After using Falls Auto Tech, I will never go to another repair shop again. The gentleman who was at the front desk was so kind and incredibly helpful in answering all the questions I had. Chuck and Bruce are very knowledgeable and passionate about their trade, and it shows through their work. The prices were fair and honest, in addition to the employees- which is almost unheard of these days. I HIGHLY recommend Falls Auto Tech!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

I was beyond relieved when I found Falls Auto Tech a few years back. Chuck and Bruce are honest, informative, and consistently reliable. Both take a sincere interest in thoroughly investigating and explaining what repairs are needed and have several models in the waiting room, where they are always happy to give a personalized lesson if you are unfamiliar with the repair or part being discussed. They really seem to enjoy helping you to become a better informed customer. Appointments are generally available within 24 hours, and, in almost 4 years, my car has always been ready at or before the projected return time. They also have great online access, enabling you to quickly pull up your car's entire maintenance history. Best of all, they are competitively priced, and they are willing to give honest information about which repairs are essential and which can safely be put off. As a female client, I've definitely run into mechanics that seemed to be patronizing me, or trying to "upsell" me on unnecessary repairs. That has never been the case at Falls Auto Tech. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other women who may have run into trouble elsewhere. In my experience, it's not that easy to find a mechanic with their level of professionalism and integrity. I really hope these guys never retire. Possibly my favorite mechanic ever! Highly recommended.

I worked all night nearby and when I got up to home my truck was stuck in limp mode. I am lucky that this place close. I had never been there before and they treated me like family. They were able to get me in right away knowing I still had a 40 minute trip to get home. They repaired and tested my truck so I was able to get it and to a shop closer to my house. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Go here if you want an honest mechanic

This was my first time coming to this auto body shop and it won't be my last time. My initial conversation with them was nothing but pleasant thanks to Chuck he was kind courteous informative and patient with me. I called to see how soon B4 my assigned appointment I could bring my vehicle to them, towed that is, and he said as soon as I could. He seen when my appointment was and still allowed me to bring it. He informed me that if they could get to it sooner than the assigned appointment they would being that it would be on their lot, which was a shock being that most times shops say they do not have the capacity to store vehicles, needless to say They were able to get to my vehicle not only early but way b4 the made appointment. 5 days early I was picking up my fixed Buick LaCrosse which I just purchased not but 3 mo prior. The throttle body sensor went bad. (If I said that right). Thank You Chuck for making my visit nothing but pleasant over the phone and then in person, I will recommend this shop to friends and family.Signed a satisfied customer,Yolanda BService: General repairs & maintenance

I love these people. We have been taking our cars here for about 3 years now. They are extremely knowledgeable. Chuck and Bruce always take the time to explain everything in detail to you so that there's never any question about what needs to be done, what's been done, or what's about to be done to your car. I find their honesty refreshing and very valuable, they once even advised us against some very costly repairs on a vehicle which meant loss of revenue for them. It however turned out to to be correct advice. My cars run great. I find there customer service and the quality of their service to be stellar. We always have Zach work on our cars. Zack seems to know his stuff really well and all of his recommendations have been spot-on. I sent everybody I know that needs anything done to these folks I am tickled pink to a found such a great auto shop so close to my home.

Excellent customer service. I went in for an emissions test and the gentleman behind the counter came over and sat with me in the customer waiting area and kept me company while my car was being inspected. He also gave me some advice on maintenance and upkeep for my car in the future to keep it running smoothly. Very quick and efficient I would highly recommend Falls Auto Tech!

The free loaner car keeps me coming back to Falls Auto Tech - and the competent service always lets me know I've made the right decision to go there. They have the latest diagnostic equipment and have always been able to diagnose the problem with my car and fix it within the time appointed. Their prices are competitive, and the convenience of being able to drop my car off and still go to work makes me able to recommend Falls Auto Tech to anyone needing service.

Falls Auto Tech was the third place i took my Toyota to, for an estimate and diagnosis. The professional and honest staff there told me exactly what was needed, showed me diagrams of same, and gave me a cost estimate. All within about an hour. Their estimate was about one third of two others I'd received, and Falls Auto Tech did not "recommend" or tell me i had to replace other parts. The repair job was done on time, and almost to the penny of the estimate. i cannot express enough the appreciation i have for Falls Auto Tech. I was treated fairly and honestly.

My husband and I have had nothing but great experiences with Falls Auto Tech. They are helpful courteous and explain everything they are doing before they do it. We have been her for simple things like new tires and oil changes, to diagnosing problems with our vehicles. Bruce is great and will take good care of you. He knows a lot about his trade.

Falls Auto Tech is THE place to take your car if you want top-tier service at prices competitive with--or below--other garages. The owners, Bruce and Chuck, are extremely knowledgeable about all models, have all the latest diagnostic equipment, and have invested to have their mechanics trained in the latest procedures. And they're friendly to boot!

