Looking back on an experience from last summer they most definitely did not check any of my fluids. They didn t fix the issues I was having with my car at the time, because they were likely related to fluids. Ended up spending a check for a repair unrelated and i probably could ve waited on.

Had them replace my transmission and differential. BIG MISTAKE ! ! ! Had to wait about 3 weeks till the used parts came from New Jersey. Checked the fluid level 2 or 3 days after the repair because it didn't shift right. The dipstick was dry. Research specifically said to never mix types. Since I had no way of knowing what had been in it for the previous 20 years and they obviously never filled it after the repair, I had to put in what I thought was closest to the requirements. Still doesn't shift right.Weeks later they installedthe new oil pan since the place on the corner of Appleton & Pilgrim Rd. ( Whatever their name is this week) stripped it beyond repair. Mind you, that is the first and last time I've ever had someone else change my oil. Those guys also overfilled it and caused thousands of dollars in damage which I had no choice but to have it fixed. Time constraints and the fact that I'm getting too old to crawl under cars.One month of the car being "fixed" and no leaks. I suddenly found a puddle of fluid underneath the car one day ( I knew it was fresh because I had cleaned the spot with cat litter)I brought the car back to the a-holes at Fast Times and was told that I magically had umpteen oil leaks and my power steering fluid was "Gushing out" . Well, I've been driving it for 18 months now and haven't added a drop of power steering fluid. Steers fantastic for not having power steering.However after over a year of retirement I've gone back to work which is 40 miles round trip daily. Monday morning I'm dropping it off to find out where the oil leak really is with PROFESSIONAL CERTIFIED MECHANICS.I may have to leave it on the side of the road for anyone to take and drive my new Vette to work If it's beyond repair.My advice. Go somewhere else if you want your vehicle repaired right and make sure only qualified people do it.

As a former driver for Ronnie B, I have towed several cars to Johnnie and he has always been very nice to me just a great respectful person,and I'll say it every time I see him he still looks good with all that weight loss! You are good man Johnnie!

Fast time is a very professional place to get your car done. There shop is very clean. They take really good care of your car. They are very open to if something is going wrong or bad on your car. They don t wanna rip you off. The owner is very nice, and he knows a lot about vehicles. These guys are great! They went above and beyond to help me out.My wife's car broke down on her way home to Appleton from Milwaukee. We were able to get it to the first shop we could find and left it there to be fixed. That shop then called the next day and said they were not going to be able to fix it.I messaged Fast Times through Google and explained the situation at 8:30 PM, and immediately got a response. They were able to go get the car from the shop for us, saving us a 3 hour round trip, and take it back to their shop and fix it for a very reasonable price. The car now runs better than it ever has!Thanks so much guys! Wish we had a shop like yours near us!

I bring them all my race tires which require special attention. Directional, staggered, stick on weights, taped, etc. They've always done an excellent job, the set is always exactly as it should be. The price is reasonable as well. Had one low profile tire for my wife's 370Z that others wouldn't touch. They turned it around in minutes. Top notch work done by an excellent business.Service: Tires

We scheduled a time for us to drop off our Honda CRV to have the brakes looked at. We dropped off at 6:20am on Tuesday and put the keys in the key drop off. I called on Thursday since I had not heard anything. The tech told me about the brakes needing to be lubricated and were not installed right. We had just bought the car a month ago. He then proceeded to tell me that the exhaust had a bigger issue to which I said what do you mean. He said when he drove in into the garage it was really loud and gave him a headache. He told me that the catalytic converter was cut out. I said how did that happen and were there cameras. No cameras on site so cannot see when it happened. I told him to call the police and file a report. Never heard if that happened. Told me his boss was in for surgery and he did not know what to do. I said when he called in let me know what to be done. In the end, not his fault. $1200 repair by other shop. Never go back there. Told me take them to court.Service: Brakes

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING... They have built a few engines for me. My Blown 572.My 440, my 427 in my 68 Impala SS. I'm one hundred percent satisfied I have been going there for decades and I like to thank them for their quality work because everything they built holds up

Fast time is a wonderful place get your vehicles fixed up.John the owner is great. He really knows his stuff. The other mechanics are just as knowledgeable as John.They have never steered me wrong yet.They are open and honest with there costumers.They are the best!!!!!

Was quoted $50 a week ago to install mudflaps on a 2006 VW GTI, when we got there to drop it off John was not willing to uphold his quote per the conversation a week ago. In fact stated, "I'm not going to spend 4 hrs and only make $50". All I can say is wow, how unprofessional! Will not ever be doing business with this place!

Been going to fast time automotive since 1996. they have always done excellent work on my cars and they stand behind there work. They are a good and Honest company. Here is some of the cars he has worked on for me. 1989 Honda civic, ford Fairmont , Buick Somerset, 1996 Chevy Corsica,Dodge Durango, Oldsmobile 98, 2006 F-150, Nissan Murano 2006 and 2010 Chevy Equinox. They also let me know when it was time to get another vehicle. AWESOME COMPANY.

Can't thank these guys enough for their help! Replaced a bearing in my dif and messed on of the wheel bearings...they got it back in within the week and replaced for free.
