I recently had a fantastic experience at Boucher Menominee Falls. From the moment my husband and I walked in, the entire staff was welcoming and very attentive. The purchasing process was smooth and hassle-free, and we couldn't be happier with our new, reasonably priced vehicle. I highly recommend Boucher to anyone in search of a quality car and excellent customer service.

I m going to guess they are under staffed because the last oil change I got took almost 4 hours. The oil change I got this time I was told they were begging for my appointment. The staff is nice but it just takes a long time and yeah you can shuttle and be taken somewhere but they shuttle took awhile as well. I didn t like where they put the sticker for my oil change they apparently couldn t get it off the last two times and this time they just moved it over and didn t stack it on top. I really didn t like how they left it. And the complimentary wash is not worth getting. I ll continue getting my free oil changes here until my package has depleted. I was told my oil cost more than the package I paid for and that I would get emailed some type of paperwork I still haven t gotten that email and it s been 2 days maybe it s something they are going to work out with fidelity as this is the package you get when you buy a car from them not that I actually purchased myself. ***** Called Alex and the only thing he offered to make it right was a "sorry we had to learn to do better on your service" And this was after another bad service done today 2/5/2024 I just had on my last oil change for the package I purchased.

Made an appointment for a Thursday to have a misfire solved on my vehicle, dropped it off on a Wednesday to give them extra time to look at it. They said the issue was spark plugs and wires, which I approved to be done, and that it would be finished on the following Monday.Called several times Monday, for updates, only to be sent to voicemail, and for them to not return it. They don't call me till Tuesday, to which then it is already about 7pm, and would have to pick up the next day since I do not live that close.That next Wednesday I pickup the vehicle during my lunch break on work. Only to find that it runs worse than it did. The service advisor I was working with was out on lunch as well so I could not speak to him about the matter.There was a great lack of communication from the service advisor, as well as to the mechanic, as a majority of stuff I had asked them to inspect was overlooked. My timing, loose ignition coil pack, etc.Very disappointing service and will not ever return to have any of my vehicles serviced here. As well as disappointing they treated a fellow Boucher employee as such.

The dealership sure doesn t seem to care after you ve made a purchase. I ve found them to be very unhelpful, and it seems like they forgot about the part they ordered to replace on my vehicle during my extended warranty period. I waited 6 weeks to hear anything, finally reached out, and then they still didn t respond to me for 2 days after I left a message inquiring about it. Or maybe they were purposely letting the clock run so they didn t have to cover it if it fell after my warranty was up. I don t know, but that s the impression they gave me.The service technician who came out and made the repair was great however.

Great sales people as well as the financial group were top notch. Very satisfied with all the people we worked with. They went off site to locate the truck I wanted and brought it to the dealership so I could continue working with this great group of people.

Gordie Boucher Ford was good was on follow up and keeping track of my order. One of the parts that I ordered was not available in the color that I needed. Rather than just sending me what they had in stock, I appreciated Gordie Boucher Ford informing me and giving me the option to cancel my order for the part. Gordie Boucher Ford kept me informed of my order delivery date and time and it arrived when they said it would. My order was packed securely and the parts I ordered are in excellent condition. They re professionals and I will use them again.

I drove from Chicago Illinois to this car dealership in Wisconsin and I had an excellent experience. This was nearly a week long purchase so I really appreciated the support with how easy going and friendly the staff was throughout the experience. Chris was my direct salesman and he did a fantastic job with the sale.There were no dealer markups, no hassle, and a smooth experience all around.My only real downside is that if I want to purchase another car I will need to drive out to Wisconsin since they were by far the easiest going car dealership i've been to.

Seamless deal with no fluff or invasive salesmanship. Personable staff that made sure I was able to understand/try all the features of my new Ford F150 Lightning. The transaction was the least hassle out of the 11 cars I ve bought.Highly recommend Milan from Finance, Tim in Sales, Jason the Sales Manager, and Adriana who helped finish the deal in Milan s absence. Not a complaint to be had aside from not trying to make this happen sooner.

Mike Schwister and the team at Boucher were great. They made the car purchasing experience easy and straightforward. Laura was great explain our financing options and Jason explaining features on the car. Really pleased with the overall experience. My car even had an issue before I took off the lot and Mike looked into as soon as possible and was able to get it fixed. Had my first experience then with the service team and again they were top notch. Thanks to Bob for taking me to and from work.Highly recommend the team at Boucher Ford in Menomonee Falls

Every time I ask my service representative a question he scoffs or is dismissive. While I have a laundry list of complaints I'll stick with the last major irritation. I asked for new windshield wiper blades. All 3 (front & back). Before I drove away I noticed my rear one not working correctly. I pulled back and first my rep looked at it. We noticed the cap wasn't on correctly. First red flag even though it was just a decorative piece! Then a mechanic had to come over. I thought oh good! WRONG! He used his finger to bend it in shape and said "that will do for now." I said excuse me but I would like it done correctly, not just for now. To which he walked away from as my rep stepped in and said well you have my card right? Not good enough Gordie Boucher. This is not my first run in with rude reps, mediocre mechanics and a don't care attitude. Also my fluids were not checked and neither was something else that I'm too mad to remember right now but were all checked green on my little checklist. And then to make sure you are oh so kind when asking for a 5* rating is insulting.

