Friendly, helpful staff. Outstanding customer service. Very easy to work with. They took care of my rental car arrangements, and everything went smoothly. I m very pleased with their repair to my car. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.

I cannot say enough great things about 1 Collsion! They have detailed several of my trucks now, and always turn out perfect! Recently I took in my work truck for a new bumper, and it turned out better than I expected! Everything was done in a timely manner, communicated well, and went above and beyond with an under body coating. Got rear-ended. Other person had Am-Fam. The repair looks flawless. Team was very responsive with updates. The best part was how the rental car was handled, they handled all that. Made the process quite easy. They even cleaned up the interior, not even messes that they made, but my own!

Took my car there for a bumper repair - they fixed it extremely fast and took all the details into consideration. Customer service was awesome and they got me a rental car to use while my car was being fixed which was so nice. Would definitely recommend! My interior was also cleaned upon return which I loved.

I bought a new car two weeks ago and just recently noticed a few minor scratches on it. I stopped by to see if it s something simple enough they can fix and to see what the cost was going to be. The receptionist that helped me got started was friendly and helpful. She walked around the vehicle with me and I pointed out where the scratches were. While I was waiting back in the waiting area a gentleman by the name of Jim came to update me that they can remove the scratches, just not at that moment but if I was to wait about an hr they can get to it. Less than 10mins go by and they were completed! I appreciate the great customer service and no cost fix. I will definitely go back for future repairs if ever needed and will recommend 1collision to friends and family.

1 Collision was the premium place to take my car in for hail damage repair recommended by my insurance company. I had hundreds of dents all over the car. They worked on it for five days, which included a hood replacement, which needed painting and sealing. The car looks like new again, perfect paint match, zero dents. Very happy.

I am more than happy to give 1Collision s service a five star review for the many years they have done auto body work on my cars. The estimates are reasonable and in the ballpark when payment time comes, hence no surprises. The 1Collision team has excellent customer service and they take the time to give full explanations for questions. We have used 1 Collision three times in the past two years. Every time they go above and beyond. Very friendly and accommodating! One plastic piece was missing after repairs. They offered to drive it out to my house to complete the job!! We will use them for all our auto body repair work! My car didn t look this nice when I bought it! Wow! Thank you!Service: Body & Trim

Jim and the entire staff were great throughout my entire experience dealing with a broken rear window, door and bumper on my van. They were great communicating with me on a realistic time frame and set up the rental car for me as well. The quality of repair was excellent and the office was always communicating with me if something was going to take longer than expected but I appreciated the fact that they wanted to make everything perfect rather than rush me out the door. After hitting a big tree branch that fell from a tree in a storm there was a lot of body damage to my car. Everyone I spoke with at 1collision was very friendly and helpful. They even picked up the tab on my rental, that was not covered by insurance, because it took longer than expected to fix my vehicle. Excellent customer service and my van looks brand new. I struggled with how to rate 1Collision. There are very good positives and a few issues we've had.The positives - They have been great at communicating and always very friendly. If there is an issue or concern, they are attentive and more than willing to ensure everything meets expectations. Color match quality is excellent, even on the unique colors / flakes we've had on our vehicles.The negatives - Despite being very open about my expectations, I had a few minor issues upon inspecting the most recent work we had done. There were a couple small scuffs and scratches on a freshly painted bumper. Our first time here there was a paint drip that had to be corrected also. These were all corrected before we took either car home.Overall, I trust 1Collision to do quality work and communicate any issues or delays. They are priced fairly, and everyone I've come into contact with is very nice. That said, there have been minor issues on small details and these things (and the delays resulting to have them amended) can be frustrating.

