Very pleasant interaction with all employees. Found a problem when checking to install new tires and brought it to my attention. The only downside was they could not reset the sensors. Same happened at other dealer. My mechanic then did it in 30 seconds. So, don't know the problem.

If i could give zero stars I would. I walked in and stood in line for 10 minutes Mark would not even acknowledge that I was standing there. He also gave me a rude look and told me to go somewhere else we don t service your kind. I then asked for the supervisor he said I am the supervisor and I am not providing service go somewhere else . I then asked can someone else help me he told Chris he was not allowed to help me and i needed to get out of the shop. Terrible service! I would appreciate a call back from the store manager because his behavior was unacceptable.

The manager Chris calculated an incorrect overpriced estimate That was actually $28 MORE than going to the local Dodge dealership and receiving OEM parts.When I dropped off my car on Wednesday morning and spoke directly with Chris I told him that I saw two different Firestone offers on the company website where I would get $20 back just by using my fire stone card. Chris had no knowledge of these specials despite the fact that they have been in effect since January 1 of 2024 Almost 3 months And said he would have to look them up. He never did As evidence by the fact that when he emailed me my bill and I looked it over at home, there was no discount whatsoever anywhere on my bill and I had to come back into the store to get rectified by Fred who was very competent and courteous, and was one of the only bright spots of this appointment visit.There wasn t a single car other than mine out front of the Menomonee Falls store at 7:15 AM on Wednesday, March 20. In addition, behind the building are at least parking spaces for well over 20 cars but only half were used. I believe after this review that it s clear why The Menomonee Falls store location was a virtual Ghost Town for the first time in over 20 years that I have been a customer there.

Exceptional service. Fantastic employees. They got me in the next day as I had a tire that had a screw in it and was unrepairable. They got my vehicle done faster than I thought. I would highly recommend this shop

Great place! Gave them a call around the afternoon to see if i could book a appointment after work if they were busy, the guy who pick up the phone was cool, told him I needed to mount and balance 4 new tires to my new rims. He said I could drop them off today and it'll be done by tomorrow and I can pick them up. 3 hours later they called and said they we're done. I was like wow thought it was going to be done by tomorrow. They was closing at 6pm but I eventually went to pick them up before closing. Great price! Great fast service! Awesome people. I recommend them if it's for tires.Service: Tires

Should be a negative. I called had car problems probably a bad air conditioner compressor. Was told if i had it towed over right away they could probably quick look. Had car towed. Talked to them 3 days in arow. Asking about it. They just said havent looked at it yet. Today im told that be next week sometime. Really. I told you what it probably is. I can diagnose that in parking lot in 5 minutes. Had i been told next week i wouldve went somewhere else.

Very helpful and professional. Tires plus down the road tried to bait and switch tires trying to sell a cheaper less quality set of tires because they thought they could trick a female into paying more getting less. Shame on them! Highly recommend Firestone complete auto care

Workers in here are unfriendly and rude. My tire got flat in front of their store and I can't afford the $245 for a brand new one and this man watched me lay in his parking lot trying to get off my rusted tire for 3 hours from 730am to current it's 10:21. He keeps coming out making slick remarks saying he could have done it faster or if I'd pay him he'd have it done by now. Went inside defeated going to spend my last $200 I have, after so long of trying to get my rusted spare off and after his jokey jokes he tell me he can't fix it til Thursday. All I gotta say is have some decency. Wasn't looking for a hand out, just some help!

I contacted this location a few days back about a slow tire leak that I could not find myself. I couldn t get in that day or the following so I scheduled 2 days outs and told them I will drop of my truck before this location opens and if they had time to do an oil change. 6:30 drop off. Few hours later I called and my truck was not touched yet. I told them I needed it done by 2:30. I was told it will be. I arrived at 2:30. Truck was still not touched. I asked for the keys and left. People do have schedules and other commitments. If you can kept or honor yours please do not make them.Services: Tires, Oil change

Made my appt online, once it was confirmed I drove to Menomonee Falls which is 30 minutes from me. I pulled in front of one of the bays and waited for one of the staff to greet me. They didn t so I parked and got out and went inside. Once inside I was told that they tried to call me to tell me that they don t have anyone on the weekends to do service work and they actually close at 4. Mmmk well my appt was at 4 and was confirmed and the google listing states the hours are until 5. So that s weird. Thanks for wasting my time!

I was thrilled to find out they were open on a Sunday afternoon as my headlight had stopped working the night before. Erich got me onto the schedule so quickly and finished the repair so fast! The price was great and I appreciate the friendly, wonderful service from start to finish! Erich went above and beyond to help with my car and get the necessary part so quickly and I am so grateful! Highly recommend them- thank you Firestone!

