Told me they could do the work I needed. They didn't have a clue. Quoted me a price. And charged me almost double. While they were in the process of working on it. I had to take the part they were supposed replace, I had to take to another mechanic at another shop, qualified to do the job.I would advise looking elsewhere for fair and honest repairs.I had to go to Better Business Beaureau to get results.

Tim is a very honest and respectable business owner. After rolling my van in the ditch, the dents and repairs cost only $600. They replaced 3 windows, a side mirror, and fixed the sliding door for that price.

Tim Smith and his excellent team are top notch! The man doesn't know how and isn't capable of giving you a bad deal. My business will never go elsewhere as well as my recommendation. No one else turns wrenches like these mechanics; Tim, Jared and the rest of the team are skilled at what they do and they care about their service!

These guys rescued me and my broken down truck from a construction zone in a very tight spot. They took really good care of my truck, treated me like royalty, and they were really fair with their pricing. You can t go wrong hiring these guys.

I do appreciate the owner making Room for me in an emergency situation. however the up charge on my brake calipers seemed outrageous as well as the hourly rate for the charge of labor to install my brake calipers. for two brake calipers with installation I paid almost $400. It was $130 per caliper. So thats $260. With the total bill equalling $380. That means they charged me $120 for 15 min of labor... not nice!!!

I had a starting problem with my 1988 Ford 350 Econoline Motor Home. I spent several thousand last year (2019) and still had problems. Tim Smith came to my house and correctly diagnosed the problem and then returned to put the part on. I don't think there are any more capable mechanics in the Fox Valley.

I watched a, presumably company owned vehicle based on the massive logos, nearly sideswipe a pickup truck while blindly changing lanes, continue trying to bully the truck out of it's lane, cut it off, and finally speed off.Maybe they should reflect on their road rage.

Hole in the wall auto shop in Menasha w THE BEST SERVICE in the Valley. Saved over a grand coming here and the owner and guys that work there went above and beyond. Thank you!

I would suggest looking else where, Tim's anger can get the best of him and if you are on the receiving end of it you don't know what might happen

The mechanic was very professional, I had some violations at the weight station that DOT missed, he fixed everything and my truck hasn't ran this good since I bought it