I arrived right before closing on a Friday to get an estimate to replace a cracked bumper on my Buick Lacrosse. Jim quickly gave a very reasonable price on replacing and painting a new OEM bumper. They were able to schedule my car for the following Tuesday and have it completed Wednesday. The work was quality and the black metallic paint matched perfect. I was very impressed with the quick turnaround and prompt scheduling. I will definitely use this shop again if any of my vehicles require collision work. The front office staff was professional and a pleasure to deal with.Service: Painting

I just picked up my vehicle today from an auto detailing appointment. I called last Wednesday and was able to get in on Monday. There was a mixup as to which detail service I chose (interior only vs. interior and exterior) and I ended up being charged the lower amount, which I really appreciate! My car is SPARKLING and it smells great. The exterior detailing was so pristine that the next time I schedule, I will choose that service. Both employees I dealt with were incredibly kind and personable. Highly recommend.Service: Auto detailing

I have had two accidents in the last year, in both cases I took my car to 1Collision County Line. The service and work were excellent. They took cae of everything with my insurance company and the rental car service. The communication was excellent. The drive-in estimate was quick and professional. They did a great job explaining my options for repairs. They finished the job in the number of days they said it would be, even recommending that I brought it in on a Monday or Tuesday so it could be finished by Friday, and not have to spend a weekend without my car. My car looks great. I will recommend them to everyone.

I m very satisfied with my service! The whole experience was very professional 100 across the board. As an industry insider (cannot tell you what I do, but you can probably guess) I wish there were more than five starts to rate this business with. In an era where customer service has sadly gone away, Chantal and crew always exceed my expectations. They never over promise and always over deliver, especially when compared to the large shops like Mander and Caliber. Second time with them....I hope I am not in another accident but will gladly come here if I am!

Brought our minivan in and had the door fixed. They worked with my insurance AND Enterprise Rental car to have a vehicle on site and ready at drop off.The door didn't work properly after I got it home but they went above and beyond to come TO MY HOUSE and pick it up WITHIN OUR SCHEDULE (busy life with 3 children).Mistakes happen and not only did they own it but fixed it without affecting us in any way.5 stars aren't enough.

Their customer service and attention to detail exceeded or expectations. They were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. The facility was very clean and organized. Our vehicle needed some bumper work done and looked flawless when we picked it up. The inside and outside of our car never looked cleaner and they sent us home with delicious cookies. We definitely recommend 1Collision.

I went to 1Collision for paintless dent repair after someone hit my car door and outside mirror. I just drove in and quickly received a very reasonable quote, and an appointment for the very next week. My appointment took less than an hour, and I can not find where the repairs were even made. Everyone was extremely professional, and and very friendly. I learned when paintless dent repair is possible, and when it is not. I also got to learn how it's done. This company and staff have earned my trust and any future business. I am extremely pleased.Service: Body & Trim

I took my car in after a small accident I had. The people were great, but the best part was the work performed. The repairs were done great but I was surprised how they cleaned my car inside and out. (Even in the spots where you open the doors that carcasses never get.) It was almost like they detailed my car. I came in and pointed out the knicks on my car and I was told they would be fixed. I picked up my car a week later and the scratch that I came in for was fixed but the other knicks were not. I called immediately and Jim apologized for the miscommunication. As a result, I came in and he fixed up the small spots that were not done. In addition, he gave me a bottle of paint for me to fix up other spots myself free of charge.Overall, I am very happy with the service at 1Collision. Not only do all of the employees provided excellent customer service, but the quality of the work was exquisite and the paint job was amazing! I would definitely recommend my friends and family to come here with any work they need completed with the utmost care.Service: Painting

I walked in without an appointment in need of an estimate on my cracked windshield. The receptionist went outside got my VIN number and immediately went to work and made a call. Got a reasonable estimate as well. I arrived on Thursday and I signed an agreement with the amount and it stated that once this agreement was signed, they CANNOT charge me additional for anything. I gave them my car at 8:15 am and was offered a complimentary car wash... Got a call that it was completed a quarter to 3 pm that same day and that it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived I saw that my car was washed, they gave me simple instructions and what they did. And gave me complimentary cookies for doing business with them.