My FordPass app allows for such convenience too, an added bonus feature! Milan in finance made me me feel so comfortable and confident during the entire purchasing process. I came in for service on my Ford Expy Max, Mike was awesome about sending vallet pick-up service for my appointment so I didn t have to wait. He communicated status and reached on when they were having trouble recreating sound. After a quick text back and forth he was able to figure out what the issue was and the techs got to work. Highly recommend this service center, all the reps there are very kind and knowledgeable.

Brought my truck in SPUR OF THE MOMENT and they got it in right away the next morning. It was a big concern that ended up being nothing and they were great about it. Shout out to Robert at the shop desk for being great with pricing and getting me in right away, and Carl the technician for having a great attitude and explaining everything to me with humor and competence!!!

I called as they had a vehicle I was interested in. The salesperson Emil was friendly and knowledgeable. We discussed to the point of theManager s involvement to help reach our agreed upon price. He also was a pleasant young man. We had a positive experience overall.

Very unimpressed.Jackie that I scheduled our service for our truck with was amazing.On the other hand my husband originally called to get a quote and he was quoted $900-$1000 for the service work. After I calling a couple other places we decided to go with them. I called to schedule the service. I asked for a quote and Jackie had me talk to Robert. After I explained to him what was going on. I asked if this included the coolant flush that goes with a water pump replacement. He quoted me $1000-$1100. He went through everything and at the end I tried telling him additional information. He talked right over me, I m assuming not wanting to hear what I had to say even though it was important information.We dropped our truck off and explained to them again what we were bringing it in for. A day later received a call from Robert and he asked what we were doing truck again. Later that day, for the same service that we were quoted for, we received a new quote of $2500 for no additional work. He claimed our first quote was a computer generated quote and that it was going to be a little off. He also claimed that he had to to do a coolant flush, but with a water pump that was normal. Which I asked the first time I talked to him if that quote included the coolant flush.Needless to say we picked up our truck and took it to a different shop and had the same amount of work done of over half the cost.

I ordered a bronco here 3 years ago and had no idea it was going to take this long to get it. At no fault of all the professionals at Gordie Boucher Ford but to the detriment of supply change and strikes at ford. I worked with Jason who was honest, strait forward and kept me informed over the course of the years. They have a no fluff strait to the point sales strategy and would buy another truck here again even being out of state now. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

In 11/23 I purchased a new 2023 ford maverick.Seem less transaction. I traded in my vehicle for a fair price.My salesman Chris R was excellent. It was cold outside and he pulled the truck into the service area and went thru the vehicle top to bottom.I was very happy with my purchase and transaction.

Katie has always treated me very well in the service department. As much as I enjoy seeing her, I wish my truck wasn't so needy with the warranty work. Despite the truck's issues, I have appreciated how well Katie handles each and every problem that I bring it in for. She communicates quickly and frequently, has a rental ready to go, and has never dismissed my concerns (as I have experienced with other advisors and at other dealerships). Hopefully I won't have to bug her with another issue, but if it happens, I am confident it will get taken care of.

Took our fleet car in to have check engine light diagnosed. Had an early appt and dropped car off the night before. It was close to 5 when I got a text with the advised service. Was not happy with that at all. After seeing the recommended repairs, I opted to have another shop inspect. They cleared the trouble code and drove it for several hours and none of the codes returned. They also inspected the recommended repairs including belts, brakes and airing up a tire. Their conclusion was that NONE of the recommended repairs were needed. After this experience we will no longer bring our fleet vehicles to your shop for servicing.

Greeter was awesome and very helpful. Oil change took an hour and 40 minutes car wash good. Asked to check and level air pressure in tires left it on the dash board showing two tires 31 and two tires 32 didn't k ow how fast I was driving had to call dealer to get tire pressure off of dash.After waiting was handed paperwork no sorry for the wait and no expanation about the car. That did not make my day

I had a very good experience when I recently bought my car from Gordie Boucher Ford of Menomonee Falls, WI.At first I was very hesitant at buying a new vehicle, but my 2013 Ford Escape was no longer in good shape and I was worried about the trade-in. I began looking on CarFax and found exactly what I was looking for at Gordie Boucher Ford. So my husband and I took the drive to check things out.I was still nervous, however, everyone at the dealership I dealt with was friendly and helpful from the salesman, Mike Schwister, to the manager in the Finance Department, Adrianna Mayan. She was wonderful at getting me through the process. Even Jeff Samp, the General Sales Manager, was always checking in and asking if I had any questions.The whole process was worth the 35 mile trip to Menomonee Falls, WI. I am really glad they had the, 2022 Ford Escape that I had been looking for and it was available. It quickly became my new vehicle.If I know anyone who is looking for a new/used vehicle, I will definately suggest Gordie Boucher Ford in Menomonee Falls to my family and friends.
