny and his team. My tire had a pretty bad leak and need a new tire asap. After getting turned away from over 6 different shops I tried Midas. I was in and out of there in under 30 mins. All the other places needed an apt and Manny for me right in. I discovered an exhaust leak the morning of a 7 hour drive to Chicago, so I decided it best to stop along the way and get it fixed. It was a busy Saturday and we pulled off to Menomonee Falls for a bite to eat. I spotted the Midas and decided that although it was a long shot, I would ask if they could service my SUV. I spoke with Manny the store manager and within minutes he had it on a lift and found the problem; a crack in the flex pipe. Manny went to extreme lengths to remedy the problem as they did not carry the exact pipe for my vehicle. Using a universal flex pipe, he welded it back together and had us back on the road within 2 hours. I want to recognize Manny and the rest of his staff for the great service and communication throughout the visit. The cost was very reasonable and I have not had any issues since.Thank you very much, you made our day!Devin & Julie from Michigan
