Pricing, selection of different tire options and the installation/alignment for my 2017 Camry was excellent. Very happy with all of that. Disappointed with financing option. I came in earlier in the month for an estimate and I ask about financing (using other people's money) so I went to website, filled out form and was approved. When I went to pay for the tires and service the young person couldn't find my application and approval. They tried calling the bank, told me that we could be on hold for up to 20 minutes or more. This is not a problem with me so I just paid with a different credit card. Just disappointed about financing or lack of.After driving on the tires for more than a week, I'm still very happy with my decision to go with Van Zeeland's and will purchase from them again.

Have been going to Van Zeeland s for almost 30 years for my car care needs. They are honest, thorough, knowledgable and professional. And friendly. I continue to price compare tires and they are always within a few dollars of the best. I have bought countless sets of tires from them over the years. Highly recommend.

Van Zeeland's on S Oneida continues to provide great service for me. Always friendly. Great job getting my vehicles into the schedule very quickly.Service is always good and a fair price. They let me know if there are any issues/suggestions for other issues they find during the inspections - thorough, and a link that takes you into the report with photos and/or videos of what they find.Keep up the great work.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Oil change

These people are absolute crooks!! I paid almost $800 for spark plugs, oil change, and a new ignition coil. They told me the alternator was going but that it still started and was able to be driven. I got there, paid my bill, and when I went to start it while still on the lot, it would not turn on!! I went back in and they said I would need to pay an additional $600 for a new alternator. How about you guys be honest with your customers!! Every time I would come in they would tell me something else was wrong with it!! I wouldn t be surprised if they intentionally screwed with it to keep bleeding me!!! Do NOT go here!!!!

I have gone to this location for years. The other day, I called about a quote I'd passed on previously. I called from my work phone, so the number wouldn't have been on file, and it had been at least a month since the last time I brought my car in. I mentioned the quote I was interested in and one more small thing about it, and the person on the phone responded, "oh, you're the red prius!" Which I am. It's not every day you find that quality of service.

My experience was good, I thought it was a very expensive battery I understand there was some other tests done.a itemized bill would be great to see how much everything was separated to get the final cost.

Shady place is right! I used to go to this place years ago. My son and I were driving past and I was reminded how someone that work there stole the $20 blue metallic caps for my tires. Their response was, "you do not have nitrogen in your tires so you do not need them." I told them that I did not care and that they were mine and I wanted them. They could not find them. They put hideous plastic caps in different colors on my car. The guy also tried charging me twice because I handed him cash and then asked for payment again. Do not go here.

Was surprised when they notified me by text msg (as I am inside waiting for my vehicle) that they did a full inspection and made suggestions as to what may need attention immediately or in the near future, not sure how I feel about this, I guess I would still prefer a Paper Copy so I can have it for my records. Overall they always do an excellent job, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Service Garage that you can trust and their prices are fair!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

My son's vehicle stopped accelerating on the highway last week. We were able to have it towed to Van Zeeland's to be looked at, and we received the unfortunate news that the transmission was bad. The mechanic I spoke with showed a great deal of empathy and kindness. He let us know we could leave the car parked in their lot for as long as we needed while we figured out what to do as they understand how difficult an unexpected circumstance like this can be. He spoke with me about each of our options for repair and even recommended another auto repair shop for a transmission rebuild (cheapest option). He didn't push me towards any of the options, not even the ones that would make them a lot of money (which was to change out the transmission for another used or new transmission). He just let me know what the options were and answered my questions.We wound up having the car towed to the recommended shop to be rebuilt, which is going to cost us $5,000.I greatly appreciate their honesty and kindness. I will always trust them with my vehicles.Services: Transmission, Vehicle Inspection

This past summer I needed a tire patched for our work truck. This place was just down the road. They did great work so this winter I ended up buying new tires for our cargo can and stakebed truck. I really like how I get free road hazzard and rotation with the purchase. You just can't beat local shops for great service.