Sincerely the slowest Firestone I've ever done business with. I dropped my vehicle off at 8a. And I waited,And Mark with a bit of attitude when I asked at 9:45a. How long before service may begin. He stated it'll be the better part of the day. What the point of making an appointment???(2 Tires Installation) And what does that means the better part of the day??? For a store mgr. Not professional at all in my opinion. I was told you over the phone when I set up the the appointment. By Mark, Give them an hr. Before they start work on my vehicle. 2hrs. And counting still haven't started

They charged me almost $700 do do my front brakes. They were squeaking within 3 weeks. They replaced both rotors and pads with substandard garbage parts. Within 2 months my rotors were warped. I used them as a last resort because my normal mechanic was out of the country. I don't dare take it back there and complain because they would probably screw something else up. Even their tires are garbage.Places like this shouldn't even be in business. They're overpriced crooks. Stay away if at all possible.Service: Brake service & repair

My girlfriend scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed online for me. We arrived a few hours earlier to this location to see if we could catch an earlier availability by chance. She entered first to check and I followed behind a few minutes later. I want to first start off by saying we are a interracial couple (me black and her white). When I came in the manager at the time was speaking with her. She inquired about any availabilities for a oil change. Up to the point where I walked in and stood by her, he was polite and courteous. That changed immediately once I arrived and made it obvious we were together. At this point he went on to tell us he wouldn t be able to service my vehicle at all today because he had 2 cars in the bay and another one already waiting and no mechanic who could do a oil change present (even though we both saw two mechanics in the bay area already). I asked him what if I had an appointment already in place (mind you it was 7:35ish in the morning and my actual appointment wasn t til 11:30am) ? He told me that they don t do appointments and it s first come first serve. At this point I went on to tell him that I was only coming in to see if there was a earlier available appointment time but I had already scheduled one previously the day before for 11:30am online. After making a off putting face he went on to tell me that my appointment doesn t matter because if he feels he can t get to my vehicle he can just go in and cancel it. At that point I decided I wouldn t want a individual like that touching my car let alone working on it so I just nodded and told him to have a nice day. By the time we left the store and walked to my car I received a notification that my appointment was canceled. Horrible experience here and I d advice anyone interested in a professional and customer service based experience to stay clear of this place.

Called them on a Saturday to get a price on tires and would not answer the phone. The website says that they are open on Sunday took a drive to the store they were not open. Sign on the door said closed on Sundays.Would you update your website please. So I bought four tires and had a alignment someplace else that was happy to help me.

I ve had a good experience with this Firestone, however it comes at the expense of a different Firestone that disappointed.The service experience was good I received a detailed estimate, and they worked with me on what I could and couldn t do at the time, and am about to return to finish estimated work.

Went there to have them check a noise from my front driver side brakes which I have a lifetime warranty and they call me talking about my air conditioning system? I tell them to address my initial concerns and the service adviser refused to do so! He lies to me saying the tech, took the car out, so he should've heard the noise coming from my brakes? They never did so! I always get the run around always trying to up charge with services not needed! I am furious with Firestone and their practices! Time to shut down that facility and go somewhere people can trust!

Mark was great to work with, from initially helping identify the hole in my tire to finding tires locally to communicating on timing to final delivery. The service was perfect and much appreciated.

I asked them two double check work from another firestone because the other firestone broke my hub cap rotated my tires and never put weights on them obviously I want another location double check there work this location says they have no forseable appointments available. Anyone with appointments with them goodluck when they do work on your cars

They were great. When everyone else was booked, they were ready and available. Changed 2 tires in less than an hour, cheaper than all the competitors I had tried. And as an added bonus, the rep Fred gave me good, honest information.

This place was an Absolute joke along with the customer service So when I walk in there is one person up front on the phone with a customer who is literally having them quote like 5 different sets of tires I had to stand there for literally 25 minutes while you did this without even being greeted honestly if you have someone in your store who's there for service you should put that call on hold at least greeted or said something to me but no just continued on with the phone call as I stood there after that I was there for quite a few different services I needed provided we went over what I needed done he took my keys said he would give me a call they found anything else Not even 15 minutes after I left I get a call explaining to me That I did not need a full transmission flush that we could just do the transmission Fluid exchange and I said great I said give me a call if you guys come across anything else during what you all ready are doing then he said that he would not be able to have my car back to me until Tuesday or Wednesday keep in mind this is sunday I told him does not work because I work tomorrow then he went ahead and said i don't have a technician here on Sundays to do any of this then I said to him why did you take my keys and tell me that you guys are going to take care of it He had no answer he was rude I came back he just handed my keys to me never said anything to me. honestly I would never Recommend anybody to take their car here their markups are through the roof They charge labour on services that do not require a labour charge while getting somewhere else they would not charge you labour this place is kind of a rip off to tell you the truth

OK, I have been at this tire store a bunch of times. I have used them to mount and balance tires, and swap out winter tires each spring and fall. My guess is that I have used them for at least the past 6 years for seasonal tire swaps and misc. car tire maintenance.I never book online, and always make an appointment on the phone before I arrive or drop off a vehicle.These guys have always delivered and met my expectations. Prices, in my opinion are good. Not sure what more you can ask for.I read some of the one star reviews, my gosh, It is a tire and tire service garage, relax.

Don't waste your time going here. Poor customer service with excuse. Does not take your vehicle even if you get it scheduled online. I took my car else where and gave Midas the business.

I was experiencing a flat tire. I pulled to a gas station and filled it with air. I called tire place after tire place to see if they could fix it on a Sunday night at 4 pm. One by one they said, "sorry we are closing soon. We can not help you.I was running out of options and remaining air in the tire. They answered the phone and said they could help me (even though they were trying to close). They were very helpful and did not leave me stranded 48 miles away from home. Their commitment to the customer is something that you don't see that much anymore these days. It was very refreshing.I will now take my tire needs to their store.They stayed open to help someone in need when no one closer would. That tells you a lot about the customer service skills. They won a customer, while my normal tire place lost mine because they did not want to help even though they had several mechanics cleaning the shop and many bays open... 45 minutes from their closing time.