I bought my first car a year ago a 1996 Honda Accord. When I had a problem with my transmission an auto garage down the road said I needed $2,000+ worth of work. My parents told me to go to Falls Auto tech to get another a opinion. Chuck called me and told me it only needed a $125 part and an oil change. He took me out in the shop and him and a technician showed me exactly what was wrong and why the other place thought the entire transmission had to be replaced. They saved me almost $2,000 which I didn't have. Thanks guys!

In the age of cars that act more like airplanes, it is nice to have a shop that has the knowledge and talent to fix my Renault. Great talent with import cars. Clean waiting area and very friendly staff. Have not had this kind of service since I left France'. Viva la Falls Auto Tech!!!!

We could have purchased the parts they charged us for at AutoZone for $64.00, this place charged us $200-and this was before labor! They called us after "finding" an issue that another garage had no problem with adjusting. We let them know that we would come back to have this work done and suddenly it was going to take several more days to wait for an extra part to come in. We strongly believe that they charged us for what they broke, and essentially were now forcing us to pay to repair. They added this repair to our bill under another category and inflated their labor and parts costs to compensate. We went in for an estimated $200 job and were charged more than $400 when we walked in to pay. Dishonest and expensive! Will never go back. Stick to Wittlin's, even if you have to wait for an appointment!Service: General repairs & maintenance

One of the few mechanic shops that can out perform dealerships. Friendly yet informative staff, clean, well run operation. They have invested in training and equipment to assure problems are properly diagnosed and repaired. Pricing is consistent with industry.

if you have a complex electrical issue no one else can figure out, maybe consider coming here. but, I wouldn't.I completed my emissions test at Oil Express, and I failed the "catalytic Converter" test. they handed me the printout and said "get a new O2 sensor"; however, they didn't specify which O2 sensor was needed, and I didn't ask for further information about the sensor. They referred me to Fall Auto Tech. I dropped my car off at Fall Auto Tech at 9am on a weekday, Falls Auto Tech explained where the loaner car was parked, gave me the key to the loaner car, and asked for my signature on a piece of paper, which I thought an agreement for borrowing the loaner. Falls auto Tech called at 11:30am, saying that my rear 02 sensor needs replacement, costing $415. As my car is not worth that much, I brought their loaner back to pick up my car/pay them for diagnostic, which I then realized cost $115. I asked them why they did not tell me the test was going to cost $115 before I left that morning, to which they replied: 'the price was printed on the piece of paper we gave you.' They explained that they had done in-depth diagnostic testing to know that it wasn't simply a case of the O2 sensor needing replacement, but that the heated circuit INTEGRATED WITHIN the O2 sensor which was broken. But regardless of the specific cause, a new rear O2 sensor will fix the problem.Complaint #1: conveniently omitting verbal discussion of priceI am at fault for not reading the paper I signed, but Falls Auto Tech is also at fault for not verbally discussing the price and making sure I was ok with it. when they asked for my signature, it was right after they told me about the loaner car, and after they handed me the keys. They never said anything about the test costing $115. I thought the signature was me agreeing to driving the loaner! The way they conducted the conversation/transaction in the morning was misleading and convenient negligence in my opinion.Complaint #2: completing more work than necessary in order to charge the customer moreIf I knew the diagnostic test was going to cost $115, I would have taken my car instead to my usual repair guys, whom I talked with at length after my experience at Falls Auto Tech. After my usual repair guys learned what diagnostics Falls Auto Tech completed, my repair guys told me that they would have charged $20.95 for diagnostics, which would have been SUFFICIENT, and told me that a simple engine light test for example, would let them know with reasonable certainty that the rear O2 sensor needs replacement. In a less common case, they might conduct further testing, for which they charge $95/hour, but they probably wouldn't have done that for my car, because it simply isn't necessary for common cases.I can say that Falls Auto Tech charges more than 5 times as much as another repair place, simply for going unnecessarily over the top with diagnostic testing. I've had to replace O2 sensors countless times, and I've never been charged close to $115 to diagnose the problem. What I learned:1. Read everything you sign, DUH! you can't count on Falls Auto Tech to hold your hand in any way.2. Follow your gut instincts. I heard the two guys working in the office speak harshly/passive aggressively when I first walked in to drop off my car. Happy employees are usually indicate good, honest business practices. the opposite? you can guess.3. no matter how inconvenient as far as location or whatever other reason, stick to your usual repair place!

Rude on the phone! Refuse to change oil on my car because wanted to use my own oil. Was not even going to ask them to discount for using my own oil. I run fully synthetic Amsoil in my car.

Same experience as Patrick. Emissions test failed with a leak that they wanted $200 just to diagnose but the problem was just a loose gas cap. Employees were condescending and used scare tactics to try to get more money.

Told me it would cost a fortune to fix an emission leak to pass the emissions test. Went elsewhere to get a 2nd opinion, found no leak and passes the test.
